McDonald's in Cardiff

Food was missing items again and drinks spilt again and food stone cold again ! this is a regular occurrence with Mc Donald’s after paying nearly £50 for a Delivery and still can’t get it right again, annoying this happens every time I order from only McDonalds.

Food arrived hot and complete

went to wrong house called me and I told him he was at the wrong house. spilled my drink and food was cold, also wasn't using delivery bag

Spent £53 as a birthday treat and most adults meal was missing so we didn’t get to eat! , food came absolute freezing! Not even a bit of sauce or a straw! Shocking will never order from mc Donald’s again

The wrong order arrived so I was told to keep that order and would have to reorder my food!!!!

We ordered extra toppings and they gave us less than the standard serving. Sauces were left off order. Fries were like cardboard.

Drinks spilled slightly, bottom of bag was wet and almost tore open, restaurant forgot the sauces that were on the order, again.

The driver was really lovely and had the best tunes on in his car.

Got my order wrong not the drivers fault.

Wasn't sent a toy with meal. New sauce wasn't sent either, and my burger was sent as a regular burger without my changes. Literally said no pickles and that's the first thing I was greeted by. Burgers put together sloppy.

Not happy at all bag was dripping wet drink had all been spilled spoilt my chips and burger will not be ordering again any time soon waste of 20 pound

Was my missing my most my food now I got to wait 7 days for them to even consider getting my money back

driver didn't come to door to deliver the order all the drinks were split over the bag and the driver was very rude about it

All items accounted for and hot. Packed well so none of the fries spilt during transport. Many thanks ☺️

cold food. all my dips and straws were missing.and my neighbour had to phone me to tell me my delivery went to her house. normally a good service.very unhappy with this occasion.

This order was to replace an order that did not turn up. The order arrived and it was cold. Dreadful service. I request a full refund for both orders. I will escalate this complaint to a senior level if required. Extremely unhappy customer

Ordered a feed the family meal and 2 x Mars McFlurry. Received the McFlurry’s only. The driver when confronted said he asked them twice if there was any more to the order but was told no! Tried to contact them but constantly get the answer machine!!!

The delivery guy came late and didn’t come with all of our food and got lost around the back of the house and had attitude when he phoned me and I tried to explain to him to come to the front of the house

Was late as they went to llanerydn before coming to llanrumney from Newport road, then arrived to be handed a bag that was soaking wet dripping everywhere, the drinks had tipped all over the food the food was no longer eatable, when I ask what can he do about this I was told to contact McDonald’s restaurant, only then to be told by them I have to contact just eat.

driver unprofessional. didn't call but left food on my doorstep. I went to see where he was and he was on his way out of the reception hall and popped his head bs k through for the code.

driver was lovely, the food was freezing but it was obvious to me it was cold when he got it as the delivery tracking time couldn’t have been that cold in his thermal bag! shocking service and personally would never order from you but “apparently it’s fast food delivered as it’s meant to be when collected” I will bin this as I assume nobody wants heartburn material over priced food as a Friday night ‘TREAT’ we should have stuck with Burger King or just saved £20 and got Pringles. £20 😂 joke
