KFC in Cardiff

Evitar evitar llamaron con 7 miembros de la familia después del karting. Desafortunadamente tuve que dar una estrella Gastamos 80 libras aquí para todos nosotros. En una de las hamburguesas había un pelo que el personal no dijo nada aparte de dar una nueva hamburguesa torre solo para encontrar dos pelos más en las galletas. Todos nos fuimos sintiéndonos inquietos y el estómago girándose tras él. Absolutamente asqueroso subió a quejarse de que el personal no interesado en lo que teníamos que decir pidió el pesebre aparentemente está ocupado. Lo siento, pero si está (aparentemente) ocupado, necesita abordar la situación, así que me puse a escribirlo aquí para que la gente lo vea y lea. Desafortunadamente no tomé una foto de la hamburguesa, pero lo hice para la galleta. Personal que no llevaba redes para el cabello ni estaba atado en un moño no llevaba guantes no por lo que vi. No volveré a llamar aquí. Prefiero tener hambre. Solo espero que la gente vea leer y siga mi consejo y se mantenga lejos de aquí

Ordered through drive thru earlier today and sat and ate the meal in the car park. Had a snack box and as I picked the chicken up from the box, there was a long hair, not only that but another hair embedded in the chicken!! I should have taken the food straight back but had already pulled the hair from the food and discarded it. Will NEVER EVER eat from KFC again, absolutely shocking! Rang to complain and spoke to a pleasant manager who told me he will address it and ensure beard masks will be worn at all times.

Rude staff burnt food poor service. Decided to give it a go not been there in over 6 months thought it might have changed. Went to drive through they were as rude as ever then over charged me for drinks I asked if came with meal then thought I would sit while they barraked me and told me off like I was a child. Avoid this place it really hasn't improved if anything it has got worse

Terrible food terrible service 4items missing complete incompetent fools who orders a family bucket meal an don’t have fries then try an blame it on the delivery driver…I be really impressed if he bags the food up an deliver it…jokers!!!!

Waited ages in drive through to place an order only 1 car in front to have freezing cold food chicken not dven warm so obviously been sat ages and should of been thrown out chips really cold and black gone down hill massively

Went though the drive though this evening , ordered bucket for one and a small beans , went home , portion of fries consisted of seven Cold pathetic fries , one piece of chicken was so dry I think it was a week old and everything was freezing and I live on the same road took me three minutes to get there , never again , terrible place and to add insult to injury when I thought about it I was over charged xx

Very disgusted with staff call Shannon we wanted to order through drive threw but didn't have car so we asked could we do it on foot she refused to answer. We had to wait for a car to arrive for them to ask for us. Very disappointed customer service shameful

Food ok, but staff braindead .....very odd business model, seems to enjoy terrible reviews and just plod on, but new chips so all is fine ????? weird place !

I don't normally bother reviewing fast food places, but this one did make me laugh. I went with my son, as he likes KFC. He ordered Zinger Tower meal, small, I ordered large. When it was ready, I had to ask which was the large fries. I was told that the bag was the small fries, the box was the large. Ok. However, on looking at the two portions of fries, the small had easily 50% more fries than the large, as the box was half empty. I brought this to the attention of a member of staff, I asked, 'Surely a large fries should have more than a small?' Her answer was, 'It depends how much they put in'. Stating the obvious! She wasn't going to do anything about it. As for the sandwiches, it would be good if they would align them properly, instead of any which way. The sandwiches have melted cheese, which sticks each layer together, which makes the job of taking it apart and putting it back together properly very difficult and messy. Why don't they make a sandwich as anyone else would make a sandwich? A ridiculous experience!

This has to be the worst any where.went here Friday evening first impression food on the floor unclean tables. At the counter 6 deep no one serving no one bothering to even speak to you after 20 min one person started to serve and got a right telling off by a guy in front the assistant was so rude served the people in front of me and then just stopped serving with our saying anything when I finely got someone's attention was told not very nicely that I would have to wait for 5 min that turned into 20 with no explanation . then to top it off when I got home the order was all wrong with food missing and to be honest what type of chickens are they now using the portions have so little meat on them.

Love the taste of KFC, but the service in this particular restaurant is pretty dire. Busy Sunday evening and it all seems to have fallen into carnage. People waiting ages to be served, then even longer for the food to be delivered, hoping it was right. For us, the wait wasn’t too long, but it wasn’t until we got hoe that we discovered our 10 piece family feast, only had 9 pieces of chicken... Will we be back? Probably, because we love the food, but such a big opportunity to improve on the service.

I was waiting for food and someone who was cooking food came out and said what f**k you looking at worst customer service I ever see and I work this trade you can’t speak to a customer like that I went and sat down and was staring at me

Food was cold. No popcorn chicken and could only swap for a side not for chicken. 35 minute wait, only 4 customers in the shop so much for fast food. Staff need to be sacked they are stupid af probably didn’t even need a CV

Waited 19 mins for a simple box meal even thou only 8 people in the. Dirt under the tables. Unfriendly staff. Stinking toilets. Very slippery and dangerous floor. I would never recommend this kfc

Staff are the most disgusting, brain dead horrible people on the planet. More interested in not being able to count to 10 and catching up with the latest "goss" with their layabout friends just loitering in the store. Always out of everything, place is disgustingly dirty and orders are never right.

Went alone to have some lunch. Didn't expect too much from them. Tasted regular. Find it similar to McDonalds, nothing special.
