Staff weren't that friendly looked like they didn't want to be there. Ordered a thick shake and got my friend to double check it would be thick. Hence i drank a very pricey supposedly thick shake in about 2 minutes i wasn't in a confident mood to complain as they looked unapproachable. The restaurant was empty but sat outside at unwashed tables. I use To love the wimpy sadly not any more.

Lovely evening dining with family. Menu was extensive and food delicious. Plenty of seating and the staff friendly and helpful.

Here for football, was driving so not drinking which, wasn't such a bad thing as no real ales. Food was pretty basic but, there were going to beer lots of footie fans coming in. Great location on the canal.

Great place, have eaten here a few times food is always lovely and great value. Good to drop in for a beer. Friendly atmosphere with fab music.

Genuinely one of the best meals out I've had in Plymouth. Food? Delicious. Cocktails? Delicious. Service? Fantastic. 100% recommend and will be coming back.

The food was tasty and thoughtfully sourced with an emphasis on local. The staff were untrained and unable to provide basic service - we asked for small plates so we could share a charcuterie platter and salad and ended up being told to get them ourselves from the coffee bar.

If you like Italian lager then this is the place for you. No cask ales on draught but a nice place for a drink

Very nice pub felt very welcome

We'd been craving fish and chips all day and rushed back from our day out to get some. We'd got to two gates just in time and even though they were just about to shut up shop, Fiona sorted us out with the best fish and chips in tarn. Highly recommend Two Gates Fsheries!

Food and service were OK..feels like work in progress Still. . Still early days..we will try again in a few months

Looking for light lunch so had a starter of spicy fishcake and ordered a side of chips and it was just right. Decent quality food here and good friendly service by a group of young waitresses. Would come again.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly accommodating staff. Good to die for, you won’t go far wrong, stopping by at this lovely pub.
