No fries...why would I order 3 burgers yet no fries? Tried to submit complaint on this app but no option to say fries weren't delivered. Never ordering from McDonald's Newport Road again. Food was packed without straws and they forgot all the condiments plus the extra 5 I paid extra for.... then the food was cold all of it!!! this is not the delivery guys fault it was packed by Macdonalds as the seal was not broken! it wasn't checked!

Food was cold had no sauce on the receipt and the boxes yet they put sauce forgot the chips and also didn’t send the sauce paid for.

Delivery driver not paying attention when handing the food over because he was too busy on his phone and dropped the drink everywhere

Disappointingly had to reorder half of the order due to first order missing one of my children’s meal. Sadly there seems to be no consistency in the team and the manager doesn’t check that all items and correct items have been placed prior to the order being taken.

Hello. We waited 2 hours for this, to the point where I went to the store myself and the McDonald’s worker had no details of my order. I showed him the order and he put it through the till for me and I took it home. Then the delivery driver shows up about 30 minuets later with the same order!

Best McDonald’s delivery I think I’ve ever had actually ate the chips without having to reheat them well done the delivery driver

Again drive thru mess up get home after ordering 1 bacon & egg breakfast meal & 1 double bacon and egg meal . To see I've got only 1 hash brown and both meals sausage and egg and both single. Great service not

Should have learnt my lesson by now but to give you an idea of what to expect Just Eat have stopped refunding me for missing items because they don't believe a restaurant can get an order wrong so often. Strangely enough they absolutely can. Read list of things, put all things in bag. Not hard.

My order was 45 minutes late, everything arrived cold, and the Cheesy Garlic Bread Dipper Sharebox was missing—for the third time now. Customer service offered nothing but empty apologies in chat and closed my case without refund or replacement. Utte

Awful everytime I go there they forget something of mine all the time then you try and ring no1 answers quick enough to take your money but when you want to make a complaint on the phone everyone goes deaf kiss my ass

McDonald’s on Newport Road is a nice and popular spot that’s always busy, which shows how much people like it. The food is consistently good – fresh, hot, and served quickly. Despite being a busy location, the staff work hard to keep everything running smoothly. The restaurant is clean, well-organised, and has plenty of seating. A great place for a quick and tasty meal!

Without doubt the slowest fast food joint in Wales. If you want to order inside and value your time and sanity go eat somewhere else. Terrible.

Appalling service ordered with the McDonald app an used table service but the guy at the counter decided was was just going to call out the table numbers instead of actually bringing to the table. Not like it’s a busy time

no cheese on double cheese burger no no happy meal just 2packs of apple slice no toys with Minecraft meals. food stone cold. Even more unhappy 8year old who only got apple slices from her order after waiting an hour

Every time we get drive thru they mess up the order. How can the staff be so utterly useless? Paying for food you didn't receive is akin to theft and trying to rectify the problem afterwards is virtually impossible.

Driver was good, drink was poorly packed.

Ordered 2 big mac large meals .service very slow.Food cold returned it.Replaced again with cold chips and the amount of chips was less than a reg portion. Spent thousands on refurb but standards are very low.

Terrible experience at this branch — not once, but twice. I ordered a Philly Cheese Stack to take away, and when I got home, I found the burger was completely incomplete — just the meat and cheese, nothing else. I went back and a manager named Claire gave me a code to get a replacement meal. I returned another day, used the code, and unbelievably, the same thing happened again. When I complained, a staff member falsely claimed to be the manager. After pressing further, she brought out someone else in a white shirt who was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Both showed no professionalism and didn’t seem to care about the repeated mistake or the customer experience. Date of my visit: 08/04/2025 Time: around 12pm One word "shocking"

Meh Big Order Like Usual 5 Star Food As Awlays

Have had several occasions where my vehicle has been damaged on the speed bumps that are too high, My vehicle is not lowered and due to these bumps I've had to have my exhaust pipe repaired which still has yellow plastic along it from the speed bumps. I've contacted customer services.

Food was missing items again and drinks spilt again and food stone cold again ! this is a regular occurrence with Mc Donald’s after paying nearly £50 for a Delivery and still can’t get it right again, annoying this happens every time I order from only McDonalds.

We ordered extra toppings and they gave us less than the standard serving. Sauces were left off order. Fries were like cardboard.

Drinks spilled slightly, bottom of bag was wet and almost tore open, restaurant forgot the sauces that were on the order, again.

Constant missed items, once or twice you can accept but everything there’s something now it’s a joke, it waits

The driver was really lovely and had the best tunes on in his car.

Wasn't sent a toy with meal. New sauce wasn't sent either, and my burger was sent as a regular burger without my changes. Literally said no pickles and that's the first thing I was greeted by. Burgers put together sloppy.

Got my order wrong not the drivers fault.

November 2024 Just had a total refit thought we would retry. Oh dear. Tables highly packed together, uncomfortable and unclear who was staff and who wasn't, some staff had no uniform. Customer service dreadful with the usual non interest when order was wrong as it usually is there. Food thrown together. Chips tasted weird. Long wait for food. Milk shakes couldn't be drunk with straws which fell apart. 2 of the self order machines had no receipts causing chaos as people didn't have proof of order. Not a great relaunch. Best part is they still haven't fixed the bump in the road on the way out that usually spills all the drinks when you takeaway. Total shame. Update October 2022 Food cold and lengthy wait. Floor so slippy was like an ice rink. Ladies loo disgusting with blocked sink and water all over the floor. Never EVER have they given us the dips ordered, even when we order takeout. Sat in today, bad atmosphere in there, floor really dirty, many tables uncleaned. Food not great, cold and looks like it was thrown together. Milkshake machine out of order the last 6 out 6 times we visited. Won't be back.

Paying £1.89 for a medium potato and receiving the small size is ridiculous
