Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Had a big tasty meal asked for bacon with it and specifically mentioned the bacon again which I paid for came.home.with meal to receive no bacon.its bad practice and service it's not hard to place a place of bacon mcdonalds what a let down

Ordered on line delivery. Didn’t turn up today and driver nor macdonalds answering. Tracking says delivered! I would avoid this restaurant

Waited ages, as we're several others. Had to chase, go back 3 times. Time taken for basic order - 30 mins. Order wrong when came, waited another time for parts of order, had to ask for drinks that were ordered. Then by time came it was cold!!! Worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever seen. So many other people had same issues. Lots of staff standing around in denial. Awful! Avoid.

I've had repeated poor experiences here. Running out of food, slow service, having to wait along with 10s of other cars after ordering drive through. There's something seriously wrong with the management here

I ordered on the app at 1:10 for table service and still wasn’t there at 1:30 so went up to the front and asked where my food was they told me I had already eaten it and just wanted more food

This has to be the worst McDonald’s In wales, they never have milkshakes or ice cream it’s a once a moth thing, at one point they didn’t have any chips and for the last week they haven’t had any drinks apart from oasis. The staff there are horrible and make the young people feel stupid. I was in there today and I made my wrap plain it wasn’t plain so I took it back. A woman then came running out screaming at me saying that i didn’t order it plain I know I did but I couldn’t prove it because the recites never come out of the machines, the manager then came and I argued with him for about 10 mins and they refused to give me a wrap so at this point I said can I have the wrap that just has the salad and sauce in it he said no so I asked for a refund he said no he eventually printed the receipt off and chucked the wrap in my hand and didn’t even apoligise I then asked for sauce and he refused to give it to me

Shocking customer service!!! Completely speechless… staff were very rude and completely ignored us! I ordered a milkshake with my meal; however when the food was delivered to the tablet we were told the milkshake machine was broken. I was offered an alternative but no refund was forthcoming for the extra I had paid for the milkshake. Never ever again

OMG! I could not belive my eyes. Opened my big mac and too my horror there was a speckle of poop smudged into the bun. How do you know it was poo, you may ask, well... the stench for one and the literal lumps of sweetcorn. I am shocked and disgusted to say the least. I did NOT expect to see what someone else had for they're lunch in MY lunch. I still ate it as i was starving and this was my last £6 on this meal, but that doesnt mean anything. 1 STAR.

Went there last night after a long car journey hoping to get something to eat as it was advertised as a 24/7 restaurant. We had order and paid on the app so we thought everything was going to be ok. When we arrived there was a cone in the drive thru section and the doors were looked which made us confused as anyone would be turning up to a restaurant that is literally advertising on the door that they are a 24/7 restaurant. We could see members of staff inside, all the screens were on and we could even see our order number on the screen. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes trying to figure out what to do I get a notification on my phone saying my order had been collected so my boyfriend when to the door and knocked on the glass to get an employee’s attention. She was very rude to him saying that they were closed because they didn’t have enough staff and that we needed to come back tomorrow to get a refund which is understandable. I’m just upset that I was allowed to order and pay for a services that wasn’t available and am now £16 down for a McDonald’s I never got. My advice to that place- if your not gonna be a 24/7 restaurant don’t advertise that you are.

Never use this restaurant it’s an absolute joke , dirty floors and tables added to together with rude staff not ideal for families with children

i went into mcdonald’s, lovely service from customers and lovely young lad served me he was lovely i must say however i do feel that the toilets need working on my friend went in and there was poo all over the floor and my friend the poor girl was sick everywhere because of this and when i went to report it the women just laughed and i just felt so sad about this, i hope this can be sorted because it ruins the place

Went throught drive through and a burger was missing. Went in to get the burger which was obviously left due to how the burger was requested. An employee was told about the mistake who then shrugged shoulders and said "oh well, shouldn't be so greedy". Absolutely appalling behaviour and comment and as a regular user of this McDonald's I certainly won't be back. Especially to be insulted like that again.

I waited in the drive through this morning for 15 minutes, so you would think that would be plenty of time for them to get my order right but shock, they didn’t. Because staff in this place get things wrong literally all the time. I’ve never once had a good experience in this place. I couldn’t go back to tell them they had my order wrong because there was a massive queue, at 7:30 in the morning too??
