Food is freezing and looks thrown in the bag next to cold pop is your cold chips . I love a KFC but not delivered it's definitely not a good idea.

Use to love KFC, been going to this one for over 20 years. But the last few years it's just been hit and miss. Food is sometimes good then sometimes bland. But going just over a week ago may well be my last time. My girlfriend noticed the chicken wasn't crispy as usual but I didn't pay much attention and carried on eating even though there wasn't much joy out of it as the chicken was bland. I ate late in the evening, luckily my girlfriend was fine from eating the hot wings. But I've had food poisoning for over a week for the 1st time in my life from the orginal recipe chicken, tested by the hospital confirmed to be Camylobacter.

Really lovely food but the spice was a bit heavy on the fries this time.

Fast food at its worst. Cold fries, long queue, dirty toilets, expensive and the App is terrible. I used to enjoy KFC but no longer as it's overpriced as well as poor quality.

I have been coming here for 30 odd years and it is just as good now as it was when it first opened! In the 1980’s The only difference is they got rid of the French Fries which I loved , hence the 4 stars for food 🥰 they still do them in Spanish outlets , they were great this year on holiday

The food was made very quikly and the workers are kind, overall a great experience.

Second review one week later after not receiving our full menu previously…just found hairs in our food. What is going on Wrexham KFC? This is one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had in my life. Absolutely do not recommend. I’ll not be back.

Nice, now they have had the refit the place looks a lot cleaner and although it was busy the staff were working hard to get everyone served as quickly as possible.

Have ordered food numerous times on just eat app, and majority of the time there are items missing. Only once have I had a refund, other times refused. Contacted kfc direct, told there is nowt they can do, well they "packed" the food! What else am I supposed to do!

online ordering is a failure, once again the order is incomplete! this is disappointing. The driver claims that the order was packed incorrectly, and Kfc does not want to return the money. Failure!!

I recently visited YOUR KFC and left completely disappointed. First off, the food was subpar. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but the meal didn’t come close. The chicken bucket meal was bland, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor. It was clear that the ingredients were not fresh, which made the meal even worse. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the staff. They were not only slow in serving but also seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we pointed out issues with our food, the staff were dismissive and uninterested. It felt as though our concerns weren’t important to them, which made the whole dining experience uncomfortable. For the prices charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to anytime soon My order number was #9050 Employee Name Joe..

Always busy, poor layout when queuing to order as the queue goes right in front of the door. Hopefully this will be sorted with the recent refurbishment. Standard fast food fare otherwise. A lot pricier than it used to be, though they do usually have some decent offers

Not the nicest KFC food ok service good.

After the recent refit, it's all modern with computer touch screen ordering, which seemed to confuse a lot of customers. You can pay at the touch screen or at the till where they serve the food. It is very cramped when busy, and you can't see your order number on the screen as there is only 1 screen. The chips are nice and the wings seem to have a bit more spice which is good.

Wow ok so kfc just had a refurb and it's a little chaotic...drivers thru original door and customers thru the other...would of been better to swap as all the drivers just stand their blocking access to seating area. No clear signage to say where u can pay with cash thankfully a helpful employee was their when she noticed I had cash..not seen if toilets have had an update yet

Absolutely disgusted tonight. Placed an order 7pm for it to be shown delivering between 7.30-7.45. To then go back on and it change 7.45-8.20 and checked again it says 8.30-9.00pm. This is a joke. Will not be ordering again.

I thought I was giving my Grandson and myself a treat by ordering 2 takeaway boneless chicken meals on line paid for collection, by the time I arrived at the collection point approx 10 mins my order had been cancelled, the staff found my order on the computer and re-instated it, home I go we sat down to eat, what a dissapontment, the chips were hard and seemed to be the scrapings not a whole chip in the packets, soggy sweetcorn and very dry chicken what a wase of £18.45p, thank goodness for the pepsi and dips!!! frozen pitza to the rescue.

giving only one star because only thing we can have from kfc is cookies as the chicken is not halal everytime we want to eat halal kfc have to travel one hour to liverpool or manchester which is very unfair please make halal kfc in wrexham 🙏🏻 Edit : after kfc wrexham under gone a renovation we seen a sign on the door saying its halal HFA approved but today when we phoned kfc it says its not halal…. so confused and totally disappointed

Orderd KFC an hour ago and every time I check to see where it is the time changes, it's changed 8 times up to now , absolutely disgusting , I orderd because of the time slot for my autistic son who's 2 , still waiting and low and behold , stil putting the time later and later , spend money a few times a week to be treated like this , this will be my last order of the Time gets pushed back again , try and ring and no answer at the wrexham place

You know what your getting with a KFC. Busy but quick service and food as you would expect.

On a good day the food is excellent, if you like a kfc. On a bad day, and your really hungry, it's still good, but sometimes food is not hot although usually cooked well. Update, visited Tuesday 24.05.22, another nice Fillet.box meal. Delicious. Gravy superb, nice fillet burger, slightly not hot enough same with the chicken and fries, a few more fries would be nice too. Pepsi max Delicious. Overall ok. I've had some cracking FBM's there recently tho. ***UPDATE!! July 2023...had one of the best kfc's there gorgeous chicken, loads of fries (ask nicely you get more) gravy and good fillet burger. Spot on and we'll done. Addendum** price in 2021 and before £6.49/£6.89....now £9.79 ish.....obviously due to energy prices and probably some profiteering. Nice dinner tonight, slightly dry filet burger (crispy), chicken piece was perfect. Noisy kids in restaurant annoying. Overall ok. 4/5. 26/01/24 Yes a kfc drive thru would be great in Wrexham.

Really brilliant people and service. Got a newbie, but his colleague showed him which options would make our meal cheaper. Both people were just so good. The food was perfect, really hot, well cooked and tasty - we try to limit the amount of fast food we eat so when we do, we want it to be good and this didn't disappoint. There's a limit to how good the atmos in a KFC can be... Overall, just as good as KFC gets - yummy!

Popped in on our way back from the train station daughter was hungry, rice box meal plus extra chicken, fillet burger meal with no mayo ordered rice box fine fillet burger came with mayo not a happy bunny why do they get it wrong every time even when told no mayo. As it was take away too late to take it back

If no stars was an option, that's what they would get. Delivery driver took my postcode 3 times and kept putting the phone down on me and then marked it as delivered. I rang KFC and they said come down to kfc to get it which I could not so they told me they weren't going to send another driver and to get a refund from just eat, disgusting attitude from the staff.

Nice food but there computer ordering system need to be computer friendly as it is very complicated and very hard to understand plus there are no disabled parking and no disabled toilets

No wonder food is always cold by delivery companies, witnessed that it sits on counter for ages not under heat then drivers take multiple orders

Haven't had kfc for a while..But went to wrexham kfc today , bargain bucket..yuk..what have they done to the recipe for the chicken was so dry and bland and not like it used to be... Before skin was lovely and chicken greasy ,and the chips are horrible...French fries needed desperately ...Will not be spending £25 there again in a hurry it was a waste of money

Walked in to order some chicken and chips and when it got to my turn to place my order the staff walked away to the back to do other things without uttering a word, and the two other staff in front of me also were doing stuff. I waited for a few minutes and no one attended to me which got me upset. Customer service etiquette to at least acknowledge a customers presence and then tell me to wait a few minutes due to them trying to sort pending orders would have been ok, but she just walked away. When I eventually called the attention of the other staff and complained about being ignored, in her words “as you can see we are busy, I’m just a staff. If you want you can speak to the manager”. So rude!!! No form of apology or anything. I complained to the manager and he haphazardly apologized and still tried to justify them ignoring me because they were busy. To think the manager doesn’t understand basic customer service etiquette and trying to defend bad customer service is absolutely beyond me. This is KFC!!! After getting my order, it still wasn’t complete as the staff wasn’t paying attention. I had to go back to pay for an extra order.

We order on delivery and have always had a good experience. Usually hot and everything included in order, seem to have great staff! :)

It's a KFC and it does what KFC does well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cold chips burnt chicken served disgusting service from kfc

when i order something i expect to get what i ordered I specifically asked for no legs in my twenty piece two x buckets as i WE DONT EAT THEM! what did i get for my £30+!! 15 x drumsticks and thighs 1 x breast 4 x sides, I had travelled for over an hour to this outlet, wish that i had been nearer to aid my return to chuck it over the counter instead of in my bin, WONT BE RETURNING, JOKERS .

Starting to get very annoyed at the sauces missing from our orders. Paid for extra garlic mayo didn’t get anything. Not even the supercharged sauce that came with my meal. If this had happened only once I wouldn’t mind but it’s become a running theme. Shame it’s the only local KFC. And we live 20min drive away so can’t exactly go back.

Food has consistently gone downhill for years. Nowhere near the standard of most other kfc's.

Can get cold food when delivered late at night. Normally a bit of a wait for food. Can get very busy and queue out the door

Very crowded at rush hour. You have to wait for 45 min to 1.5 hours to pick an order. The food is tasty if you like and you are a fan of kfc.

Paid for 10 pieces get 8 . Yesterday 10 legs that's all over 40 spent and don't get what's on the menu Need retaining !
