The best restaurants serving British food in London

One of the better pubs in the neighbourhood, but slightly set back from the main road and relatively quiet. Friendly enough and clean toilets. I didn't eat anything and so can't comment on the food.

My first time trying this place. Very lively and great staff. Food was really tasty and the staff were very attentive and friendly despite the fact they were busy at all times. I highly recommend this place.

Completely unreliable. They promised to show football game to get us to sit but never delivered.

Beautiful hotel facing Green Park and adjacent to Mayfair. From the entrance to the bar/lounge and then the staff to the canapes...it smells luxurious and has the opulent feel to it. Very modern decor with clean fine space. I visited a showcase a couple of weeks ago and was blown away. It's a 5 minute walk from the green park station and sits next door to Grand Sheraton I think it's called. The rooms are either in a teal (those facing Green park) or autumn colour (those facing Mayfair) Large bathrooms and shower rooms, they have an upper floor lounge room for guests to just relax. Also enclosed are the gym, spa treatment rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and the likes. They have an outdoor seating area for meals and their restaurant serves some of the best afternoon teas in London. Pricing is relatively and can range from btw £200-1500 per night depending on which room is booked. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again and again. Oh not to forget the canapes and cocktails, they just kept flowing 😋 I have shared pictures of some of the spectacular spaces, meeting rooms and bedrooms ❤️ definitely high-end

Don’t bother if you have kids! At 4.30 one drinker in the bar! Took our custom elsewhere

The fish and chips I had here were delicious and just in case I wasn't full enough - they brought out free Yorkshire Puddings for everyone towards the end of the night as the kitchen had a surplus. Definitely the kind of tradition I can get behind! 🔥

Very relaxing and friendly place

Got drinks only but the Inch’s Cider was great. Energy at the place was great.

Lovely period building along the Thames river, we hit the pub after visiting the Kew Gardens. Nice choice of pub food, fish and chips were good, just remember we are talking pub, food not Michelin starred restaurant. Staff very nice and attentive. Dog friendly, no smell of dogs, the pub has its own peculiar smell, I wouldn't call it bad though. Apparently the high tide gets up to the windows sometimes, my mother is local and showed me videos. Look it up, it's crazy!

Best black pudding I've ever had #Wallop Great service. Lovely window seat to stare at the majestic Thames. A #PoshBrunch experience I'll never forget.

Great pub tucked away under Blackfriars bridge on the Thames Path. Perfect place to stop for a pint of ESB or London Pride. Very historic walk too.

Didn't eat a main course only snacks so can't comment. But great pub, brilliant service, great staff. Would have scored higher but only there for two hours!

This is an amazing pub we went to just a short walk from our hotel in Kensington. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had the Sunday Roast and it was so yummy and the creme brulee to die for. We highly suggest a visit.
