The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.

Very fast delivery desserts always so fresh and the very best flavours love 💕 this place i think the delivery driver think he said it was jay seemed very bubbly welcoming and service with a smile if all drivers took pages out of his book

Took my 3 kids here for a treat and they loved it.... Very clean inside well organised and staff are very friendly. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Car park 1 minute walk from shop and another 5 minutes walk so very easy to get to.

Asked if the “nutty choc spread” they advertised on most of their waffles/crepes contained peanuts, the member of staff wasn’t able to tell me what’s in the sauce as if came in a plain white bottle. They have signs up everywhere telling customers to inform them if they have an allergy, but it seems like the staff don’t know what’s in what themselves really concerning! Also, for the price you pay, why don’t they just use Nutella instead of a cheap and nasty alternative. Had a chocolate waffle and it was absolutely tasteless. The toilets were foul too

Went here last night with the family and was impressed with the service and food. Plenty to choose from and was a real experience to go somewhere completely different, excellent atmosphere and great food.

I went here one evening and it was lovely. I love the place and style and extremely comfy seats. The staff were lovely and it was super quick service. I had the chocolate indulgence crepe and it was lush. Great food for great value and I always come back regularly as it is so good. Definitely recommend!!

Had a milkshake delivered to my house and there was no straw, how did they want me to drink it like a bloody cup of tea??? Appalling behaviour displayed by kaspas if I may say, I just wanted a straw. I paid a lot of money and they couldn’t even give me a single straw which was disappointing and it stressed me out so much that I dropped my milkshake all over my desk!

Very filling menu. Rather too exotic for myself. It is the 'In ' place for youngsters. Have only been there once so cannot make too many comments.

Very good food and fast service. My daughter had a free galaxy milkshake as it was her birthday. We did have to show her passport to receive this.

Came here today & When it come to placing my order I asked for half/half waffle which has always been fine and iv never been charged any extra! But today they told me I had to pay an extra £2! He was a new guy behind the counter so he asked the gentleman baking the waffles if it was ok & that’s when he said it’s a extra £2 and walked over and added on two “honeys” in the till, this Wasn’t stated on the menu & when I looked at the bill it said they added on “honey” twice just to charge me the extra bit. Don’t understand why it was a problem and why I’d need to pay extra. I bought two waffles and a shake which come to nearly £20 in total. Otherwise the waffles were nice and it was clean and tidy just don’t think the customer service is there! ( deffo need to add the half & half to the system or even advertise this on a menu along with the price if it is an extra £2 )

Been here a few times now but this one was slightly unusual Went to counter to pay greeted by a tall chap with accent,I placed the order of 2 Belgian white chocolate crepes with fresh strawberry and ice cream to be told that I was pronouncing crepe wrong After 5 attempts of the chap to get the Order correct on the till.... I showed him my discount card and then he said yes then I paid contactless On checking the bill my discount had not been taken off so I asked Him if this could be rectified, with a puzzled look he told me I did NOT show him my card, the manager was eventually called and told that he could not give me back the refund, then a lovely lady called Jay apologised and produced a free crepe and milkshake with a very sincere apology and also from the other young girl working there, so that was lovely and very much appreciated But the chap with accent just looked at the 2 of us I understand that he might not of been employed there long and the manager was just a young chap as well but manners cost nothing and so does an apology We will return only because of the excellent customer service received from both young ladies and by the way Jay your crepes were the best we have had EVER Especially the free one !!!!

Took the family here on Saturday about 6.30. Busy but by no means full. 4 waffles took between 30 mins and 45 minutes to come and when they did come they came separately so we didnt eat together, they also forgot a Frappe! Very expensive at £38! It's a shame Adi's is not open later but we always have Frankies which we will do in future.

Staff were friendly and polite but the ice cream was rubbish, really tasteless. Clean and tidy inside.

Visited today after all the hype. Two adults, two children and £36 spent. The place was vertually empty yet I stood about 10 mins waiting to be served, whilst all the time being ignored by the young staff in front of me. I was just about to return to family and tell them we are out of there but a girl then asked me what did I want and before I could say forget it, my 7 year old placed her order lol. So we ordered. My waffle came out way before the other 3...I fed the kids bits of my waffle as we waited for theirs. The desserts came, but not their drinks. My husband went to ask about their drinks....they eventually came when we finished.... £3.95 for a slush that my daughter said was disgusting lol. Oh well, we’ve been now. The desserts are really very cheap tasting. You’ll get better from marks and Spencer’s at a third of the price. Won’t be back. Bridgend franchise really need to up their customer service also, or I fear repeat custom will be rare. Awful first impressions.

I have visited here a number of times and love it! We usually have a waffle or a crepe, the portions are quite large so my daughters aged 10 and 7 quite often share one. I have the banoffee waffle, it’s delicious! The toilets are kept clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Good prices too. Highly recommended.
