2 visits on the trot I received a dirty glass,1st time I was argued with second time the person I asked for a new glass never returned.last and final occasion I will visit I received the sorry excuse for a pepperoni pizza in my photo Didn't even bother suggesting they put pepperoni on it,what's the point no one there seems to give a monkeys

Good ales on tap. Basic food. Ample seating.

Much quieter than the wetherspoons in the middle of bexleyheath. Had a great time though

A very friendly Wetherspoon's pub at the quieter end of a busy shopping area in Bexleyheath. Less frenetic than the Furze Wren (also Wetherspoons) at the other end, and equally good value for money.

Visited weekend pub was full, staff were all working hard, couldn’t ask for more especially cheap prices!

Cheap prices, great atmosphere with the history of bexleyheath placards along all the walls, however the pub is a bit small, with not too many booths, which isn't too great when you want to have a space to yourself with your friends. Overall great pub

Went there yesterday with my wife. We had two very nice meals and drinks. The service was excellent.

Don't think I'd have noticea this if I wasn't looking for it. Their flowers cover their own sign, and there's a sign for another business above. Service and food were great. Toilets are long overdue a refurb, a real letdown. When I flushed, the toilet water shot out and went all over my legs. So gross! Had to wash them in the sinks. Worst experience, hence the 3 stars.

Such a great Wetherspoons very friendly and great atmosphere

Not a pleasant welcome, barmaid with the attitude of hurry up and choose a drink so I can continue to have a chat.

On arrival a depressing dark dirty pub. I well understand why it is closing !! Is there no checks by higher Management on their Wetherspoons pubs? We recently went to the Wetherspoons in Faversham Kent same problem there a utter disgrace . We walked in and walked out, it was so dirty.

Good place to catch up with friends.

Filthy toilets, dirty mop by coffee machine, smells of stale beer, vinegar and piss and it's a long dark pub, no ventilation, dim lighting. Needs a clean, needs doors open to air it. Filthy & grim.

This is a JD Wetherspoons on the outskirts of London so you get exactly what you'd expect. Cheap booze, a mixture of skint teenagers and old people, but it all blends well and this place is welcoming.

I visited today to meet a friend for lunch. All of the side booths were taken by the 'all day' drinking crowd - ie all of them were occupied by just one person. I chose a table at the back. It was very nice, albeit there wasn't much natural light as the premises used to be a furniture shop. The service was fantastic - I ordered via the app and it was swift and friendly. The bar tender even apologised for the wine glasses!? She was lovely. My only beef was another couple who were sat in a booth nearby seemed rather hostile and believe me, we weren't being loud! I snapped a photo as I didn't really 'get' why they were staring, pointing and laughing. Me and my mate are autistic and as such really pick up on bad atmospheres such as these. They left before we did. Thankfully.

This was better than the average Wetherspoons. The reason for giving it four stars rather than five is that the locks on the WCs in the gents toilets did not work.

Always enjoy a visit and a few cold pints. Hoping it does not get sold as is the proposed plan.

The pizza was excellent. The service was excellent and the whole experience was exactly what you would expect from a pub. It's a shame my local spoon cannot operate like this one.

This pub is up for sale by Wetherspoons, so probably won't be around for much longer. Saturday lunchtimes, which is when I sometimes come in is quiet. It always seems like just a few regulars hanging on. I'm sure their food portions are getting smaller as well.

Nice little place, more of a local than other Wetherspoons. Shame it's up for sale (probably not enough profit for the directors ). One of the nicest pubs in Bexleyheath

Gin and tonic, one glass was all that I had, finished my drink but unfortunately didn't see that the glass was still dirty from the previous drinker until after and so found it had pale pink n sparkle lipstick on it. Felt totally disgusted that I had just drunk from that glass. Took the glass back to the bar and showed them the lipstick that I wiped off onto my finger, think they was going to offer another drink, as if that would make it better. Nothing would. Walked out.

Currently a Wetherspoons, but they're selling it. It has all you want from a Wetherspoons currently except for atmosphere and service. The staff are sullen and the local clientele are unwelcoming.

Went to visit the wrong un today. It was absolutely outstanding. Decided on this place as it isnt as busy as the furze wren. Downloaded the app before we arrived the app is simple and well easy to use. Ordered drinks and food that arrived promptly. The waiting staff are well mannered and very very polite. The food is reasonably price and cooked fantasicly. Well presented and very tasty. Will put this place as my number one for meals out WELL DONE THE WRONG UN (OUTSTANDING)

Went here on Saturday 22nd July. Wanted to try a different Wetherspoons than we normally use. I like the idea of the booths. Anyhow the food was much better here. I had the cod and chips, it was huge but I have to say much better than our one we normally go to. The place was relaxed not too loud, just right for an early evening meal.

Wetherspoon is Wetherspoon is Wetherspoon...normally but this has a different atmosphere from the one up the road. It was a Friday evening there was a good crowd in and I was in good company. I hear they are closing this branch which is a shame because it is different but the same as other Weths.

staff are so friendly and helpful. really fast service. atmosphere is great, regulars are polite and friendly. perfect quiet pub - definitely coming back! only thing is the food could be better and accurate

Opened in 1994 this was the first JD Whetherspoon in Bexleyheath and is located near the Western boundary of the Broadway, some ten to fifteen minutes walk from the main pedestrianised area, where most of the retail units are located. Since the opening of the Furze Wren by the Clocktower trade has diminished and the current patrons are loyal customers. Generally there are six real ales on offer. Three from the standard range, the rest guests. The quality of the real ales is very good. Since last Autumn the pub has been up for sale.

Good spoons. Does look quite dim compared to other Wetherspoons. Mainly come here for pre drink with friends in this one but mainly order food.

My husband and I are big fans of The Wrong'un. It doesn't feel like the usual Wetherspoon's at all, not one bit. No drunken teenagers, it's a bit more of a grown up place, with a very friendly and personal atmosphere, the staff are all lovely and friendly too. Although they adhere to the Wetherspoon's menu, the food is better here than any other Wetherspoon's, it's like the kitchen staff take just a little more pride and actually enjoy their jobs! It's clean, the toilets are ground level, the tables are clean, it's just a nice place to be. Shame it's on the list of Wetherspoon's to be sold!

Had steak & kidney pudding with chips & peas + gravy, is a small portion but perfect size for me, sadly only one piece of kidney but that’s not different to anywhere else you buy it from , at £9 including a pint you cannot go wrong, beer was on the table within 2 mins, around 5 min to wait for the food👍 was not offered salt & pepper ect but no problem just saying Overall very pleased, will come back again

Lovely 😊 staff, especially BEN, clean and spacious, toilets are downstairs which is a plus for Wetherspoons, food was served promptly and with a smile 😀, this pub is more like a local as well, but welcoming to everyone 😊

A popular/ busy pub/bar. The interior and bathrooms were grubby on my visit. Menus on the table needed throwing away/replacing (greecy with food deposit) & tables grubby like they hadn't been wiped in a long time). A few extra staff might be required for proper decent table service. Attention to detail with regard to pouring pints would be beneficial (ie: Guinness should nould have a major heat with a mass of airbubbles). Depending on time of day, bar service can require a wait. The quality of food was average value compared to other establishments. The 2 bar staff on shift were pleasant enough & curtious during a busy service.

I come here most Saturdays; the staff are friendly and the food has always been of excellent quality. I find it has a much better atmosphere, the food better and a lot more calmer and welcoming than the Furze Wren Wetherspoon's which is down the road.

Very popular venue. It was packed! And the music was brilliant.

Very cliquey. People served in order of familiarity to staff. Totally unprofessional Manager appears to only accommodate his mates. Beer not bad though

Another brilliant spoons in Bexleyheath. I came to this one for breakfast as I thought the other one in the town centre would’ve been busier. And it was good. Staff were friendly and polite and the food tasted alright. Service was also fairly quick. Will come back again soon when next in the area.

Had a decent breakfast at The Wrong Un with my wife one morning we recommend the Eggs Benendict, outstanding value for your money.

This is one of the best Wetherpoons I've been to and I've been to loads. Sadly, I just heard that the place is up for sale. It's always crowded so can't think of a good reason for it to close. Everytime I've eaten there, the food has been great. There's always a decent selection of beers and they're well kept. Maybe Tim Martin needs the money for his new pub which will shortly open in the O2.

Nice pub with lovely staff. Booths down one wall and tables throughout. Long space with a family area in the rear. The Guinness was good and the Doom Bar was excellent

As far as your average wetherspoons goes this is ok the food is good have eaten here on many occasions, service is quick, staff are friendly but typically for wetherspoons it attracts trouble and lacks atmosphere. It's not really somewhere I say I would recommend other than its not bad.

It's like a Wetherspoons but there's no massive voyage across the seven seas, a Sherpa guided journey on a perilous track up the side of a mountain or a run through a field of wheat to the toilets. I hear it's also being sold.

Delicious food cooked fresh. Excellent value. Had a lovely time here with family. Pints of Guiness taste lovely here!

Turned up a little before half past 8, wanted to sit down for a meal. 3 adults and a 4yr old. Asked if we wanted food, replied yes, got offered a kids menu, which we took along with the crayons that were offered. 5 minutes later got told we would have to be out by 9pm. Due to rules.. Why let us sit down and give us a menu in the first place. No way we would of been able to order be served and eat in that time frame in the first place.

Small wetherspoons better prices than the furze wren down the road. More locals than posers

Never been so disrespected in all my life staff member Ben clearly had a problem with me he brought our cups over so we could get the dishwater flavored drinks out of the machine and blatantly ignored me I was here with my wife whom he was incredibly rude to aswell here's your cups do you know how to use the machine or do I have to show you
