The best restaurants in Wrexham North Wales

Went looking for a local brew before turning in for the night and found this gem. They offer their own brew in a space fitting a local pub and brewery.

Called in for a Polish lunch. Found it to be homely and the staff very welcoming. Best selection of Polish beers that I've ever seen. Good selection of traditional Polish dishes though the Pierogi were'nt available. Great soups and the potato pancakes with goulash were the best I've ever had. The plate of Polish salads was so big that it could have been a meal in itself. My grandson loved his pizza but it was so big that he had to leave half to take away. We ended up so full that we could'nt eat any dessert. Highly recommended.

Llamamos aquí para el almuerzo después de visitar un negocio local. Hay un pequeño café, pero todos los artículos tienen un precio razonable y todo está recién hecho. La señora era encantadora, amable y muy eficiente, teniendo en cuenta que no había una mesa vacía! Mis niños aclararon sus lugares (que era genial). Mis padres y yo disfrutamos de nuestras comidas. Recomendaría este lugar a personas que desean comer el desayuno, el almuerzo o el café y la tarta, ya que un aspecto encantador.

Fabulous to see Taz back on the scene with his amazing memory and great customer service. We have just had our second curry from here sine he took over and it was amazing - I have the Pathia and my partner had the Passanda - there wasn't a scrap left on our plates ! Well cooked with loads of flavour and a nice heat from the Pathia. Bajis were amazing but 3 into 2 is a little difficult as we each wanted the larger half of the third. If Taz keeps this up it will continue to go from strength to strength - we will definitely be going back again and again.

Amazing breakfast for £7.95 a massive cup of coffee and all delicious, the service throughout was first class, well done YAB will definitely return 👍👍

We made a large order for afternoon tea for colleagues at work. It was excellent value with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes accompanied by tea/coffee and a packet of crisps. The cakes were delicious - I had tobelerone cheesecake and a lemon cake which were both very healthy portions and tasted amazing. Highly recommended, would definitely get again!

Been to this tea room a few times now. It's a small place but the afternoon tea is always amazing. Had egg, ham, tuna and cheese and onion sandwiches, crisps, plain scones with jam and cream plus six cakes (cheesecake, brownie, shortbread, sponge, school cake and lemon squares) and lots of tea. We couldn't eat it all so got the leftovers boxed to take home. The pictures don't do it justice - it's so nice.🍰😋

Honestly love this place! I remember ordering a breakfast months ago but couldn’t remember the place, and I’ve been devastated I couldn’t remember, tried Freddie’s grill and it was 100% this place I ordered from randomly and have been craving ever since! Food is always really good! I’m a very busy person working both a full time job and a part time job and being a single parent so I really can’t be bothered cooking sometimes and I really needed to find a food order I love and can always except to enjoy! I’ve now order about 3-4 times and always love it! There is also the option for leaving notes, and a lot of options for big moreish savoury food options! And I’m a very very picky eater and I’ve been so satisfied with the food here! Honestly I’d give much more than 5 stars! As for delivery! I usually order through Uber eats, and it doesn’t show tracking but does say what stage the order is at, and the delievery driver has always been the same man, and he is honestly such a lovely happy soul even from just being greeting while giving me my order he gives a bright Sunny energy and honestly the perfect example of fantastic customer service! If I wasent poor I’d give the order amount in tips! Even on my first order he forgot to hand me my can drink, so I quickly phoned and he returned within 3 mins and apologised for forgetting and was so polite about it! Honestly I understand sometimes things are forgotten I was just glad he came back! I’ve ordered from places before and they just haven’t delivered drinks and just tell me what the complaints department is, so the fact he came back so quickly and so politely made such a difference! Honestly my favourite breakfasts right now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - only negative… I’ve been ordering like once a week… for the past 3 weeks… my trousers are getting tighter!😂 but I think it’s worth it!❤️

This pub has just been refurbished and our group of 10 plus 2 dogs spent a lovely couple of hours here on Saturday pm when staying just outside the village. There’s plenty of room, roaring fires and tv which had football in one room, rugby in the other! But there were also places you could sit well away from the sport! Prices were reasonable, staff were super friendly and they do pub grub, but we didn’t eat so couldn’t comment on it. Would definitely visit again, thanks for a lovely afternoon

Me dijo un amigo que la comida en el Rendezvous era espectacular, y después de mi visita hoy sin duda de acuerdo. Fui a la hora del almuerzo y recibió de la palabra, el personal de estudiantes (ya que es en realidad un restaurante de capacitación universitarios) era genial, para mis necesidades, adaptándose a las necesidades y ofrece asesoramiento en caso necesario. La comida que elegí fue cocinado a la perfección, el cerdo era encantadora y tierna y la salsa complementa bien. En conjunto me quedé muy impresionado con la combinación de un buen servicio y comida sabrosa, junto con el precio sorprendentemente bajo (7.50 libras por 2 campos). Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

Met to discuss PAT dogs with a fellow PAT dog owner. It isn't easy to find if you follow the sat nav but there are signs - on the business park. I loved the fact that it's all about dogs which is rare - dogs are allowed off the lead and my little dog had a great time playing with the other dogs. Lovely food too ! I shall be returning.
