The best entertaining restaurant that I have even been it has the most amazing music and amazing food. The workers are really nice people they are respectful and kind. If your looking for the best place to spend time with friends and families Kaspa’s the 1st place you should visit.

A staff worker called Dora took care of me and my friends. She was polite throughout our whole time and gave us our orders in no time. The staff treated us with respect and kindness.Amazing food and even better customer service. Will visit again

Once again we went for our grandsons birthday, he’s an ice cream fiend, we all had different things and once again it was excellent, staff good too!

Not ideal for families, eating ice cream with my 8 and 12 year old daughters listening to Chris brown songs (look and me know and love more) including lyrics like, 3 ways, n*ggers, p*ssy, c*ck, f*ck. Staff clearly not interested. Avoid. Won’t be open long.

Order the waffle at £9 and it came with one tiny scuba ice cream, tasted good but terrible value for money. The place isn't the cleanest

Visited today your Wrexham branch. Terrible service. Ordered 3 desserts. First 2 came out, 1 was not what I had ordered so I told the staff member serving us. He just looked at me and went to walk off. I asked him to please could he change the dessert to what I ordered. Reluctantly he took the cookie dough back and just added biscoff sauce and ice cream (No biscuits and the wrong cookie dough) it was the same one. I didnt say anything and asked my son to just eat it, he was disappointed and didnt eat much. 5 mintues passed and still didn't get the third dessert I had ordered so I went to the till and asked. He said it will be brought over. 10 more minutes passed and still no dessert so I went back up to ask, I was told they are busy and they will bring it over! (It wasnt that busy). Waited another 5 minutes and my Children were ready to go. Asked for a refund for the dessert I didnt get. Service was terrible and so were the staffs attitudes. I will not go again.

Best ice cream and waffle place in North Wales. Impeccable service and delicious desserts. Keep up the amazing service.

We had a lovely time here for our grandsons 9th birthday, lots of different desserts had all polished off, staff seem nice and the place is well placed in Wrexham Town centre

Visited here for a birthday treat and can honestly say very disappointed. The staff were very rude and from my own opinion no customer experience. After being told to go up to the till to order the member of staff didn't make any interaction towards me just stared till I started giving my order, 3 of the bubble/slush drink flavours were out of stock. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 waffles and 1 ice cream, when the order did eventually arrive they had forgotten the ice cream so I had to ask them about it. After waiting over 10 minutes and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were still making it it did eventually arrive. There were lots of boys/men hovering around the till area so felt like it was a 'mate catch up area' for the staff who were working there, also felt a bit intimidating - looks bad for business when the staff are laughing and joking with their mates instead of getting the orders out. Its a shame as the place has lots of protentional to be a great venue but the staff need to be trained properly, especially if you are paying the prices they charge for an ice cream.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Staff were rude and dam right miserable. Very over priced and slow service. Kids enjoyed the puddings but I would never step foot in this place again. Not a way to run a customer facing business. Truly appalling.

Grandsons 8th birthday, great desserts, I had kinda bueno waffles, oh wow! Wife had strawberry and banana waffles which looked great too, grandkid’s demolishing I’ve cream and cake too, lovely place and great sweet things

We found the place empty dirty and run down. The staff were rude and very difficult to speak to. One of the hot puddings were stone cold and when brought to the staff’s attention they did not care, we asked for a refund but they refused to give us a refund as they said there was nothing wrong with it. Will never return and ruined our evening.

Ordered online for delivery, after so much hassle i rang up to sort the problem and the staff were so rude, i had to tell him what to do to solve the issue. He then put the phone down on me. I emailed the company and they never got back to me. Rude staff and customer service, who clearly don’t care either

Me and my fiance went to get 2 shakes on a Saturday evening. Girl behind counter is very rude. No face covering which is ridiculous considering the current global situation!! Told a 45 minute wait for 2 shakes!! They care more about their justeat deliveries than actual customers in the shop. Many people left wothout ordering due to poor service and terrible attitude!! Management need to look at this and teach their staff some people skills and manners!

Just returned from meeting friends for coffee and dessert. Dessert was lovely! Heart attack on a plate but very yummy!! Sadly we ordered another coffee after finishing over 30min wait...no apologies..when I went to enquire..she banged counter and said that these orders are all before our coffees!! No apology..most of the people waiting were delivery drivers...cant you make a coffee at the same time as waffles?? She also shouted loudly and aggressively at the drivers who were complaining at waiting a long time. Lady who seemed to be in charge had mask round chin the whole time both behind counter and while delivering food to tables. I left after waiting over 30mins for coffee as car park ticket was running out. No offer of money back no apology!!

We visited here as a treat for my granddaughter's birthday. What was supposed to be a happy occasion was a waste of money. The restaurant was grubby - our table and the floor was sticky. The staff were sulky and miserable. Service took ages and my daughter had to go to the counter for service. The girl behind the counter seemed quite unable to understand that I (as a diabetic) only wanted a single scoop of ice cream. The prices were astronomical. We were surrounded by very noisy teenagers in an otherwise empty restaurant. Best avoided.

This massive dessert restaurant was deserted when my wife and I arrived around lunchtime. As we entered a woman behind the counter shouted from a distance something that was unintelligable. She pointed over to the tables and carried on chatting and laughing with another staff member. A male member of staff appeared to offer a menu but we had already found one. To cut a longer story short, we eventually received our melting ice cream cold crepe and waffle and luke warm mochachino, and as we tried to enjoy it in the silent music free restaurant, all that could be heard was the loud laughing and chatting of one particular staff member. This continued until we walked out. The dessert was obviously a ready made product and nothing special. For over £16 you would expect good service and extremely good dessert and coffee. Go to anywhere except there unless you really dont care.

How small they are and cold.. the price is shocking to what you get ... was very excited as my 1st time ordering and the pictures look so lovely

The service was shockingly slow The staff were rude and I have to be honest it was over priced I mean really 34 pound for 3 drinks and 2 waffles and a cookie dough I mean if it was good quality then yeah I wouldn't moan but the waffles seemed like they were reheated and only just warm and it was like the staff didn't wanna be there just rude and unhelpful I'm sorry but this was my experience of this place

We had a great time on our first trip to Kaspas. Although it felt pricey you get a lot for your money and could always share a desert as they are large. Our daughter loved going. We liked the booths you could sit in. Service was quick.

We went there yesterday, and we asked for the cookie dough that comes with a free vanilla ice cream, and we bought an extra scoop, and they said we couldn't have the free ice cream.Staff miserable, and portion size wasnt that good. Never got cream or ice cream with my waffle, had to pay extra. This was a family treat, and was very disappointed.

Never been before and took my 8 year old for a treat and the 15 month old Had a lovely time - staff were lovely towards the baby and all of us - next day we were all poorly it was the only thing we all had in common to eat that day Mum dad and 8 year old on the toilet all day and went through nappies like no tomorrow with the baby - shame really !!!!

Heard lots about this place... some from adults and some from teens. Was begged to take teen daughter and friends and so went along. Upon first impressions seemed clean and tidy, however, few tables not cleared despite the place being pretty empty. Seated quickly, and had menus and then left to order at the counter. Very highly priced for the portions received. They absolutely suck in the kids with this idea. My apple crumble portion was v small and I had to pay extra for the custard. Atmosphere was bland there was no atmosphere, someone already mentioned the word ‘clinical’ in a review on here and I would agree with that. £17.95 for 2 desserts and two drinks and we could have had full meals for that elsewhere. Staff seem over worked a bit too don’t seem to enjoy the job too much but that’s just from an outside impression.

Went in with a friend , the waffles we had were ok but very overpriced for what they were . There was a children's party on , very excited and smiley children the staff though , omg I've never seen such miserable staff . Will not be going again and will definitely not recommend

Popped in today and paid for the birthday extravaganza (£34.99) for my daughters birthday and 10 of her friends. They picked the flavours they wanted then I paid and left them to it. When it arrived it contained completely different flavours to what had been requested. As I wasn’t present, my daughter told me when they got home that they had left most of it as it contained flavours they didn’t like nor had requested. I called and spoke to the manager who in the first instance advised me that the correct flavours had been sent out, until I advised him they had all taken photos of it and it was very obvious, then apologised and offered me 20% discount on our next visit, then upon further discussions lied and said one of the girls had gone up and changed the order! It appears to me that once I left they just plated up the flavours they wanted to get rid of. We have frequented Kaspers before (we have 4 children who have been often, in fact my son went later that afternoon), but they most certainly will not receive one more penny from my family after the disaster and lies that they have told today, and for my daughters birthday too!

Very wide choice on the menu - lots of different kinds of desserts to choose from. Tasty milkshakes.

Visited Kaspas and was impressed by the decor and choice of desserts. Enjoyed the waffles, good service, overall impressed. BUT! Cannot believe this dessert shop is open for Christmas Day. Who honestly visits an establishment like this on Christmas Day? Poor, poor treatment of your staff, Kaspas. Look after them and they will look after your business.

Clean and tidy. Good service didn’t take long at all (although it wasn’t busy) Deserts were really nice cookie dough is worth a try and they do my favourite pistachio ice cream sundae

Visited this place after seeing it online and wanting to go for a while. Was seated almost straight away explained the ordering system.Firstly the menu is pretty big so hard to choose as everything sounds amazing! Went for a special milkshake and a waffle.Both arrived really quickly! Food was very nice! Only issue i asked for white chocolate with strawberries and normal chocolate arrived. Could have addressed it but it looked nice anyhow so didn't bother. Overall pretty good experience for a little treat .

Some poor reviews about staff on here but to be fair the waitress who served us today was pleasant and polite. Our orders arrived fairly quick considering there was 7 of us and all the desserts were lovely. My cappuccino was not very hot but that's just my personal taste. We all enjoyed a variety of waffles/pancakes and could not fault any of it.

Lovely warm day so we fancied ice cream passed this place and decided to have a sweet and coffee instead.ordered and coffees came very quickly,waited ages for desserts and it really wasn’t worth it,cookie dough was nice but pancakes were awful.Staff were very off hand won’t visit again.

My pudding was very good . I love kaspers but all the staff are so misrabale . My table was very wobbly is really had to eat the staff asked a few questions and that was it .

Ended up giving this place a 3,but was really torn which way to go.

Went with my 2 grand daughters age 8 and 6 and grandson age 2.5yrs. Very bright and welcoming. Good service and food came quickly. Brought a takeaway box to put our leftovers in as portions were generous. Will certainly return.

9 of us went for my nephews birthday treat. All of us ordered a desert each, just my family of four cost £28 with two drinks so we were expecting something amazing and to be fair most of the dishes were lovely. The issue was with my daughters Crepe with Maple Syrup. She didn’t like it because it didn’t taste like maple syrup, and she regularly has maple syrup so there’s no fooling her! It did in fact have a bit of a caramel flavour to it which is why she didn’t like it. When I went to discuss it with the person in charge to explain the problem and ask for something different, he got very stroppy, showing me the bottle of ‘maple flavoured syrup’ and insisted that anywhere I went that is what we’d be given. I politely asked him to help me out with my 9 year old daughter and had to be fairly insistent that it didn’t taste like maple syrup, with which he was very cross and eventually threw the pancake in the bin in temper and said that on this one occasion he would replace it but not in the future. So I am grateful that we had a replacement. My issue was the way in which he dealt with the situation and his shocking attitude towards me. If you have Maple Syrup on the menu then you should serve maple syrup, not some cheap maple flavoured syrup which tastes nothing like it. The food was lovely, and the other staff who served us were super, but his attitude was awful and for that reason we will not be going back again, and I will not recommend it to anyone else to visit. He spoilt what would have been a lovely birthday treat. If this gentleman is the boss, he needs to sort out the way he treats his customers if they are unhappy with something, or he will lose a lot of business.

The new pizza.ordered a takeaway.at lunch time.brownie and a strawberry shortcake.hubby home from work at 630pm so i thought lets warm it in the halogen. Amazing the waffle was crunchy but still light and fluffy. The new pizza for us. Try it you will not be disappointed

I go to Kaspas quite often as it's a good way to start or end a day of shopping in the local town. The waffles are Yummy and so are the milkshakes.The building is easy to get too and is very presentable.It has toilets and a take-out food system also. Worth a visit.

This was my first visit as I thought I would take my two daughters for a half term treat. This will be the last time I visit this place. The service was terrible. My dessert came but not my two daughters. After waiting I went to enquire where they are and the response I got was they are busy and a shrug of the shoulders. I had to ask twice about the other desserts and on the second time they still said they are busy and then turned away. I would definitely not be going back and would not recommend this place.

Called here by chance and were directed to a lovely clean booth. Two of us had waffles which were huge and two of us had crepes all of which were delicious. The place itself was very clean and the food looked and tasted fresh. On the downside, we weren't told we had to order at the counter which wasn't a problem, the booth didn't have a lot of room between the seat and the table. Another downside is I asked if they did gluten free and was told the only thing they did was ice cream, so I took a chance and had a crepe with ice cream.

Friendly welcome, seated at an immaculately clean booth though not a lot of space for 4 people on the table. Order taken quickly and efficiently, our waffles brought within a reasonable time and absolutely delicious!

Was not sure what to do as I have never been before, so on the way in we did look around to see if a sign told us to sit down or wait to be seated. A staff member came over fairly quick and took us to a table and gave us some menus. We sat down for a few minutes to decide but when we were ready we did not know if it was table service or we need to order at the till. I decided to go and order at the till. The server was polite and explained it would take a few minutes to cook my order. The desserts tasted great but the sticky toffee pudding and custard could have been a bit hotter.

Visited this afternoon for waffle wednesday 2 4 1.so glad i did.i went with my daughter who works all over america. We did not stay very long and it was not over crowded. Wow the smell when you walk it the door.The boothes and decor where very inviting.We had the white chocolate indulgance

Visited here last week to see what all the fuss was about, never again. We were given a table straight away but it was hardly the cleanest, then after ordering it took over half an hour for my daughter's ice cream sundae to arrive and a further 15 minutes for the waffle I ordered . I wouldn't mind if it was busy but it was 8.30pm on a Monday night. There was plenty of staff on duty but they seemed more happy to talk amongst themselves than deliver good customer service. The desserts themselves were ok, nothing special, but i definitely won't be returning.

I was very excited to see a new style of restaurant in Wrexham and although the waffles I eventually received were very nice the whole experience was poor. There was nobody manning the booth to be seated when we arrived so we queued at the counter. While ordering the lady serving us was a little short when mentioned we hadn't been seated but we let it slide as it was quite busy and they seemed a little understaffed. We ordered two coffees and two waffles. We sat down only to have two separate orders that were not ours brought to our table before we received the coffees. Then we waited for more than half an hour before I grabbed a server washing a nearby table to ask how long the wait is. They brought our waffles about 5 minutes later. The waffles themselves are quite large and fluffy and the toppings were well balanced. During the time it took for us to eat our waffles the radio system bizarrely blasted to life at full volume leaving everyone looking around in shock. This happened two more times before it levelled out before turning off randomly ten minutes later. Overall let down by staff who seem overworked and undertrained. Shame.

I wouldn't bother. It was quiet when we arrived and still had shocking service. We ordered 4 pancakes, 1 waffle and a cookie dough. The cookie dough came out first and was finished before the next one came out and that's how it went for our entire order even after complaining to the manager. The pancakes were like rubber with no taste at all. £36 without drinks for poor service and bad food. We won't be returning.

We've been here three times now. It's a great place to have in Wrexham and we'd like it to do well. The place looks fab (especially for a kids or teenagers party). The choice of desserts is brilliant and the various flavours of ice cream is amazing. Everything I've tried has been really good.

Firstly, let me just say this place is stunning. It’s like walking into an American 80’s style diner yet it’s still fresh and modern. The deserts were lovely and very different to your typical selection of deserts at a restaurant. The prices varied and extras were pricey however I do feel as a treat it’s worth it. Kids will especially love this place! My husband did not enjoy so much however his choice of waffle is much different to the ones on offer here. Overall, worth a visit.

I visited Kaspas a couple of nights ago with my partner and my 5 year old son

Me, my husband and 2 children visited Kaspas this weekend. We were really excited as it's something very different in Wrexham. I went to the till to order and as I waited in the queue i watched a waitress wipe sweat off her face, wipe the sides with a dirty dish cloth, touch the computer and then prepare and touch a crepe all wearing the same gloves. It was disgusting and I was not going to let them prepare and make our food with that standard of hygiene so we left. Such a shame as the children were really excited but not we definitely won't be returning.

Called in here with my two daughters the order was fairly easy a waffle and a milkshake the waffle came out and daughter number one had nearly finished her waffle whilst daughter number two waited and waited after nearly 25mins of waiting I approached the waitress to be told it was on its way terrible service and staff were more concerned with messing around behind the counter I won't be back .

It's great to have somewhere new open in Wrexham. As soon as you walk into Kaspas it has a good friendly feel about it. The black and pink decor is great.

Me and my Partner went into this premises tonight. One of the girls working there looked at us and walked past us then decided to acknowledge us.

Went here at 2pm on a wednesday. The place looks really cool with an american theme and is spotkess.
