The best restaurants serving British food in London

Booked here specifically for Sunday Dinner only to be told that we were unable to order Sunday Dinner after 6pm. This was not made clear when booking, on the website there is no finish time for Sunday dinner order. However, other people who came in after us did receive a Sunday dinner. Not fair! Ordered other options which were decidedly average. Staff friendly and bar had good atmosphere. However, won’t be back for good again.

Nice place to grab a sandwich and coffee for lunch

I highly recommend it! The place is located on the upper level of the station building. Don't let the tables outside fool you - it's nice, warm and cozy there :) you can eat very good burgers there, of the grade you choose. French fries included, delicious :) and three jars of sauces. A big plus for a glass of water with black coffee :)

Bruni and Corina are making really nice experience! Very rare to feel in chain like Costa such an amazing feeling that somebody take care of you - small details like asking for for water at the hand off, or double check that you are waiting for double espresso and starting conversation 🙃

cute little place by sawyers arms, staff are very friendly, we were alerted as soon as we came in the toilet was broken but no matter because we were served very quickly and efficiently. the burger was very good, simple and filling very much did the job after trekking round london. seems like a very pleasant environment to work in. would definitely come again :)

Brilliant customer service, warm welcome. Great prices. Good selection of beer. Have never had a bad evening in this pub or a bad drink.

Not polite and worst the Fish tastes like pangasius

Gran pub que hace un gran Guinness y Murphy y Glen sabe cómo servirlo. No sabía que hacían comida, así que lo investigaré la próxima vez.

Food was average at best. The steak was dry and tasteless. Ribs were overcooked. Service was not great. Despite the restaurant being empty, we still had to wait 30 minutes for our order.

We had a pizza, coffee and smoothies. It was really good and the kids had a great time there.

Pero esta es una habitación gris apagado sin apenas decoración y un bar de aspecto miserable. Para comparar el ambiente y el ambiente que tiene este lugar con una tarde desdibujada en Slough no estaría lejos de la marca.

Stopped in at the Bull in Westfield, during a recent shopping trip. Great food, quick and pleasant service. Will go there again.

We had our first official proper fish and chips here on our first trip to the UK. We picked out the pub simply because there were plenty of people inside already. The fish and chips are fantastic! The fish has a genuine crunch to the batter which is delicious and the fish is perfect inside! As Americans we didn’t understand the whole mushy peas with the fish but the four of us (we all got the fish) were in love with the mushy peas. My favorite was the amazing house made tartar sauce. The chips are absolutely the best we had ever eaten. Loved the beer and cider. We had a great time here!
