I haven't eaten here. Staff are friendly. Toilets are not dirty but in need of urgent repairs. Make sure your pint is topped up, it's what you pay for

My group was traveling to London from the USA and enjoyed a great fish and chips dinner and beverage with wonderful service!

We decided as a family to eat at this local pub, but when we arrived, no one greeted us or informed us that children weren't allowed. When we asked if we could eat there, they said yes, but when we asked for someone to clean the table, they replied that they would come when they could. When the lady finally came to clean the table, she started yelling that children weren't welcome. The woman was very rude to us.

If you like a nice British pub with welcoming people avoid this pub. The service is terrible, the bartender is very rude and the place is dirty :sticky tables with glasses not cleared. We asked for a Mojito who is a signature cocktail and where told it's a mix in can.

We were here for an authentic English pub experience and really enjoyed the bar. The drinks were good, the food was delicious and Cristinas warm and welcoming manner was just great! We'd love to come back!

It is a clean place but seems too sterile and new. As a yank only one TV with limited view angle is not grand. One person handling everything. Not a bad place but just off and slowish.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The food was an absolute disgrace. I ordered a steak sandwich. I had to put my glasses on to find the food on the plate. Two small slices of stale bread with tiny pieces of meat and a bit of mustard. One person working, and waiting an eternity for the food. Shame on the owner. I would seriously not recommend going here. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic place. Beyond excellent service, and food. Be sure that you are there for when Nathan is! He is amazing, and really made it enjoyable. Been in London a couple times, this time being a week. This place being the one that outshined everywhere else in London. We are from Canada and really enjoyed Prince of Wales. Very good prices, fresh food, and overall just very impressed. Thanks Nathan, and staff ! Will be back. My parents are coming next month and will for sure have this on the list of places for them to come.

The pub smells damp, toilets are full of mould. You need to sort out air movement. Food seemed fine (didn't have it) service seemed fine, but the damp was horrific from the moment I walked in

Just went in for a single drink. Had a good laugh with my wife and atmosphere was chill. Obviously popular because of the amount of footfall. Wasn't in there long enough to rate it highly or lowly. More than happy to go back and actually give it a decent review. People around me seemed like locals and drop ins. Nothing negative in the atmosphere.

Needed a place to catch a bite and refreshments after a long bus trip and sightseeing. Found this quaint little pub, beautifully restored and great atmosphere. Then the food...OMG wow, so good. Drinks were good too. Thanks to Laura who was run off her feet, but the smile never left her face.

Laura was excellent and was working hard all the time and made us feel so welcome in the pub. We will be back again 💗

My first meal in London was disappointing compared to the hype of the English Fish and Chips. Very few chips, cold stale peas and the one piece of fish was meh. We did have a lovely conversation with the couple at the next table and the IPA was excellent.

Would highly recommend dropping in here in you haven't been in beforehand. We stopped in on the way back to High Street Kensington Station and the staff were very friendly, serving a great bunch of food. Will be back here for sure!!

Nice quiet lunch at this pub (weekday lunchtime). Friendly barmaid, and good value lunch. Not much more you can ask for for place in central London to have a catchup.

It was a pleasure to visit this pub. The ambiente itself isn't extraordinary but the food, beverage and the service is! We had a mix of five of the small plates, every single plate was delicious and the sauces flavourful coordinated. Also the Dessert was very tasteful.
