Been going here for a few years , the food is delicious, staff are lovely too. I was very very sad to hear it's closing . Very sad the cost of food plus the electric, gas prices have gone through the roof. You will be missed. I'll be in before you close your doors.
Lovely little place, Never been before but a nice surprise! The food was tasty the quality was ok, small portions but ample! Was a little noisy the night we went but to be expected at a small restaurant. The staff were very Pleasant and friendly.
So we booked Saturday afternoon a table for 5 to celebrate my father in laws 82nd birthday! Having been once before we knew we were in for a treat. We were met with a warm welcome by Ollie who was front of house! We were instantly taken in by his charm and humour. His service and patience was impeccable.
Our variety of starters arrived and were amazing. We had focaccia, fish cakes, rarebit, salmon and Halloumi which were all outstanding and cooked to perfection! Plenty of Rose wine which was reasonably priced helped to cleanse the palettes ready for the main course. Plenty of choice made it difficult to decide on what to choose. One of our group was a pescatarian and he said the menu had some good meal options.
He chose the Ramen, the rest had chicken schnitzel, venison and brisket. All presented and cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were just right and the wait times between courses were good as you didn’t feel rushed and the wait was not too long that you were sat waiting. Ollie was very attentive and always made sure our glasses were topped up and kept the wine flowing. The icing on the cake was the birthday desert that came out as a nice surprise for my father in law. Such a nice touch which went above and beyond. This restaurant has got everything just right. The value for money is unbelievable.
We cannot wait to visit again soon! Thanks…… Linda
I popped in here to grab a late morning iced coffee today. The lady who served me, Jade, is very friendly and talkative and makes the customer experience enjoyable. Equally enjoyable as the ice coffee which was awesome. Lots more drinks and treats on the menu which I'll be working my way through in the future. Well worth a visit.
Beautiful place, reasonably priced, atmosphere excellent, Food excellent, I'd highly recommend and we will be back. I'll be grabbing the local honey next time
Decided to come on a Thursday night when they have a special offer on of a Burger and a drink for £10. We were surprised when it came with chips too, which were hand cut and reminded me of home cooked chips from my childhood!
The burger was amazing, juicy and full of flavour. Shawn (chef) made us feel welcome and made an effort to come and talk to us and make sure everything was okay.
We would recommend a visit!
Visited Reggies a few times, this time I had the sausage and cheese panini, it was absolutely gorgeous The sausages were one of the best I've ever tried,
Spotless, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very professional and courteous. The food was fresh and just delicious. It is extremely affordable, we paid a lot less than we would in comparable venues.
We enjoyed our visit very much and were planning what to have on our return trip!
Had a fantastic breakfast here, delicious and generous portions.
A lovely place and lovely people! We really enjoyed ourselves on our first visit to the Flatulent Frog - it certainly won't be our last visit!
Highly recommended.
Called in at the Manna today for lunch with my Son. We have been eating at this lovely little cafe for many years.
Very friendly staff and delicious food. The owners and staff always make you feel welcome.
We both had the soup and toastie combination. Home made soup was delicious. And so was the cheese and onion toastie. Lovely mug of coffee and an amazing piece of homemade carrot cake. My Son had the lemon drizzle cake which was also very tasty.
Amazing value for money.
The food is always freshly made. Always a choice of various types of soups and cakes.
Give this hidden gem a try if you are in Wrexham. I guarantee that you will NOT be disappointed.
We will be back again soon!
