The best restaurants serving American food in Wales

This place is never open when it says it should be Lovely food. The openning hours are all wrong, Please put it in Plain English when you are open.

We were getting “hangry” before visiting Pembroke Castle so dived into this caff for some food - basic but great value for a couple of toasties and an omelette.

Been here before the DONUTS have always been nice but today after our walk the DONUTS where horrible misshapen over cooked not round in anyway and uneatable whoever the guy was cooking these needs further training cause he hasn't got a clue and it's unlikely we will be the only ones never to return .

Ordered food in the morning with a collection time of 12.20. Arrive on time to have to wait a further 10 minutes. Then when I drove back to work with our meals we found out we were missing some dirty fries. No problem I’ll just drive back it’s a honest mistake. Arrived and explained to be told it wasn’t on the order and that they had written it down wrong. I was then rudely told if I wanted them I would have to wait a further 25 minutes. The food is nice but the poor customer services lets them down. I wrote the same review on their facebook page but they blocked me and removed it. Clearly not open to honest feed back. They have a winning formula if they can just sort out their poor customer service.

The food there is lovely.. But please don't go there if you a homosexual as staff decided to talk about you in the reception area in full hearing of paying customer. I got banned last night from the venue as staff talk about people who go to the gym. Friends of mine over heard a conversation about myself being poofy a gay to gay and some I can't write here so me being me went over and told them to they face . But then I had my pic done with a member of staff the other night and after I left was told the member of staff said I did not really want my pic taken with him. Thing is I'm known everywhere not for being poofy mind. People who go here make sure you look good because they talk about everyone. They talk about each other witch I find bad if I'm honest. I have spoken to a lot of people. And they have left for feeling uncomfortable being there. Think they all gone to the new gym by b&m they said lot better there. I'm off to the new leisure center in neath. Bye bye new plazza. Yeah and they can't get anyone to do classes there as no one wants to do it there... Terrible really bad. I been going there since it opened.. And they treat people like that. Don't waist your money

Fries were cold & not nicely brown in parts, the potatoes were either old or simply bad. Quick service & the rest of our meal was fine, as i say typically McDonald's. Seating was clean, toilets also clean.

The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.

Good place for milkshake and burgers! They cater for coeliacs, vegan/vegetarian (grass grazers) as well as good old fashion carnivores! Lots of different toppings available and it tasted really good!

Every time i come to this place (Hoping the service had improved) something goes wrong with the food i order, it’s either cold burgers, under cooked fries, never any frozen fanta’s available, milkshakes taken off the menu along with the rest of the desserts. Never gets sorted out. The staff always seem rushed or stressed out even though its very quiet most of the time and finally they fail to restock a number of items on time. I swear some of these “good” reviews are fake, everyone in this town knows it needs to go!

A staff worker called Dora took care of me and my friends. She was polite throughout our whole time and gave us our orders in no time. The staff treated us with respect and kindness.Amazing food and even better customer service. Will visit again

Tried to order using touchscreen that told me order not accepted. Customers waiting for food and staff talking behind counter. Went to the other food outlet at the services instead.

Sad atmosphere. Chicken tastes like play dough . Food came quick and there was a variety of options for you to choose from. Edible

It was nice my rice box didn’t really have any sause, chips were good. I found something in my cookie and idk how to feel about it…
