KFC in Bridgend

Their payment towers not always up to scratch and they are too noisy. Alot of shouting going on. Not nice if you are eating in.also preparation is slow as they are serving on three fronts. Never enough staff.

The restaurant was very clean, service was efficient and the chicken rice box was very nice and a good value.

KFC has very poor service and these people do it very often and we told these people that we want a hot water bottle but they only gave us a cold water bottle and they tell us that you can do whatever you want and these people don't even give a straight answer.

Worst KFC of my life! Was very much looking forward to a chow down in order to relieve my hankering to find I was only met with such a disappointment. The food absolutely salty almost to a point that it's inedible. Even after bathing the chicken in gravy, the salt just cuts through and leaves a bad taste. Prices are already so expensive, e.g, a 'mighty bucket for one' use to be £7ish, now it's £10! And the product gets worse, how can you explain that? Needless to say, I will no longer be returning. So gutted. Badbye KFC

This is the first and last time I eat here. Ordered 2 mini fillet chicken snack boxes . Only one piece chicken and chips which came on a tray not in a box as per photo on the ordering screen that showed 2 pieces of chicken . Went to the counter to query and was told that’s how it comes. Explained shows in a box and 2 pieces of chicken . Counter staff looked at me as if I had 2 heads . Then I think may be the guy in charge by the name of Gareth said it’s KFC mate not us we ( no way could he be a manager) we just serve the meals and then told I had attitude yet I was frustrated with the don’t care attitude. I train people in sales and I could clearly see the staff here do not want to work here hence why the place is empty for mid afternoon this explains a lot . To the owner your business is failing due to your staff and poor service and definitely lack of customer satisfaction.Ask your self why your business is empty in a massive shopping outlet?

very late and barely warm. had to be reheated to be made edible and the chicken was overcooked and dry. Not good enough.

Used the drive thru tonight, and felt so sorry for the girl taking our order as I think she had just started, and it took a bit longer in getting our order right. But I would just like to commend this girl employee as she was doing a marvellous job and our meal was well worth waiting for ! Thank you KFC xxx

This branch always give the worst pieces of chicken to the just eat customers. I have ordered from the other branch in Bridgend and the chicken is much better. If you like breast meat don’t order from the branch at the designer outlet if you like dried out drumsticks that’s what you get.

Ordered two meals and only had one lot of chips

order 2 of one item (the original chicken 2 pieces) and only got one and the food is Luke warm

My order was slightly wrong, I didn't have any chips but there was an extra chicken piece so still technically a win.

ZERO stars. Quality is up and down. Twice I’ve received orders I’m not happy with. Will NOT be ordering again.

Food seems to be missing some of the 11 herbs and spices. Ordered on delivery 2 occasions now and they have given me as many pieces of legs as possible, even though I specified not to do this. I ordered a 6 piece - I got 5 legs. I ordered a 4 piece - I got 3 legs. Who the hell would want that??? Unu haffi guh dung todeh !!! (You lot have to go down today !!!)

I went through the drive throu in Bridgend designer outlet, I ordered 2 large fillet tower box meals and received 2 small meals minus the chicken pieces. Cost me £23 for the meals. Tried phoning head office number and it is closed day and night.

No one on drive thru to take order, went to next window where someone who appeared to be the manager said well go back round the girl is going back now.. the drive thru is a “fast” option for people rushing why should we rejoin the queue? I didn’t buy anything as didn’t want spend more time waiting

My 10% discount code never seems work doesn't go through the till for some reason very frustrating otherwise satisfied with the brunch.

Used the drive thru today. Absolutely dreadful meal, the fillet burger was inedible. Chicken was so overcooked it was rock hard. Really disappointed, have eaten inside the restaurant & the food was really good. Not sure what happened today.

Food that was delivered was hot and of good quality but once again there were missing items and it’s back onto just eat for compensation. Time and again orders are delivered from this outlet wrong and/or with missing items.

order wasn't delivered to my address so clearly drivers are not asking for the codes this happens constantly with just eat lately and people have to then battle to get their money back

The server recommended we order a meal instead of separate items as it would work out cheaper. Paid for 2 large popcorn chickens and they gave us medium fries and it worked out more expensive. Useless.

Driver got lost, seen him going miles up the motorway no where near my place. He said sorry he got lost which was nice, but food was cold, not even warm when it came.

For a company with a massive share of this market their attitude towards it's customers and staff leaves much to be desired 😕. Staff overstretched. Staff underpaid. Staff on pathetic contracts. Atmosphere (there isn't one) Prices over the top Fries absolutely rubbish tastes like rubber. Delivery service inept!

Haven't been to this KFC for a few years and was pleasantly surprised to see how much it had improved. The food was fresh, served promptly and all really tasty. Staff were busy but still had time to clean tables. Good to see the various recycling station too.

Great unit, always clean fresh, food always good quality compared to some in area, plenty of parking and drive thru options.

Our meal was luke warm. I tracked my order and my order was on the road for about 40 minutes before it was delivered. Estimated delivery time was 6pm. Arrived approx 6.45pm.

I ordered two meals, with gravy as the side for both meals. This can be seen on my receipt. Unfortunately I had beans instead of gravy - very disappointing when the KFC gravy is so famously good! In addition to this error in the order, the food wasn't hot and was over 10 minutes later than the time I requested for delivery. The order wasn't cheap, and was supposed to be a birthday treat. I was left massively disappointed and frustrated with the service, from errors in the orders, food being cold and arriving later than expected.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at KFC restaurant in Bridgend - The Designer Outlet. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, starting from the moment I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times with no response. Despite Google Maps and the restaurant's closing time indicating they were open until 11 pm, upon arrival at 9:57 pm, I found the gates already closed. Though I opted to use the drive-through, the ordeal was far from over. Staff members were absent at the counter, forcing me to repeat my order twice due to their disorganization. To make matters worse, upon collecting my order, several items were missing, and I was given the ultimatum of either reordering or waiting for the incomplete order. After a lengthy wait, during which promised assistance never materialized, I was directed back to the drive-through, only to have my order handed to another customer by mistake. well after waiting for another 15-20 minutes when they handed over the items it felt as if it was a leftover. The lack of accountability and blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. In summary, my experience at KFC Bridgend was marred by inefficiency, negligence, and a total lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I urge management to address these issues promptly to prevent others from enduring similar frustrations.

The fries were edible and a little warm. But the veggie fillet burger was all dried out all around the fillet edge and was cold, as was the sweetcorn; dry and luke warm. The standard burger was also dry and cold. Disgusting for the actual cost incurred. It seems like they had been cooked and left to cool or just sat around.
