VQ Chelsea in Kensington and Chelsea

Ordered desserts and they were disappointing. Dry and just lack of flavour.. nothing special

I visited the Chelsea branch last night, and while the place was okay, the food was terrible. The calamari was overcooked, and the spaghetti Bolognese was watery and bland—completely unappetizing. When I raised this with the waiter, he dismissed my concerns, saying there was nothing he could do because he had already asked if everything was okay earlier. However, he asked us only a few minutes after serving the starters and mains, before we’d had a chance to really try the food. After that, we didn’t see him again to update him, and ultimately, nothing was done. To make matters worse, staff were hoovering the area while we were eating, which was not only distracting but unhygienic. We ended up paying for food we couldn’t eat, and the whole experience was incredibly disappointing. I’ve been to the Bloomsbury branch before, and the food and service there are far better. I won’t be returning to the Chelsea location

Came here after going to the Royal Marsden hospital for lunch with a friend. The staff was friendly and helpful the food was lovely and not overly expensive. There were not many people here and the booths were tight so we had a table instead. The toilets were clean and the food wait time was good. Would come back again and highly recommend 👌

Nice place to eat chill place nice food to had a very nice breakfast whit my dad there we where well look after. The menu was full of choice there products are good quality and freshness is there the place is open 24 hour's most try it at different time's and see what ells the have to offer I would go back and would recommend it it's not a high end place but they do what they do the right way hope you enjoy your visit👍

This is my Late night go to spot whenever I’m in London food and Drink 24hrs suites my erratic schedule. Good food nice cocktails at 4am what more can you ask for. Just remember to bring ID

I came to have a bite to eat after a good evening, given the lateness of the hour I thought I wouldn't be able to eat properly in London. Fortunately I found this restaurant offering good food at any time. And a big thank you to Kishor for his professionalism and for his excellent cocktails, but especially to the devil margarita, strange at first glance but good in taste.

Horrible bouncer. We came for a bite to eat but the bouncer wouldn't let us in and wait inside instead of out in the cold. We didn't have any drinks at all but he was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I've been coming for years but after this incident I'll never go again, I tell all my friends to avoid this place due to the lack of professional courtesy and regard to their customers.

I totally recommend visiting this place. I will come back to try more things from the menu as often as possible, because the onion rings and chips with garlic dip I was craving were super tasty today. Also, an extremely friendly and professional atmosphere is guaranteed, for which I am grateful🌞

We are on vacation from Canada and found this gem minutes from where we were staying. I don’t know what we liked more the amazing food or the lovely kind staff.

Wonderful little place to go to if you’re looking for a late night snack or something to fill your stomach. My partner had the chicken burger, which he loved! And I had the salmon, which was also good. We were served by a young gentleman by the name of Rajesh I think, can’t fully remember (forgive me if I’m wrong). He was such a friendly and polite guy. Gave us a few jokes, which made us laughed. Very happy and smiley young man. Thank you for your service and your kindness.

Food here is not value for money. The club sandwich was hideously bad. White bread with no lettuce, bacon was old meat and undercooked.

Late night venue if in the SWs and don't want a trip to town. Staff can be officious for a late night spot.

Been coming to VQ for years I love the staff and the atmosphere. Food and coffee is brilliant at a fair price and what more there open 24 hours a day. You do need ID to get in as that's the council requirement for the licence. But strongly recommend .

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The food was exquisite and each dish was beautifully presented. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

Great place open 24hrs where you can get drinks and food after a long flight. Edmond and Chantelle were attentive and had our order out quickly. Get the halloumi fries! Something different than mozz sticks. The fish and chips were crispy and hot- perfect for a welcome to London dinner

I was visiting London last month and suffering from jet lag. I stumbled upon this 24 hour restaurant, close to my hotel, extremely hungry. I like the vibe here. The service was friendly and it had a neighborhood pub feeling, even though its a restaurant. Chintali was my server and she was very pleasant and helpful. The teriyaki salmon was cooked perfectly and the salad very fresh and crisp. Surprisingly, the smoothie was pretty much the star of the meal. I wasn't expecting a smoothie to be so delicious and refreshing. In the states, most smoothies don't integrate courgette (zucchini), but this one ingredient added a nice smoothness and depth to the smoothie. If you need a late night diner, with a chill vibe, good food and great service, stop at VQ Chelsea.

I spent £35 on a burger, small prawns and 2 chips(i asked for one portion). Saw a hair in my burger about 3 inches long and couldnt eat my meal after that.

My favourite dishes are the peri peri wings (little spicy) the prawn linguine & the pancakes. At 7am after a night out 🤤 LUSH. Oh yeah try the passion fruit martini 🍸 delicious

The breakfast was great. Thank you. Our son said these were the best pancakes he had ever eaten. My husband was happy about his full English - just as it should be. Three people including drinks service £53.

I love this place is the best all-day breakfast around the area, an amazing find near the hospital Chelsea and Westminster. I need to go to the hospital often to monitor my health conditions and after a long day in the hospital for consultations and tests, it’s comforting to have such a good restaurant nearby. The food is very fresh the customer service is excellent and pleasant. They have an amazing list of alcohol-free cocktails and regular cocktails. They also do Deliveroo and Uber Eats, food travels well also.

Still the best flat white and best service in all of London. Iconic for its opening hours but epic for their kindness. There's a reason I've been coming here 20 years. Special thanks to Yael and Ritish for my last best flat white of 23! Still coming back in the new year. Lovely service yet again. Jaekali was warm and attentive as ever.

One of the best restaurant i have ever visited in London. The staffs are really professional and polite. I highly recommend this place even for a cup of coffee, a very clean anf tidy atmosphere all around.

Met Tom Cruise here about 30 years ago when he was filming Mission Impossible. Great guy. Can't remember the food though

Not impressed, and 3 stars is me being very generous. Popped in for some T/A and ordered Pancakes and Eggs Royale. The Pancakes didn't come with the ice cream we ordered, paid for extra berries that if that was an extra is very shameful. The Eggs Royale supposedly large, had no flavour at all, not to mention the salmon. We came here as we had a great experience at the branch in Bloomsbury, but don't think we will ever come back at this point other than to get a full refund.

We were so hungry in the middle of the Saturday night. So many places were already closed, so we spotted 24h open restaurant. We risked and went to try the food. I need to say very nice surprise. The food was fresh and lovely. You are serving none alcohol drinks at a reasonable price. My pasta carbonara and my partners beef burger were spot on! Thank you!

Love that this place is always open. We came in early and had a delicious breakfast.

I usually get delivery but popped in yesterday for the first time and unfortunately was 'greated' by an incredibly rude and hostile security door man. He tried to stop me from bringing in a new and sealed bottle of water, kept making snide comments when me and my partner popped outside for a cigarette to himself and to another customer. He completely ruined the experience for me so I probably will avoid coming back. On a positive note, the food was good as usual and the staff inside were kind and provided a great service!

The worst restaurant in London, absolutely disgusting the fish and chips was awful, I also got salmon with sweet potato’s equally nasty, I told the manager and he said it looks fine to him, I paid £88 and walked out not being able to eat the food, they didn’t even offer to refund me my money

A bit late apologies but great place overall with halal food options and never disappoints when it comes to 24/7 dining experience Which can be hard to find in London . Found the perfect spot with amazing food that’s 24 hours open. So. Good to have a great meal after a night out. Food was amazing. Best Mother’s Day breakfast at 1am. Loving it.

Four years after my first review, still one of my favourite places in London . Super friendly staff, good and well priced food and a great place to get some work done rather than battling our at a Starbucks.

Sat in for breakfast / brunch on a Sunday morning and was surprised with how much we enjoyed it. Service was friendly and attentive, food was well priced and exactly what we were looking for. The option of small or large portions for most breakfast items was perfect for our situation

Out of the 3 starters I only liked the battered prawns, the rest tasted pretty frozen to me, including the halloumi fries, felt like I was biting into an apple. For the main I ordered a beef burger. It was far too greasy for my liking, also didn’t like the service, it seemed like they were tired waiting for home time.

High quality service despite multiple incoherent iterations from our large group at 3am… diverse and high quality champagne choices, innovative milkshake concoctions, exquisite halloumi fries… and a beautiful birthday cake on the house… I even quite enjoyed being ID’d at the door… a rarity in my 40s with my hairline… Riviera in St James could learn a thing or two from the crew at VQ!

Most overrated place of all time. Extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity. Received the smallest plate of food I’d ever seen, thought it was a joke when they first brought it out.
