Caffe Ritazza in City of London, Westminster

Expensive coffee and it was undrinkable, my partner and I threw them away. Butter taste like they hadn't cleaned the coffee heads. Really poor

Terrible service today. My girlfriend ordered a latte and was given an oat latte. When she questioned this, the woman working said 'what you talking about, you said Oat Milk'. It's atrocious service and this person should not be working in F&B

Overpriced coffee. Bad double espresso - weak and gutless. No china - paper-cups only. Filthy table . The tables are not cleaned, so I had to clean my table ! 🤪. All in all badly managed, and expensive. Next time I m going to Costa upstairs, or FCB Coffee which I know has really good espresso. Absolutely do not recommend this place. The franchise needs handing over to a company that knows how to run a nice cafe.

Quería un café antes de nuestro tren, y vi que vendían cruasanes de almendra, que a los dos nos gusta. Así que tenemos uno para cada uno. El café estaba bien, pero los croissants rancios, no hay manera de disfrazar un croissant rancio una vez que lo has picado. Como cartón. Recuperé la mía y me devolvieron el dinero. Le pregunté si había sobrado de ayer, y me dijeron que fue entregado esa mañana. El cajero me invitó a presentar una reseña, ya que no quería estar vendiendo productos rancios. No se pudo activar el código QR, así que estoy haciendo esto ahora.

Dangerous, member of staff wasn’t listening, wasn’t interested and honestly not sure could properly understand English, asked for Oat milk twice and still got a drink with cows milk- Dangerous

Hot chocolate very velvety and lovely. Ham and cheese panini was very good. Ham and cheese baguette was softer than expected and very good. Salted caramel brownie very tasty. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Price was ok for in a main station.

Facility is under staffed. Cleanup of tables is slow. Many customers are forced to clean up their own tables when the arrive.

Rupiay was completely rude and shady when I asked him regarding my coffee. We are at a leave train station and couldn’t hear him over the noise and he chose to be disrespectful

What a shame! Great bar area, beautifully laid out, Ritazza cafe looks great but sells awful coffee, cold and without any kick. Croissants are stale and old from previous day. It is 6:45am pastries should be fresh and coffee should be good all day long. The servers clearly hates their job, replace them with people who have better customer services skills.

Bearded chap on the till could possibly smile and say thank you maybe…? Or just be kind enough to treat you as a paying customer …. Just a thought - tables on the other hand awful - covered in litter and the staff just standing behind the counter gazing out into space…. Won’t be back

Today I needed a coffee ASAP. It was early in the morning, not even 7 am, and because is the first coffee shop as you go in I didn’t hesitate. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to everything correct? From my side I can say it was a good coffee and quite busy morning. The service from the 2 ladies was impressive that I went and asked for their names. I received consent to use their names in this review. Friendly ladies,Mădălina and Jackie were very fast serving,and even if it was busy both manage to serve everyone without any complaints. What can I say, I didn’t thought that my coffee will turn in to a good day at work 😘

I had alot heavy bags and they were really helpful in bringing my excellent coffee to the bar sitting area All with smiles and fantastic service Considering that this coffee house is based on Paddington Station, it was excellent value. Alot cheaper than I was expecting. They come highly recommended

I received excellent service from everyone, from taking orders to serving. When I requested my coffee with whole milk, Aliza, who was preparing it, cheerfully accommodated my request, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Aliza give a good service on till with smile face. And the coffee was excellent made by Jackie.

We stayed in London near Paddington Station for 2 days, we needed to find a nice (not expensive) breakfast place that had a good vibe; this fit the bill perfectly! Lots of pastry choices, the hot drinks were good and enough place to sit and eat at their tables. I recommend them. C.

I thought i would make a special effort to write a review about this place. The member of staff completely ignored me then just turned away and chatted to the two other members of staff. Horrible. So I just left and I walked to Pret.

Nice cafe in a busy spot! I honestly liked the latte and felt the staff were speedy and nice, it was just the birds and bird poo on the floor that made me a little uncomfortable to sit around and eat. It's spacious so that's nice.

I recently went to purchase a sandwich for take away marked at £5.49. Upon requesting the sandwich I was asked how I was paying at which point I stated card. I was surprised to find that the price that came up was £6.59. I explained that I wanted to take the sandwich away and therefore wanted the take away price. I was informed there is no take away price and that the sandwich cost £6.49. I was pleased when the member of staff, albeit rather dismissively, removed the price for future cusromers and acceoted that there wouldnt be an apologuy. I left the establishment as i was no longer interested in the price. After purchasing food elsewhere at a more reasonable price, I was surprised to find that the incorrect and misleading price had been returned to the sandwich. Highly disappointing and arguably immoral. Don't go here!

Coffee was decent, service was fast and kind. The halloumi bun is not so good.

Had one of the most scrumptious almond croissant and flat white from a station based coffee chain.

Genuinely the worst coffee I have ever had, went to the cafe for a coffee with my mother and our friend and all of us agreed after a couple of sips that we couldn’t stomach it. Moved on elsewhere for a drink. To top this off we got scowled at by the lady serving us, she was just plain rude and looked like she didn’t want our service.

Perfect place to stop for a cup of coffee, excellent and speedy service. ☆☆☆☆☆

Der Muffin hat geschmeckt wie von vor einer Woche. Der Red Velvet Cake hatte garkein geschmack. Die Getränke konnte man nicht direkt genießen, weil die zu heiß waren. Wir saßen also 20 min und die Getränke waren immer noch zu heiß. Wir würden nie wieder zu diesem Cafe gehen.

Caffee Ritazza never disappoints! I adore their wide range of delicious coffee options, perfect for every mood and taste. The baristas consistently provide excellent service, and their attention to detail is remarkable. I'm a loyal customer for their consistent quality and friendly atmosphere.

Don’t expect too much. Though tasteless coffee and cinnamon roll, still not a place to hv a break in the middle of the journey.

Coffee is good …the tuna baguette was the lowest grade tuna and slightly stale baguette… shame… baguettes aren’t hard for the amount it cost.
