Absolutely disgusting food, really cold, staff were lazy,just kept talking, toilets stink,it won't last long with the disgusting staff,and freezing food, complete waste of money

The person taking orders seemed to be high or something as she was getting hopelessly confused over a very basic order. We only ordered two Whopper meals but had to park up and wait for them. When they arrived the fries were cold, my wife's burger had no cheese, mine had no condiments at all and the burger just tasted dry. £18.50 for a load of rubbish. We will not return here again as it was a total waste of money

Always thought BK to be slightly better than across-the-road rivals Mc- but far more expensive. Wrong and wrong again. Same price but quality bears no comparison. Angus Peppercorn burger for me, son had naked burger, both very well received. Drinks choices with endless refills makes a difference. Staff were super-friendly and very helpful. Staying on this side of the road.

I used to go here often when it was KFC. It was never up to par. When burger king opened I was happy due to loving burger king more. It was okay when it first opened. But since it's new manager has come in, the restaurant has been turned around. The staff are friendly and are always looking busy. They are happy to help with anything.

My husband chose to go here, we ordered our food via self service touch screen order in store. My husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger whilst I chose a different burger, we paid for our meal then stood near the counter to collect our meal. As we were waiting we could see the staff preparing our burgers, they wore no gloves and we watched the person preparing our burgers, constantly wipe his hands on his trousers, he scratched his head and wiped his face and at no point washed his hands. After seeing this I decided that I no longer wanted my food and went to the counter and spoke to staff and requested a refund stating my reasons. The staff member stated that it may be difficult sort my refund as they no longer did a bacon double cheeseburger and this was not programmed in the till. I explained that I had ordered it via their self service machines and did expect a refund as they had sold me the product. The staff member did sort me a full refund however I am very disappointed in the customer service and the hygiene practices within the store.

I am temporarily disabled with a broken ankle . on arriving parking was easy so my husband started to push me into the restaurant we were met by a lovely young lady worker whom not only asked if we were ok she opened the doors for us and as my first port of call was the loo she took me through there for the key and made sure I was able to access the disabled toilet . We made our order and wanted to sit outside once we collected it ,the same young lady opened the doors for us again and made sure we were ok. People out down these fast-food joints but with Service like that we would certainly go again . Well done workers at Newtown branch .

Second visit and it was as bad as the first. Self ordering machines were not working but you did not know this until you tried to pay. Ended up ordering at the counter with a member of staff that did not want to be there judging by her tone. After a 15 minute wait we got our food (Burger King needs to look up what Fast Food means). Burger was warm, onions in the burger were stone cold as were the chips. While we were eating our cold food 3 people came in and tried to use the self ordering machines and at no point did a member of staff point out that they were not working. Avoid this place and use McDonalds over the road.

Ordered a whopper meal. Burger was cold. Fries were cold and had clearly been left standing. Coffee luke warm at best and staff not using gloves to handle food. Attempted to leave feedback on webpage in the hope that my free whopper would be hot and surprise surprise webpage not accessible says it all ! AVOID

Absolutely disgraceful, my hubby had a burger with bacon in it. The bacon bits were cold almost frozen like on a warm bun. They did change it for him to something different but there is a huge discrepancy between the food they serve and the prices. Never again. It’s not like how Burgar King use to be…… Such a shame!!!! We don’t usually eat much fast food but we were in Newtown doing some shopping and wanted a quick meal. Service was terribly slow even though there were staff standing around doing nothing and looking clueless. Our whoppers were stone cold after a long wait and we then had another long wait while they made another order. No apology from the Manager, he simply rolled his eyes and said nothing. Also noticed none of the food preparers were wearing gloves Avoid this place!!!!
