A massive ‘thank you’ to Sally & team. My friends and I went to the queslett on 8/3 for birthday celebrations. Sally went above and beyond with her customer services. Thanks again.

We live local to pub but haven’t been down for a while it’s OK if you want to listen to foul mouthed Men and Women vaping and doing drugs in the toilets! What happened to what was a great venue😳

Amazing food, everything ordered came out on time, faith the waitress was amazing even on a very busy night. Definitely coming back

There was a group of 10 of us who had booked a table for a birthday. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Abby made sure we were all served together. We all enjoyed our food and the portions were well cooked and very generous. The Manager (Sally) checked in with us and made sure we all had a great time. Thank you Sally for making our meal enjoyable. We will certainly be back bringing our dog next time. Jan and Joan.

Lisa and Annie were lovely servers, they were so friendly and attentive, gave our dog some treats and water too! P.s the chicken wings were FIRE

Warm and friendly atmosphere, good service, food excellent, good variety of drinks. Staff really helpful, Rachel is excellent, always approachable and goes above and beyond. Went for lunch as a family of 4 taking advantage of lunch time set menu and a quiet and inviting ambiance.

Fabulous service by all, thanks to Faith for a friendly face. Beer always great as is the food. Can’t beat this welcoming pub.

Posh fish & chips….Nothing posh about it, apart of price. Micro portion of tartar sauce, seabass with skin and soggy batter. Everything unsalted.

Really accommodating friendly staff, even though they were busy. Didn't feel rushed, really pleasant place to have a family birthday get together. Would definitely go again.

I had a veggie flalaffel type burger, I thought this was very good. Staff friendly and helpful :)).

What a brilliant night we had here Christmas Eve! Brilliant atmosphere and so much fun! DJ was great and staff were bloody brilliant…..hardly waited at the bar even with how busy it was! Definitely doing the same next year!

Paid £10 to get in on Christmas Eve and was offered wings and chips! Was not worth £10!! Should have just gone to McDonalds would have had a better Christmas Eve!!!

Lovely pub in a nice area, very cosy and warm. Had to ask to turn down speaker as couldn't hear our conversation which was done immediately so excellent Only issue was food quality as it was a poor roast with profits likely frozen and poor quality

We highly recommend The Queslett. We went there today for a early Christmas Lunch. The set menu was superb, all three courses were fist class. I had the Blade of beef and it melted in my mouth it was tender and just fell apart ( perfect). Our server Faith was so attentive and gave 5 star service. She was so good we left a nice tip when we paid the bill. We'll done everyone especially the chef and Faith.

Popped in today, Ollie looked after us! He was spot on and super friendly. Food was good and served in good time. Will definitely be visiting again

Purchased food via Too Good To Go app on Sunday. When i arrived to collect, the polite member of staff checked my phone. After a while she returned and told me the manager said "There is no food left. The refund will be in your account in the next hour". I can only guess that there is a mix up between ordering systems. My refund also appears to have gone missing. Maybe it's the same place where my meal went 😂

Our little group of ladies frequently lunches at the Queslett and we are always happy with the meal apart from the fact that they stopped doing baked jacket potatoes after covid, which were a big favourite amongst us ! We decided to have a Christmas dinner there this year and we weren't disappointed. The Turkey was beautifully moist and tasty and it was an adequate portion. I'm never happy with frozen vegetables, but you get what you pay for. Very nice desserts and starters and very good service from friendly staff. Would definitely do it again.

We came here for a quick meal for my partner’s birthday. I opened a tab and mentioned to the bartender that we would be ordering food. He said no problem, this was around 8:40. We go up to the bar at 8:59. The bartender was waiting to serve us and asked what we’d like. I said we wanted to order our food. Much to my surprise, the manager, who was serving someone else at the time, told us the kitchen was closed. And told us the kitchen closed at 9pm. At no point were we told the kitchen closed at 9pm. No offer of a solution from the manager, just a smirk, pretty pathetic ‘sorry guys’ and looked back down at his till.

The pub is welcoming. Pleasant, friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Food is very nice, reasonably priced and served hot. Drinks reasonably priced.

It's an Ember Inn so you know what youvwill get. Average food in an average pub.

Very enjoyable way to spend a few hours on a Saturday! The food is delicious and the caramel cheezecake (vegan) is to die for. Faith was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Able to guide us through food intolerances which is much appreciated. Have been a few times and will definitely be back.

Nice & relaxed environment here at the queslett, comfortable seats, not overcrowded (space between tables), music is a comfortable level, staff always keeping it clean and tidy for us. I was served by a couple of people, one being Faith. Sometimes people don't realise a simple smile can change someone's mood and day. Lost my job today so popped in for food and a pepsi before I go make phone calls to try sort another asap, was feeling fairly down but her being friendly and having a lovely smile made me feel better so thank you Faith 🙂. Have a lovely Christmas. In terms of food I had the ultimate burger with fries, it was brilliant & came out piping hot so can't complain at that Recommend to all. Thanks

All the staff were very helpful especially Alex our waiter who was very attentive. Food served quickly and lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back

Good pub food but my review is mostly for the great service we had from Keyao, he was so attentive, polite and friendly. We ordered our food from the table which asks you if you want to leave a tip but this is before your service so we didn’t but must apologise to Keyao as he deserved it but we didn’t have any cash on us. When we return we hope to see Keyao again as he is a breath of fresh air.

Once again we had a great night at the Queslett although we left before the Halloween Crazy Bingo started. Not sure about that. Janney and Keyan were both very attentive and service was fast and efficient. Bar staff were also good. Food was obviously very freshly cooked and served straight away. Delicious! Always happy to come back

Price of a pint of carling and a glass of wine has gone up £0.90 since last week!!!!

Went here for lunch and had a fantastic time the food was lovely I had the mixed grill which was lovely, the staff were fantastic, especially Jay and Faith they were friendly and ever so helpful and had fantastic communication skills. Our server Oliver was nice and friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this pub

Came in on Tuesday night for a meal with my family. Staff were lovely and food was beautifully cooked. Thank you to the Fantastic service from Janney, Tom, Faith who looked after us and to the kitchen team. Will be back again!!

The food isn't what it used to be, very disappointing.

Our works annual biggest pumpkin reveal thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Some people just had drinks and others food and drinks that lasted well into the night. Mixed grill was fab, well the rest of our party also enjoyed their food. Looking forward to our next visit.

Ordered a collection, food is rock solid as though it's been over cooked for ages. Portion sizes are terrible for the price, don't bother with the Mac and cheese side, wouldn't even call it an appetiser. Overall not happy and nowhere to sort this out like you would have on Uber eats. Just simply terrible.

Food is always wrong, cold or just rubbish quality; burgers, fish and chips and a lasagne have all been rubbish or wrong. Staff seem lovely but are always rushed off their feet leading to slow and sometimes incorrect service. I dont blame them at all they need more staff on at peak times.

Food is well below standard. They need to get the basics right and stop trying to improvise. Mac and cheese just awful..I do better myself and I'm a terrible cook. Kids fish fingers pretty awful. And Stop salting the chips, especially the kids chips Geezus!

Tom was very friendly and helpful! All staff at The Queslett are very friendly and professional every visit. Our food was delicious (lunch). I'd of given 5 stars for atmosphere if a bit warmer, was slightly nippy. Small thing. Had a really pleasant afternoon at The Queslett.

Tmi was member of three on 10th September. We were welcomed into the pub. Tom served and answered our questions which were helpful. Shown to the table we had reserved. We ordered our meals and they were served by Tom promptly abd asked if we needed snything else. He also followed this up and asked if our meals were okay for us. Both members of staff very pleasant and helpful.

The chicken burger was lovely and the chips were gorgeous x

We went here for food recently and it was ok, there was a Football Match on the tele when we arrived which made for a good Atmosphere. The pub is an Ember inns premises which is the same as the regular pub we use so we knew the food would be of a good Standard.

Great pub, clean tables, food came quickly, drinks as ordered, great value for money. Served by Tom, who was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped for a quick refreshment break with the dog and service was excellent. Ordered to a table outside and a dog bowl with water and ice and treat was brought out by the staff. Top customer service 👌

Another good lunch at the Queslett. Friendly greeting on arrival, great staff. Good gluten free choices and the young woman who took my order was very knowledgable. They even stock gluten free bottled beer. Food arrived in good time and was delicious.

Parking must be registered. Descent food and good service.
