The best restaurants serving American food in Wales

What sort of kfc restaurant has no chicken for sale for two hours. When i asked to order got told there was no chicken fillet and they were frozen what aort of place is this ! Absolute joke might as well close down awful place to visit !!!!

Anoche pensamos que volveríamos a intentarlo ya que nos perdimos mucho tener KFC. . gran error! Pedimos a través de Just Eat. La comida llegó a su debido tiempo, pero como era de esperar solo teníamos la mitad de lo que pagamos! ¡Esto arruinó totalmente nuestra noche! Kfc Uplands no contestó el teléfono después de muchos intentos. Hemos contactado con Just Eat y están investigando. £ 33 se gastó, y teníamos aproximadamente £ 10 en comida! También hemos contactado con la oficina central de KFC. ¡Les advierto a todos que este lugar no es confiable! El personal es probablemente niños jugando con! ¡Nunca más caeré en este lugar! ¡Tan enfadado y decepcionado! 😤

I got my food and it had a multitude of blood clots and I can now only taste blood and I ripped out a 3 inch tendon from 1 of them and the average piece was more gristly than an actual raw chicken ypu just bite into and that would be more pleasant basically they 🍇ed the happiness out of my bucket

This could easily have been a very negative review, as we have had three recent home deliveries, ALL with either missing or incorrect items! The store is literally only just over a mile away, but as I am currently housebound it may as well be on the darkside of the moon as far as my circumstances dictate. The most recent order wwas delivered minus x4 fries and, no matter what your opinion of KFC fries, that ruined a much needed meal after a long drive! On this occasion though, my other half was able to go into the store the next morning to complain. To her eternal credit, the Manager (unlike her counterpart at the nearby McDonald's!) was extremely apologetic, and replaced the entire £40 order on the spot, so well done her! Subsequent deliveries have also been correct, AND pleasantly hot...👍🏻

Although this place was a lot cleaner than our last visit, I always feel cheated leaving there as the portions are minuscule. Their tower burger is more of a bungalow burger and I doubt if one small potato had been used for the chips portion For £1.99, the coleslaw was a small tub of cheap low fat garbage and also at £1.99, you get one fillet the size of a chihuahua’s d**k Bloody disgrace

Booking hadn’t been written down when we arrived. Waited 2 hours for main food which meant the people who didn’t have starters sat hungry for 2 hours. When it did come it was a mediocre dry burger. Had to pay for anything else to arrive on the plate. Over cooked fries cost £6.50 to eat with the burger. The place was empty so no excuse for how long it took. Empty on a Saturday night speaks volumes. Horrified at the cost for 2 adults and a toddler who just had a £5 dish of pop corn chicken. Never again!

Very poor quality food. Waited over 30 min for very poor tasting food do not spend your money here. Gross

My advise is to give this particular outlet a very wide berth - in my 40+ years of using fast food outlets, this absolutely goes down as my worst meal - by the looks of the Zinger Double Down, it must have been thrown into the bag from across the other side of the kitchen - fries/chips or whatever they were meant to be, were soggy & tasteless (paid for large & was given regular that shouldn't have even passed for a small portion) - the staff must have a 'couldn't give a single toss' attitude towards their job!

Food was ok, not the warmest The restaurant and toilet are not clean, especially the toilets yikes! The whole place has seen better days! Never seems to improve!

Absolute s**t show paid for a GRAVY mega box drove home and considering it was called a gravy mega box which I paid to upgrade to large I had no gravy, staff over there couldn work under pressure because the amount of just eat orders going out, had the scabbiest prices of chicken in my box. Isn the first time they’ve messed up an order but to forget gravy when that’s what the meal was called is abit mind blowing. Won’t be returning as we pay expensive for a meal and never get what we actually paid for. Shocking either needs to be re-staffed or shut down

Evitar evitar llamaron con 7 miembros de la familia después del karting. Desafortunadamente tuve que dar una estrella Gastamos 80 libras aquí para todos nosotros. En una de las hamburguesas había un pelo que el personal no dijo nada aparte de dar una nueva hamburguesa torre solo para encontrar dos pelos más en las galletas. Desafortunadamente no tomé una foto de la hamburguesa, pero lo hice para la galleta. Personal que no llevaba redes para el cabello ni estaba atado en un moño no llevaba guantes no por lo que vi. No volveré a llamar aquí. Prefiero tener hambre. Solo espero que la gente vea leer y siga mi consejo y se mantenga lejos de aquí

Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Ordered 2 mighty buckets for one at drive through. A bucket should contain 6 chicken pieces of different types. Got home and found each bucket was 2 pieces short.

Has to be the worst place I have even eaten in. Staff messing about. Missing item from food order. Cold food. Tables not cleaned. Food on the floors. Could not use the toilet as it looked like people had used the floor as the toilet. I will never go there again.

Oh Dear God What’s an absolute car crash of a business, rather entertaining to be honest. The problem with setting up a business inside another business is that if everybody isn’t onboard then it turn into a CarryOn movie. We visited this place as we had heard great things about these burgers. But been able to make a burger is very different from running a business or even serving a burger to a table. The FATCATS staff have no interest in dealing with anything about the burger business. The food had to be ordered on an app, with a minimum order of £20 which is outrageous for a burger. When the burger arrived we had the honour of receiving it in a plastic tray with wooden cutlery by 2 young lads that looked liked they just come off the streets after playing football with there mate. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THE BURGERS ARE INCREDABLE
