Orderd KFC an hour ago and every time I check to see where it is the time changes, it's changed 8 times up to now , absolutely disgusting , I orderd because of the time slot for my autistic son who's 2 , still waiting and low and behold , stil putting the time later and later , spend money a few times a week to be treated like this , this will be my last order of the Time gets pushed back again , try and ring and no answer at the wrexham place

Fair play this kfc used to be git or miss but lately the food is fantastic

You know what your getting with a KFC. Busy but quick service and food as you would expect.

On a good day the food is excellent, if you like a kfc. On a bad day, and your really hungry, it's still good, but sometimes food is not hot although usually cooked well. Update, visited Tuesday 24.05.22, another nice Fillet.box meal. Delicious. Gravy superb, nice fillet burger, slightly not hot enough same with the chicken and fries, a few more fries would be nice too. Pepsi max Delicious. Overall ok. I've had some cracking FBM's there recently tho. ***UPDATE!! July 2023...had one of the best kfc's there gorgeous chicken, loads of fries (ask nicely you get more) gravy and good fillet burger. Spot on and we'll done. Addendum** price in 2021 and before £6.49/£6.89....now £9.79 ish.....obviously due to energy prices and probably some profiteering. Nice dinner tonight, slightly dry filet burger (crispy), chicken piece was perfect. Noisy kids in restaurant annoying. Overall ok. 4/5. 26/01/24 Yes a kfc drive thru would be great in Wrexham.

Really brilliant people and service. Got a newbie, but his colleague showed him which options would make our meal cheaper. Both people were just so good. The food was perfect, really hot, well cooked and tasty - we try to limit the amount of fast food we eat so when we do, we want it to be good and this didn't disappoint. There's a limit to how good the atmos in a KFC can be... Overall, just as good as KFC gets - yummy!

If no stars was an option, that's what they would get. Delivery driver took my postcode 3 times and kept putting the phone down on me and then marked it as delivered. I rang KFC and they said come down to kfc to get it which I could not so they told me they weren't going to send another driver and to get a refund from just eat, disgusting attitude from the staff.

Popped in on our way back from the train station daughter was hungry, rice box meal plus extra chicken, fillet burger meal with no mayo ordered rice box fine fillet burger came with mayo not a happy bunny why do they get it wrong every time even when told no mayo. As it was take away too late to take it back

Nice food but there computer ordering system need to be computer friendly as it is very complicated and very hard to understand plus there are no disabled parking and no disabled toilets

No wonder food is always cold by delivery companies, witnessed that it sits on counter for ages not under heat then drivers take multiple orders

Typical KFC food. Staff were friendly. Plenty of room to sit. Clean and tidy with good recycling.

Haven't had kfc for a while..But went to wrexham kfc today , bargain bucket..yuk..what have they done to the recipe for the chicken was so dry and bland and not like it used to be... Before skin was lovely and chicken greasy ,and the chips are horrible...French fries needed desperately ...Will not be spending £25 there again in a hurry it was a waste of money

Walked in to order some chicken and chips and when it got to my turn to place my order the staff walked away to the back to do other things without uttering a word, and the two other staff in front of me also were doing stuff. I waited for a few minutes and no one attended to me which got me upset. Customer service etiquette to at least acknowledge a customers presence and then tell me to wait a few minutes due to them trying to sort pending orders would have been ok, but she just walked away. When I eventually called the attention of the other staff and complained about being ignored, in her words “as you can see we are busy, I’m just a staff. If you want you can speak to the manager”. So rude!!! No form of apology or anything. I complained to the manager and he haphazardly apologized and still tried to justify them ignoring me because they were busy. To think the manager doesn’t understand basic customer service etiquette and trying to defend bad customer service is absolutely beyond me. This is KFC!!! After getting my order, it still wasn’t complete as the staff wasn’t paying attention. I had to go back to pay for an extra order.

We order on delivery and have always had a good experience. Usually hot and everything included in order, seem to have great staff! :)

It's a KFC and it does what KFC does well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love delicious KFC chicken so much that even if I have a refrigerator full of food, I still go to the restaurant

Cold chips burnt chicken served disgusting service from kfc

when i order something i expect to get what i ordered I specifically asked for no legs in my twenty piece two x buckets as i WE DONT EAT THEM! what did i get for my £30+!! 15 x drumsticks and thighs 1 x breast 4 x sides, I had travelled for over an hour to this outlet, wish that i had been nearer to aid my return to chuck it over the counter instead of in my bin, WONT BE RETURNING, JOKERS .

Starting to get very annoyed at the sauces missing from our orders. Paid for extra garlic mayo didn’t get anything. Not even the supercharged sauce that came with my meal. If this had happened only once I wouldn’t mind but it’s become a running theme. Shame it’s the only local KFC. And we live 20min drive away so can’t exactly go back.

Food has consistently gone downhill for years. Nowhere near the standard of most other kfc's.

Can get cold food when delivered late at night. Normally a bit of a wait for food. Can get very busy and queue out the door

Very crowded at rush hour. You have to wait for 45 min to 1.5 hours to pick an order. The food is tasty if you like and you are a fan of kfc.

Had to prompt them to actually wrap up the food in the bag, after watching her check out contents. Got home to discover meal missing from bag! Returned to get missing meal, no apology, just got food as filet burger was still in shelf waiting. Got home to eat, cold fillet burger... Not a happy experience. And unfortunately not the first time discovering missing food from order. Staff gave the impression of disinterest, plus extra fuel to return and collect cold, missing food. Not impressed.

Food was ok but unfortunately the place itself was way too busy and the staff seemed poorly trained and under too much pressure. Far too many delivery drivers were waiting for their customers food which was also a big factor in the average service.

They accidentally sent the wrong burger and one of the staff members Brittany answered and she was really sweet and they sent me extra food as compensation, it was a small mistake but they were so kind to give me so much x thank you to the staff for all of that it was really kind

Clean and maintained KFC outlet. But when you get takeaway make sure you check all your sides there itself. I have some food missing without checking. Rather everything seems to be good with more offers announced here and then .

Went for a Sunday lunch and the chicken was lovely. Best I have had. In fact we all mentioned how nice it was. Julie, one of the staff was very helpful too. A great credit to Wrexham KFC. We had the party bucket. Still great value for a family.

It's not a very big restaurant but they do serve you quickly and the staff are very polite and curtious, the food doesn't need to be rated as we all know that it's top quality wherever you are in the country

Order not correct once again its everytime lately 😡 how can you miss chips out on a simple order of a family feast ??? , I also had other meals to go with Family feast ,We didnt enjoy our meal once again, staff need to stop rushing with orders and take there time to make sure customers orders are correct and not have missing items as it spoils your meal without the correct items.

Came here for tea after watching a movie at the odeon. The only thing that was good was the food. As the floors and the tables were absolutely dirty. Haven’t been cleaned or swept and managed to find a clean table to sit at. Tried to get my code but the staff said the app doesn’t work so I couldn’t get my reward. Maybe I won’t go to kfc again as the rewards have stopped.

for the second time in 3 weeks i went into the Wrexham KFC and received terrible service for my take away. both times the order was short zingers were missing the kids sweet was missing I personally only had 4 under cooked chips they couldn't even get that right. the place was tatty looking seems to be under staffed and I was served both times by a young girl on the till who looked like she doesn't care I can't be bothered attitude and just give me your money and get out my face kind of look. never going back there even if they paid me too. I only went the 2nd time thinking everyone can make a mistake but twice in 3 weeks is unacceptable what a waste of £84

Called in yesterday. Food was lovely, service was quick and staff are very peasant. Especially a lady called Julie couldn't do enough for us and was such pleasure to talk to. She is a credit to your company

I came into the place at 22:30 and it was empty.... now I wonder why. I have to wait 15 mins for someone to attend me, I ordered two burger meals to take away and when I got home, the burger bread was burnt! The lettuce and sauce missing… the chips were so poorly cooked and we counted just 11…. Really? My daughter literally binned her whole meal and had some instant noodles so I couldn’t take the photo but as you can see from my images… the Zinger burger was horrendous. Not the place it used to be when the queues were long because the food was so tasty and properly done. I will not recommend it at all.

Absolutely rubbish service, every time we have ordered from here they get something wrong, can’t count items and miss out orders which then means you have to go back to pick up the rest of your order. DONT BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!

Went for a take out, no organisation in the building. Understand it’s small and very busy however no system at all and staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Front of staff unprofessional. Waited 45 minutes for my food then another 20 for 2 missing items. Took to the car and it was all cold and items still missing. Wasn’t going back in due to it being heavily over crowded and not being able to even get to a till. Then to top it off got home and they gave me the wrong bucket (boneless but received on the bone)

Ordered 2 meals and sat down. 20 minutes later, there was no food so went to the counter and handed a cold meal that had sat on the counter despite having been allocated a table number. i asked for the cold coffee and chips to be replaced and they were replaced without any fuss. Just hoped for better table service although the shop was very busy. Food was OK once replaced with hot food. Music in the kitchen area spoiled the dining experience as it was too loud. There was one music system for the front area and a different music noise at the back and the two differing songs clashed. Maybe use just the one music system ? Not two different ones running at the same time.

I popped into KFC when hunger snuck up on me. I am so glad the vegan burger is available. It’s so delicious. The customer service was fantastic and the food was good. Thank you for the 🌱 option.

Went to pickup the takeaway order, did not feel safe at all with Covid. Delivery drivers crammed in the restaurant area on the left like sardines, many of whom were not wearing masks. Constantly coming back and forth checking the status of their orders coming across normal takeout customers. They should be made to wait outside, especially if they’re not wearing masks which the majority were not. Kitchen was packed, no two meter distancing between the staff. If one person had Covid, the whole team would have to self isolate. Other than that, the front of house staff in this KFC are some of the best - It’s just a shame that the shoddy decisions of the management put this place down. I’ve seen many of the complaints relating to orders being incorrect but personally I’ve never had that issue with this KFC. Think I’d put off getting takeaway orders from here for the time being, not until Covid rates are down in Wrexham at least.
