Loved the cocktails but the girl behind the bar looked so bored, bo personality.

Called for few beers and food,would highly recommend. Laura was a lovely host, they also show the sports👍

We had fish and chips, mac and cheese, and steak and ale pie. All were delicious! My kids loved the food. And the price was good!

One person serving the entire pub on a Saturday evening. Delivering food to tables/clearing tables/taking orders/making orders/taking payments…. Pint prices (£7.9) are well above the London average. Makes you think you’re in Copenhagen.

Food was very tasty. There was a small misunderstanding when ordering and a nice young lady could sort it out in a very friendly manner. Thanks for that :)

OMG. That was the most wonderful Steak and Ale pie we have had for many a year. Even better than from a farmers market and we’re from Somerset. Nice selection of ale to go with it. Very Happy.

I went to the prince of Wales for a Sunday roast. Waited over one hour patiently, it wasn’t busy, the lift for the food was broke, food was still coming slowly, asked the waitress how long the food will be as we had been waiting over 1 hour, she replied with that’s normal, it will be here shortly. A long wait later, the food was cold and wouldn’t feed it my dog. Poor service and poor food to follow.

I came to the prince of wales for Sunday lunch.. waited over an hour for the food, the food lift was broken. After an hour I asked the waitress how long so the wait as we had to get somewhere else. She replied quite rudely saying an hour wait is normal. It wasn’t even busy.. the roast was really bad after an hour and half wait and no sauces and the beef wasn’t cooked

Definitely get the Mac and 3 cheeses, 10/10 would recommend! And the staff are very nice too

Went in for dinner at 7:30, informed food wasn't available for another hour. This isn't a pub it's a boozer pretending. Not worth the time

We loved the PUB. Food was excelent and the service was very kind and friendly.

Cosy and warm on a very cold, gray day. The steak and ale pie was delicious as well as the "classic toasty"! I look forward to more English food if it's all this good.

Fantastic little pub. Came from Wales to the Prince of Wales..what's not to like! Only criticism is the ladies toilets were out of order and we had to get the key to use the disabled. But great little pub! Will come again!

In a fairly Calm pub, waiting 45 minutes for small plates, not even mains, is taking the piss.

First negative review I've left, but the food was horrendous. Very dry beef, cardboard yorky pudding, minimal gravy and cold potatoes. Couldn't order a burger, as there were "no buns" m, so maybe that'd be a better option. The young girl on the bar was very friendly, and apologised for the food quality. Sorry, but we won't be back, and couldn't recommend

Decent pub, which belongs to the Greene King group. As usual, various beers on tap as well as cask ales. Food was tasty, price performance typical for the area.

I had already been to the pub near Kensington High Street station in 2021 and I remembered it so positively that I returned. Not just because of the atmosphere, but especially because of the food. In my opinion, the cuisine is of surprisingly high quality for a pub, extremely tasty, generously portioned and also fairly priced. What I noticed in 2024 in contrast to 2021: I suspect that the quality of the kitchen has improved a little. Highly recommended is the Steak & Ale Pie - Oh my God... A hearty poem that you won't want to end. What needs to be improved, however, is that my girlfriend and I had to wait over an hour for two dishes and orders are only taken at the bar. Had a great evening at the pub, the barman was knowledgeable and friendly, the drinks were reasonably priced for a central London pub. We didnt eat we just had some bar snacks. They show the football and stayed open really late. Top English pub!

The food was slow to arrive, but the lady serving behind the bar advised us this before we ordered and she was very friendly and checked back to make sure we were OK etc.

What a lovely Club!! Good vibes, Good Food and Drinks are always good. Amazing service. Amazing staff. I came in on a crutch and they were more than accommodating and made me feel so comfortable! Stu was outstanding and made our experience. Will definitely be coming back!!

Unfortunately, we had no food. We came very spontan and foubd realy welcome. We‘ve on a girlstrip from Germany and felt very good. The Mojito was so much better than in Germany.

Amazing service, I love the vibe of the pub in the evenings. The christmas decorations are so festive, really made the evening. The lady behind the bar, Laura, was very helpful and suggested the best beer available. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area!
