Popped in today had a sandwich and coffee the girls serving were all so happy and professional well done

Without question the best local Costa. Staff made sure everyone was served very quickly all while making sure there wasn't a single dirty cup, plate or table in the place. Other local restaurants should send their staff here for training!

We vist quiet a few costa coffee shops.Must say this is the cleanest one by far .Kathy is on top of cleaning and clearing tables.Staff are so welcoming pleasure to vist .

Always a pleasure visiting this particular Costa. I've been coming here for over 7 years, usually between 4-6pm. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and fun and they clearly remember their regulars. They are very professional with their service, offer alternatives, and make suitable suggestions. The atmosphere around that time is nice and relaxed, even when the staff begin to tidy up around customers they don't make too much noise and don't cause a distraction for guests. I recommend popping in just for the smile. It must be lovely for elderly or anyone living alone who pops in just to see a happy face.

Went to get coffee and get rid of my headache. Lady Jovita i think very rude she needs training how to speak to customers. Iv been coming over 10 years all over the world and for business wont be anymore. Went to scan my free drink because I didnt tell her she said im not a mind reader next time tell me so I can update it in the system. How was i supposed to know. Normally i just scan and it deducts from the price as always. No one else has been rude. Sad really hope she learns and hope she does not speak to other loyal customers like this. I wont be back and will return my contract with vedors.

Convenient when shopping in Crayford but go for the small coffee - unless you want to bath in it!

I love costa I was extremely disappointed when I was told their machine was not working so I was not able to use chip and pin or contactless. It was absolutely freezing cold and they couldn’t make my coffee without cash. The queue became ridiculous. They had to turn people away. I said I’d happily go get the cash can you start making it please then? They said no not until I had the cash. I know these things can happen however, I guess everyone who went there that morning would be in the same situation. Dartford costa never had these issues! The staff was not a problem. They were polite but it was frustrating for the customers.

Nice helpful girl behind counter - even warmed the butter up for me! Coffee and croissant nice but experience was spoilt by the girl clearing the tables who obviously had the hump and made as much noise as possible with the plates and pushing the trolly around. Should have spoken to her but didnt want to cause a scene. Perhaps she diesnt realise she is there to try and make people have a relaxing half hour! thrthe pkates who obviousky

The Manager at this branch is always so cheerful and helpful, makes it feel welcoming. One star off just because it's a branch within another shop.

Small Costa shop inside Next shop. Always a good visit staff pleasant and drinks good. Can get busy as a small shop but all current safety conditions in place and observed.

Having a drink with my wife when a member of staff started to ask had we done track and trace which we had we then had customers leaning over us to get the code no social distance whatsoever surely the staff can ask this at the till not impressed as these customers thought it was funny which I did not

Best Costa staff around the DA1 area by far! My order is always remembered and is already in the process by the time I even get to the till. Plus they always remind me that I DO indeed have a costa card haha!

A bit of a tardis place this - looks tiny but once inside there are a surprising number of seats. Usual good coffee & snacks.

love this place and who serve me i dont remember there names its 2 girls they always smile whenever you go sometimes i havent enough money but she always saying dw give next time really appreciate my order always 2 hot chocolate. But recently i been there 2-3 times but they havent cream without cream hot chocolate taste so different pls improve only this problem when u open ur costa you have everything ready to serve
