Fantastic sharing platter. Lovely place, food was great and staff couldn’t do enough. Very friendly and attentive. Great menu, something for everyone.

Upon booking we thought the menu sounded good and were looking forward to coming. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The quality of the food wasn’t nice especially for such expensive prices. They claim the meat is locally sourced but my beef was chewy and gristly and the food was luke warm like it had been left on the side, I could’ve made better roasties myself they were bland and dry. The other parties also had issues with their food. We told a member of staff & were offered a free round of drinks which we politely declined as we were almost ready to leave and upon paying nothing was deducted from the bill (which would’ve been courteous of them to do so given the issues). Wouldn’t return which is a shame. As others have said, it was much better quality when it was Chef & Brewer. Maybe don’t buy ‘The White Company’ hand soap and lower your prices a little?… and serve better quality food.

What a wonderful pub and lovely staff. They were friendly, polite, attentive and kind. A special mention for our hostess Sirina who greeted us with the warmest smile and kept us entertained throughout our meal. Thank you to Simon, Sirina and the whole team!

Enchanting experience. Food, service, atmosphere were all great but what made it memorable was seeing a pair of young girls sitting at the window who could have been straight from a Jack Vettriani painting. No lies.

Food is excellent, it's hard to find a good chippy these days and Maidstone doesn't have many but everything on the menu at Lewis' is excellent and the portions are really good value

We had an absolutely amazing meal here, couldn’t fault a single thing. Our server Mandy was fantastic! Thank you so much for making our day off away from work most enjoyable! The food was outstanding, thank you team!

Lovely old pub in Mobberley. Very picturesque good selection of beers and spirits friendly staff. Didn't eat here but the dining area was full.

Paramos para almorzar tarde en un glorioso día soleado después de visitar el WWT London Wetland Centre justo al final de la carretera. El menú Prix Fixe era perfecto para la ocasión. Disfrutamos de dos entrantes diferentes y dos principales, todos llenos de sabor. Decentemente mantenido Fullers ale también. Recomendado minuciosamente ( y si te gustan las aves tiene grandes dibujos alrededor de las paredes también ! ).

Excellent pub in beautiful surroundings. Food was first class and great staff..perfect Sunday lunch. We will definitely be back!

Visited on a sunny evening for couple of drinks, very nice environment and cheesy chips and garlic ciabatta cheesy was add on. Great place for family aswell.

A recommendation to me from someone local after moving to the area, a very good find. I had mussels to start with then fish and chips. Its also got a kids play area and plenty of grass for them to run around.
