avoid ordering from here, took ages to turn up and was cold when it did. Food was a mess and pretty sure it was off.

delivery guy dropped our food on the floor, the food was cold and we were missing some chicken from a meal.

I ordered chips and they didn't arrive the chicken was so small was definitely not worth it's money won't order again.

My gravy is not thaw one ipaid it’s small I’ve order 2 big ones

Order was missing items. Getting what you paid for should be a simple process.

All the chicken was all dried up think it was kept warm for ages and even the chips were cold not even warm think they can give you anything because it’s a takeaway DISAPPOINTED

Delivery time kept changing to later. Chips were cold and delivered a BBQ Fillet Tower instead of a standard one

Staff are incompetent. Ordered a zinger burger with NO sauce or salad just cheese and received the burger with everything on it, back around the drive through again to be given a burger with salad this time. Ok, mistakes happen so back around the drive through again to be given a burger with just sauce this time!! Absolutely shocking. Ended up going maccies instead

delivery on time and lovely driver but all food was cold, no wonder it was so quick.

Always very quick service and the staff are all friendly. Restaurant is clean inside. Food is cooked well and my orders are always correct. Great kfc

This can't be classed as food, we rarely eat out, but every where else was rammed, so we thought we'd give it a go. (ignoring the obvs red flag) Spent £25, ate a few mouthfuls and it went straight in the bin, oversalted, tasteless muck. Absolutely appalling quality of food, cold soggy chips, extremely salty luke warm chicken. Haven't eaten fast food for years prior to this, do people actually eat this stuff?

decent quality meal just very slow as the driver delivered elsewhere first which was further away from the store than where we are.

Not good, woman on front had a horrendous look on her face and got out orders mixed up and the wrong wraps we said it was wrong and she turned and said see told you didn’t say she would swap it or anything just crumpled it

Actually avoided using tv booking thing. Chicken was awesome coffee not fit for human consumption. Might clear a blocked drain with it.

Order was missing 8 hot wings, we ordered this deal specifically for the bonus of the hot wings it included and they were missing. The rest of the chicken was very poor, and the chips were undercooked

Was advised order was out for delivery with estimated time of 12.32, this changed several times and delivery was made 12.54. The delivery driver did not have the insulated bag and so the food was practically cold. Distance to my house is 2.3 miles.

Chicken not within hold times very dark outsides and dry inside. Pineapple stick mushy Chips were edible mind so thanks for that.

Visited here today as we were hungry after shopping. Probably one of the best KFCs around at the moment as there are not many good ones left! Food was hot, the order was right and they were wiping and cleaning tables as people left. No negative things to say.

waited half a hr for the food. As soon as I had it the mini fillet burger and popcorn chicken was covered in greese to the point it was dripping. I’ve been to many kfc’s and never had this problem

Four chicken nuggets 3 pounds 99 with a mouthless sauce. Didn't show it to be that small on the advertisement. I felt stupid when it turned up look like a bargain bucket on the advertisement. I could pick it up with 2 fingers.Won't be doing that again. But to be fair I Have ordered take away Bucket and the chicken is very And very filling. So if you gonna order here, make sure you understand what you are getting for your money.

Food was cold, chips were really soggy as well as stone cold. And could definitely tell it was one of the last batches of chicken for the day- really dry, chewy, hard and cold.

I ordered at 12.58 and it arrived at quarter to 4. I called the restaurant and they said they were waiting on the driver. Disappointed

Tables were dirty, so I had to ask for a cloth to wipe it. No one came out to clean any table while we were there. One customer had to shout four times about a straw, which he then had the last one. Let's just say could do a lot better.

I used to have some issues with this KFC, where the food quality just wasn't great and sometimes they'd forget to add the dips I ordered but in the past few months I can't fault them. Food has been perfect, service has been fantastic, and the order has been correct. I also feel the need to add that the chips are absolutely divine when paired with the garlic buttermilk mayo dip! My favourite place to grab lunch from <3 EDIT: Please give a big thanks to all of your staff. They work wonderfully hard and deserve the praise!

I noticed how the staff are cleaning the restaurant at the end of the shift and I was impressed on how meticulous the tables were cleaned

Great KFC chicken - as usual , but very disappointed that Ice cream Sundaes are advertised , but Bridgend Never has any ice cream whatsoever , and assistants look at me as if I’ve got two heads !!!!

Was told there be a 20 minute wait for chicken! So, the buckets were out of the equation. Some of the shakes weren't filled to correct level, compared to others. This for rectified, but shouldn't have to go back n forth the service desk.

Wrong order. Really disappointed

No dips, no gravy, missing food and about 6 chips per serving really bad service £50 and it would of served just about 2 people

Honestly wth is wrong with that place!? I gave them another chance and once again the food arrived cold! The fries tasted like they were from yesterday! How is it possible that the other KFC has no problem with on-time delivery and that the food is warm and tasty?!?!! My advice - just order your food from other KFC...

Food arrived on time very warm. My wife's chicken was extremely dry, so very difficult to eat, but the chips were delicious, the seasoning on them was very nice, and would definitely order them again. the chicken breasts need to be much softer and more moist to make them easier to eat, other than that, the meal was very tasty and would definitely order again

I'd rather drive to Bridgend than use the one in Porth in the Rhondda that's 2 miles from me so that says it all Bridgend is actually decent what I have had from there & the staff are alot nicer

Sorry to report, the food here on bank holiday Monday, around 8.30/9pm was really disappointing, not up to JFCs usual high standards... I'd go as far as to say my meal was the worst KFC I've experienced, the food was Luke warm, the boneless chicken (boneless banquet, land Tender strips meal) was as dry as a bone, really very over cooked and we felt the chicken had been cooked a while previous, as if just laying under the heat lamp.... the staff were pleasant, and the establishment really clean and attractive, but my visit marred by poor quality control.

i ordered something i knew was close however my driver decided to pick up more than one order and went to brackla and coity while i was in the bottom of broadlands which made him take an extra 20 minutes then what it said and the food wasn’t warm when he got here

Music so loud you cant hear anything. Nothing veggie despite menu boards advertising veggie stuff. Disinterested staff

Will never order from here again, chips were under cooked, and there were literally 6 in the entire meal, The gravy was off, popcorn was stale Put me off kfc completely
