Delicious!! Fantastic service!!!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Really helpful on the phone and managed to squeeze us all in. Arrived and greeted warmly. We ordered fish and chips, chicken in honey and mustard sauce, sea trout, cottage pie plus panko prawns as a main. Everything was well presented and good size portions too. Better than that, however, was the taste - not one bad thing said about any of the food and in fact everyone was impressed with how good it all was. Hand cooked chips too which were delicious. Two of the party had dessert- sticky toffee pudding and Baileys cheesecake - again no complaints and lots of compliments! So if you want great tasting food, good sized portions and a fantastic service and atmosphere then what are you waiting for? Will definitely be back very soon.

Lovely venue, great food, and friendly service. The music was a little bit loud for a family Sunday lunch vibe but otherwise great venue!

Ate here last night and choose the 50th Anniversary taster menu , every element was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The ambiance of the old mill coupled with friendly and very professional staff makes the Mill perfect. We can’t wait to return. Thankyou Ludo and team

Hemos cenado en Petrus y sabíamos que este era uno de los restaurantes favoritos de Gordon y por eso reservamos. No nos decepcionó... necesitamos decir más. No probablemente, pero sin duda la mejor comida que hemos tenido, insuperable!

Another great visit. Food was very good and staff were very knowledgeable about the menu. Staff were very friendly and added to the dinner experience. We sat upstairs which was lovely, it's dark decor, would be nice for a dinner date. The room was quite hot though. The seating in the bar area is great for drinks with friends.

Had a fantastic meal again here cannot fault that at all.only thing was I didn't like was they came and cleared our table while one of us was still eating .order was also misunderstood but admittedly was rectified promptly. This has not put us of and will still visit again when we are in blackpool. Also you must book to eat as it gets very busy.

The food was excellent, extremely well cooked with lovely complimentary flavours. The staff were very nice and helpful. The portion size did seem small - the cod portion was much smaller than expected. That said the accompaniments enhanced the meal perfectly.

Found this spot on TripAdvisor during a weekend stay in Chester. We were very impressed! Situated on Foregate St on a busy road, this quiet cafe had an extensive breakfast/brunch menu. We struggled to pick as there were so many options! We got a full English breakfast and a breakfast muffin which were both amazing. Staff were lovely and attentive

We booked a meal for my partners birthday with family. The food was outstanding. I have intolerances to certain foods and the chef had prepared a menu to accommodate this. The staff are very knowledgeable, it is wonderful that they explain the contents of the dish and there is a feeling that they are proud to serve food from sustainable resources. We had the wine pairing: what an experience! The sommelier had a great knowledge of the grapes and how they worked with the dishes. You could see that she had a passion for her chosen career. We will return in an instant, it was a wonderful experience, thank you
