App states that it was delivered. never received the order!

The Food was cold and chips tough Try to time your visit when they are busy. That way you are more likely to get fresh food. I did notice a staff member eating her lunch on the table next to us had fresh chips and chicken looked fresh. for the two of us we paid over £ 26 not cheap 😭😭😭. Not going back for a while

The box of chicken only contained drum sticks no wings and the chicken seemed to very old cooked stock not impressed at all

Amazing service, staff are always so helpful and lovely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was tasty and scrumptious. Never have a problem with this restaurant, always outstanding.

Missing items, 4 ‘signature’ fries? All 4 fit into 2 bags, also soggy. Chicken was warmish. Very disappointed .

The food was delicious, but the service was not very good we ordered food and they forgot to call us or if they did we didn't hear them as of the music was very loud maybe KFC shoud put oders over a bell or tannoy as people can hear they orders being called. The price is very expensive for a boneless banquet box £9.99 to be exactly small portions to an expensive buy. I could have made a meal out of this price at home, but it was nice to have a treat. I don't think I will be having a kfc for a while. The place was clean and tidy, though seats are quite hard, no cushing to them, which i found it hard to sit on wooden seats, especially when you're dining in you would like some comfy seats.

Delivered to wrong address, I will be requesting full refund

Less than half a bag of fries, took forever and wasn't exactly warm. Disappointed

Nothing has been delivered a very rude driver called was in lowland close we are not in lowland close. If the driver had a brain cell he’d be dangerous’ shocking

I did not receive my food only a receipt. driver said kfc said I have cancelled the order which is untrue.

avoid ordering from here, took ages to turn up and was cold when it did. Food was a mess and pretty sure it was off.

delivery guy dropped our food on the floor, the food was cold and we were missing some chicken from a meal.

I have going to KFC for as long as I can remember (could even be from the beginning of time). And the “finger licking good” trademark has slowly disappeared, as the chicken are now all very spicy and have very small portions in themselves, they charge a diabolical price for something that slowly over the years doesn’t deserve the recognition as “finger licking good”, you have lost so many customers over the years, and shame on you, you still don’t prioritise customer reviews. Disgusting is the least I could say for this. You could be kind enough to shut the business down or be even kinder, take that disgusting spice off your meat. Also the bins are always overfull. I’ve seen rats at the premises it’s so bad, my neighbour also had a rats tail in its KFC, but that’s their business. Yours faithfully EX (Former) KFC lover

KFC is unfortunately my favourite takeaway. High fat, high calories with high taste. Love it but my waistline does not.

I ordered chips and they didn't arrive the chicken was so small was definitely not worth it's money won't order again.

All the chicken was all dried up think it was kept warm for ages and even the chips were cold not even warm think they can give you anything because it’s a takeaway DISAPPOINTED

Staff are incompetent. Ordered a zinger burger with NO sauce or salad just cheese and received the burger with everything on it, back around the drive through again to be given a burger with salad this time. Ok, mistakes happen so back around the drive through again to be given a burger with just sauce this time!! Absolutely shocking. Ended up going maccies instead

This can't be classed as food, we rarely eat out, but every where else was rammed, so we thought we'd give it a go. (ignoring the obvs red flag) Spent £25, ate a few mouthfuls and it went straight in the bin, oversalted, tasteless muck. Absolutely appalling quality of food, cold soggy chips, extremely salty luke warm chicken. Haven't eaten fast food for years prior to this, do people actually eat this stuff?

Not good, woman on front had a horrendous look on her face and got out orders mixed up and the wrong wraps we said it was wrong and she turned and said see told you didn’t say she would swap it or anything just crumpled it

Actually avoided using tv booking thing. Chicken was awesome coffee not fit for human consumption. Might clear a blocked drain with it.

Was advised order was out for delivery with estimated time of 12.32, this changed several times and delivery was made 12.54. The delivery driver did not have the insulated bag and so the food was practically cold. Distance to my house is 2.3 miles.

Chicken not within hold times very dark outsides and dry inside. Pineapple stick mushy Chips were edible mind so thanks for that.

Visited here today as we were hungry after shopping. Probably one of the best KFCs around at the moment as there are not many good ones left! Food was hot, the order was right and they were wiping and cleaning tables as people left. No negative things to say.

waited half a hr for the food. As soon as I had it the mini fillet burger and popcorn chicken was covered in greese to the point it was dripping. I’ve been to many kfc’s and never had this problem

Four chicken nuggets 3 pounds 99 with a mouthless sauce. Didn't show it to be that small on the advertisement. I felt stupid when it turned up look like a bargain bucket on the advertisement. I could pick it up with 2 fingers.Won't be doing that again. But to be fair I Have ordered take away Bucket and the chicken is very And very filling. So if you gonna order here, make sure you understand what you are getting for your money.

Food was cold, chips were really soggy as well as stone cold. And could definitely tell it was one of the last batches of chicken for the day- really dry, chewy, hard and cold.

I ordered at 12.58 and it arrived at quarter to 4. I called the restaurant and they said they were waiting on the driver. Disappointed

Tables were dirty, so I had to ask for a cloth to wipe it. No one came out to clean any table while we were there. One customer had to shout four times about a straw, which he then had the last one. Let's just say could do a lot better.

I used to have some issues with this KFC, where the food quality just wasn't great and sometimes they'd forget to add the dips I ordered but in the past few months I can't fault them. Food has been perfect, service has been fantastic, and the order has been correct. I also feel the need to add that the chips are absolutely divine when paired with the garlic buttermilk mayo dip! My favourite place to grab lunch from <3 EDIT: Please give a big thanks to all of your staff. They work wonderfully hard and deserve the praise!

I noticed how the staff are cleaning the restaurant at the end of the shift and I was impressed on how meticulous the tables were cleaned

Food kept getting delayed now its freezing cold

asked for a change of dip ... didn't get one at all in the end 🥲 and then I found out burger king delivers again, tamping

Great KFC chicken - as usual , but very disappointed that Ice cream Sundaes are advertised , but Bridgend Never has any ice cream whatsoever , and assistants look at me as if I’ve got two heads !!!!
