Worst kebab ever was very rubbery and when I asked for plenty of garlic sauce there was hardly any on.

Ordered a meal deal and 10 wings, they gave me the meal deal with a box of cheese even though I payed for the wings

Ordered not long ago. Firstly they overcharged me. Wasn’t by a lot but not the point. Then when the food came, the chips were cold. Paid extra for cheese on the chips and was a pinch full. Bun must of been toasted for a second, just crumbled when picked up. Veg wasn’t fresh. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Lovely people who run this place, called here not long ago to order food ( which was lovely) and there was a man cooking a pasta dish that smelled out of this world, after ordering I asked him what was that delicious smell he was cooking and he put a portion out for me to take home, totally didn'texpect it. He said he was making his dinner,turned out it was pasta, peppers and herbs ect and it was the best I've ever tasted and I love to cook, it was so nice of him to give it to me for free!!. Clean place and welcoming staff.

I've ordered a couple of meals lately and have found that the order I placed is not what I've ordered ether the size is wrong or it's missing all the sauce I've ordered with the meals. Even though the meals were enjoyable. I wish they could get it right for once. I've only just started buying my meals from the USA after a long period of absence. Please get things right in the future.

Food is standard for this type of takeaway. I had chicken from there before that was very tough as if it was out of date or something. Get a pizza, play it safe, lol

Ordered pizza and salad came freezing cold after specifically request they deliver my back way I rang to say it was freezing cold to s woman swearing using the worst language ever heard screaming and shouting I then get another man turn up here takes my pizza away and my salad and only returns ten pounds not fourteen and withheld me my salad nice way to treat a human being let alone one with disaboitles my support workers have been told even animals dont get treated like that even gave me back four pounds less but took the salad away even witheld it from me treated me worse than an animal in a zoo hrrific is an understatement absolutely horific eye to treat any human being you should all be ashamed of urselves abuse and mistreatment of any human being let alone any animal is not acceptable

Food very good at prices. Plus deals and family deals include good items. Pizza is most best, chicken pieces are marvellous and staff are kind.

Usa fried chicken is the best in the whole of maesteg. The service is lovely so is the food. Never have seen a place so nice like this. I would 100% recommend going there for everyome. The staff really welcoming and the food is delicious.

Had food from here a few times usually no problem at all But due to the incompetence of the person answering the phone I had a disaster of a kebab, I wanted it plain with a pot of bbq sauce for my husbands food and a pot of mint sauce for me to dip my lamb into….. oh no the stupid person put the bbq & mint sauce on my kebab together yuck!! I rang a bit angry I must admit to ask what they gonna do to rectify the mistake and she said well you can order more pots of sauce…. What!!!! They ruined the kebab that I paid for, but didn’t offer to do me a fresh kebab, the numpty.

I’m only giving a 3 because the rest the food is nice last couple of times the lamb kebab was stunning but my last one was so gritty I thought I was chewing on teeth, that have put me off going there it all ended up on the bin

Buy one get one free pizza £14.90 delivery say on menu or &13.90 collections. If you go for the £14.90 delivery they will still charge you and extra £1.30 delivery charge. How does that work when it states on menu £14.90 buy one get one free pizza delivery.

Foods okay! Prices on the menu are wrong ended up paying over 6 pounds more than what the prices should of been! They need to Update their menu & prices!

Horrible gone down hill big time. Took an hour to come and when it came kabab was cold the hottest thing in it was the tomato, definitely reheated. Chips and beans and cheese reheated absolutely upset with this save your money and just cook at home. Save your guts. You will pay!?

Quick service, freshly cooked food, polite customer service reasonably priced

They forgot to give us one item from our order (chips), when we phoned to let them know, they said they could deliver the missing item in an hour but we would have to pay for the delivery 😂

Have always used this shop food very good normally ordered a meal paid by card no sign of food for ove sr a hr phoned to check only to be told been sent different address and it was now on its way still waiting two hrs later

Lovely food always just spent over £30 delivered on time and food is always hot on arrival the 1/2 pounder cheese burgers are amazing and always, friendly and polite staff customer service 10/10

I ordered food on Sunday march 29th my order was delivered to my house I piece of chicken and cheese and chips and meal deal twelve with bq sauce when it came they never give barbecue sauce so I phoned back and they said they would deliver it to me my food went cold still waiting phoned them back after them not answering they finally answered and said the delivery driver is in cymmer now we are good customers of USA I will never use this shop again their attude stinks

The chicken was so succulent and tender, I bought myself the family meal for myself and didn’t leave a piece, would defo recommend, the greasiness from the chips melt perfectly in your mouth

I wouldnt even give a star . Ordered food last night spent £30 for cold hard chips that felt like rubber. Cold kebabs cold burgers cold chicken . The pizza was covered in grease and the taste was horrific and the garlic bread was cold and fell to bits when taken out of the packaging. I have 3 dogs and not one of them would eat any of it. Also the salttaste was shocking. The staff on the phone we're so rude just taking the order i didnt bother to rinv to complane.

Food was cold at best, they tried upgrading my meal without even asking me and when I challenged them on the price one of them was rude won't be returning that's for sure.

Pretty salty but a good takeaway, tasty and quite cheap. The staff can be a bit much but I know they have to put up with a lot of nonsense from the drunks on the weekend, and the kids actually. If you order a delivery this is even better, if you have to go there it can be quite uncomfortable

Food was okay, pizza did not advertise as having any vegetables but they came with it which ruined the pizza for my kids as they don't like mushrooms.

Absolutely vile customer service from the male serving with a shaved head!! Just ordered 3 piece chicken and chips, however as the chips were for my daughter's I asked could they put the chips in a separate box. The price was £5.30 however the man charged me £6.00, when I asked why there was a price increase of 70p he told me very aggressively that it was due to the separate box! Genuinely felt nothing but animosity towards me over a separate box! I will never ever go there again I would rather starve!!

I highly recommend this place they have beautiful food and the new large munch box there is absolutely gorgeous. To the people who hated this place I completely disagree with you every time we ordered from there we had averythink we wanted and its worth the price.

Hi I bott food from them hand I ordered a bottle of pop and they forgot the bottle of pop and they seed thay will bring the bottle of pop up 20 min that was at 10.40 and I am still wating for it at 12.20

USA Fried Chicken is one of the best places in Maesteg to go for food, the pizza is delicious, the kebab is awesome and the chips are just right.

Usually pretty good but have a habit of scrimping in the salad in kebabs even though you specify you actually want everything when you say “all the salad please”. For this reason there are staff I avoid as I know who’ll give what I’ve asked for. Ultimately the meat is tasty which is good.

Very clean place, they had high scoring from the health inspector. Good inexpensive tasty food. Will come again.

I’m a regular customer - food is always great, it’s the only place I buy fast food now as they’re very hygienic and friendly staff. Great choice and variety in their menu too. If you’re in Maesteg try it - you won’t regret it.

Excellent hygiene in this shop - they get the highest ratings by inspectors - go and see for yourself. Some people on here commented food poisoning - maybe you need to clean your own fridge out first because as a regular customer i never had such a problem. Food is quality and delicious.

An absolute disgusting takeaway. Very poor quality food and understanding very poor quality food standard. Everytime I order they always seem to get it wrong. Staff are really ignorant and unhelpful. Would not recommend

This is the best burger in Wales by far. We always order for delivery & not only is it delivered promptly, it's ALWAYS piping hot. Can only assume if it's that good for home delivery that the pick-up is just as good, if not better.

Had two pizza's here again, and once again didn't fail to satisfy, the price has gone up from £9.90 to £11.90 for two large pizza's but still excellent value for money, the deal is only when you pick up though.very busy place with phone constantly ringing, and once again the workers there are still like a well oiled machine. It is not a restaurant it is a takeaway.

They would tàkes orders prepare them b4 the delivery drivers would come back the food could be there 10 15 min before the driver gets it to deliver it then they rush then to get it to the customers which is then cold and its not the drivers fault and Hassan expects drivers to speed but won't pay they fine if cought

NOT A RESTAURANT ! Staff are friendly and very fast. Chicken is stunning the strips and portions are really nice and the hot wings are really good, the kebabs are also very very good second only to the kebabs from NICE BITE. All round this place is a real real good take away

Rip off....Ordered chicken shish...allegedly cooked over charcoal...he pulls out an Ice cream box of chicken and starts to fry on the hotplate. Raw meat just inches away from Burgers which were lifted with the same spatula as the ones used to move the chicken around in its raw state. Told him what I thought and walked out. Tried to say their charcoal grill is broken...there isn't one there clearly !. Previously, mixed meat kebab.. gets the old crap shavings out off a pot that had been there for ages, microwaves them and builds a kebab.....Go to Nite Bite and have a proper grilled shish kebab or the Charcoal Grill. If they are prepared to short you on this what else are they doing !

Great fast food. Chicken fillets are the best around maesteg. You cannot get enough of them. Pizzas are good and they offer a buy one get one free deal on certain days.

Amazing food fast service, will use this take away again. Parking not so good but it is on a main road, you could park opposite tho just by the bus station.

Had a pizza last night. When we pulled up outside i went to get a menu,place looked very clean,all staff had clean uniforms on, when i read the menu it stated between monday and thursday you buy any pizza and get one free collection only,what a deal!!.We ordered the 12inch meat feast and a cheese and ham pizza all for the fantastic price of £9.90.

Food is foul full of fat and looks terrible. Staff can never get an order right something is always wrong. Small portion sizes and doesn't look that clean inside

food is pretty good and the portions are great too, not too small! the pizzas aren't the best though. they also deliver which is good. a quick and easy cheap meal perfect for a Friday night.
