McDonald's in Cardiff

The delivery guy came late and didn’t come with all of our food and got lost around the back of the house and had attitude when he phoned me and I tried to explain to him to come to the front of the house

delivery man was kind friendly lovely in fact thank u sweet heart ❤️

took so long to come (1 hr), turned up cold. drink had spilled in the bag driver didnt tell me so half empty drink and coke all over my carpet.

only had 1 chips ordered 2 very slow

Big mac was wrong, sauces were charged but not sent. Chips were half full even though they were large. Not worth the money!

Absolutely shocking!! Order all wrong and the lady on the phone wants to blame the delivery driver £50 order and they still cant get it right

We ordered our meals and they have given us the wrong drinks and one drink is missing, also asked for bbq sauce and that's not even in the bag 😑

again,it came with no sauces which we'd ordered.no draws.

Was late as they went to llanerydn before coming to llanrumney from Newport road, then arrived to be handed a bag that was soaking wet dripping everywhere, the drinks had tipped all over the food the food was no longer eatable, when I ask what can he do about this I was told to contact McDonald’s restaurant, only then to be told by them I have to contact just eat.

one of the drinks was busted in the bag soaked the rest , missing items aswell and to top it off no dips, it's the same every time i order from this branch!! how hard is it to put items in a bag and send it out with the driver !! absolutely fuming !!

driver unprofessional. didn't call but left food on my doorstep. I went to see where he was and he was on his way out of the reception hall and popped his head bs k through for the code.

driver was lovely, the food was freezing but it was obvious to me it was cold when he got it as the delivery tracking time couldn’t have been that cold in his thermal bag! shocking service and personally would never order from you but “apparently it’s fast food delivered as it’s meant to be when collected” I will bin this as I assume nobody wants heartburn material over priced food as a Friday night ‘TREAT’ we should have stuck with Burger King or just saved £20 and got Pringles. £20 😂 joke

food was cold had to put in microwave very disappointed.

too much ketchup, most of it was on the wrapper and outside of the muffin rather than inside of it.

Ordered food with a note asking for the food to be left with reception as I was running late, even gave a tip. When I got to the hotel there was a food delivered on my app and no food. Nothing was left. Absolutely shockiong

Food was on time but made my order at 23:21pm and food was delivered at 00.10am, that’s a really long time to deliver for a place so close to my house. Food was freezing but at least this time the order was correct. Disappointing that all the food was cold and hard but it is what it is. Not expecting anything but leaving but this review so that hopefully this is something that can be improved on going forward.

the driver was very rude 1st he didn't call me by my name, then he told me I had to go to his car and he said come on only a few steps, he was not getting out of his car then he called me by a different name

It never appeared. Just Eat somehow put the RESTAURANT as the delivery address. The delivery guy did call and promised to deliver but nothing ever turned up. I want my money back.

do not order via just eat they openly admit they never delivered my order and are refusing a refund claiming the driver tried to call me and he left my order outside which is b.s because I was watching out the window the whole time it was supposed to be on its way

The delivery was late but also the delivery driver very rude and blunt and when I was stood in the road to show them where to go they thought it would be funny to speed down the street and try and scare me by slamming the breaks on about 2 meters away from me

Delivered the complete wrong order because the staff clearly gave the driver the wrong order and the driver didn’t look at the order number he was picking up. Called McDonald’s, zero help and zero accountability despite them being the cause of the issue!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am very unhappy. I understand it gets busy, but I live a 25 min walk or 5 min drive away, and it was over 45 mins late, stone cold and the drink was spilt. One of those days, I suppose.

Never usually comment on reviews but have to say what a lovely delivery driver we had. He came up to my flat when usually you get a disgruntled driver who tells you to come down when theyre not even in the right place! Very nice he was!
