Oh Dear God What’s an absolute car crash of a business, rather entertaining to be honest. The problem with setting up a business inside another business is that if everybody isn’t onboard then it turn into a CarryOn movie. We visited this place as we had heard great things about these burgers. But been able to make a burger is very different from running a business or even serving a burger to a table. The FATCATS staff have no interest in dealing with anything about the burger business. The food had to be ordered on an app, with a minimum order of £20 which is outrageous for a burger. When the burger arrived we had the honour of receiving it in a plastic tray with wooden cutlery by 2 young lads that looked liked they just come off the streets after playing football with there mate. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THE BURGERS ARE INCREDABLE

Group of 12 went on a Saturday night. We were there for the burgers really as we thought they looked good. Overall I’m not hating on the burgers or chips themselves BUT it’s the overall experience and that’s what lets HC down. The 2 guys were pleasant but rushed off there feet. The app is awful with little to no signal, when it finally works it’s clunky and slow. Apple Pay didn’t work for any of us and one of our friends had to track one of the guys down to pay cash. No condiments offered had to ask, another ten minutes wait. When we finished the table wasn’t cleared properly. Also why the fatcat? It’s disgusting in there!

Ordered our food via the app (only way to order) waited over 45 mins & our food hadn’t turned up so we went & enquired only to be told they had stopped service (apparently “it’s ok as we we hadn’t been charged”!!!) & we hadn’t been informed, by which time it was to late to be served elsewhere. Terrible service & would not recommend.
