Mash portion was a little small

Driver arrived to wrong building and wouldn’t meet at designated address causing food to go cold as he had multiple orders for neighbouring buildings.

It took forever for the food to arrive. Food was cold by the time it arrived

Although the time changes, first time was 4.10, then 4.15, 4.25, 4.20, jumped to 4.40. When it arrived at 4.38 it was cold and we had to heat it up in the microwave.

The service was brilliant and food was tasty. Really happy about the customer service and supportive staff. Keep serving good food. Will come again with friends. Cheers

They constantly messes up our take out order, always forget to check while in the restaurant, but when come home there's always something is missing. Yesterday I ordered zinger zinger deal, two burgers and two chicken wings and a drink, and you can upgrade the deal by adding to fries for 2.99. So I upgrade the both deals. When I came home there was no fries,at all the only fries we had was in the two snack box I got. I called kfc and them know what had happened, he wanted me to go back l was like I'm home now kids are hungry I'm not coming back. He said he would give me the fries when ever I go back ,I said no I just want refund! He gave me a reference number,went in following g day,this team leader named Carl was so useless .didn't want to give me a refund ,calling me a liar literally! He couldn't understand how all the fries would be missing! He needs to have a word with his kitchen staff. I said2 fries was missing actually 4 was missing from the order! I upgraded for 2 fries for each deal for 2.99, then after his pathetic ways to resolve this matter, he only gives me back like £4.38 or something when I'm owed 5.98! The situation was so pathetic. They continously make mistake, other time I asked for a flaming wrap ,i got a bbq wrap and again I went half way past the shop and already took a bite,I didn't bother going back ! I should have! And another time, we was all lining up by the kiosk to order our food, the guy that was on the till told the girl in front of me he was coming back, and he didn't, they can see the line was getting bigger and bigger and they don't look our way or tell us the kiosk is closed or not taking orders there. I approached a staff and she was so rude tell in the note says the kiosk is closed. She had no answer to give when I said u have eyes and a mouth,you can see the que is getting longer why couldn't you tell us that. They act as they are so flipping busy but they are not they are so lazy and don't do their job probably! Also while I was there waiting for my food some other customer came up to the till with his burger to show them that something was in side. Hair or something . So they had to replaced it. Pure carelessness in the kfc queens street kitchen! The supervisors to supervise then.and see that they are doing their job properly!

food was great, delivery was quick and the delivery driver was a true gentleman

The food was terrible. The things should be hot is not hot, the things should be cold is not cold. 29 Dec around 9 something at night ordered a burger meal box with 1pc chicken, the burger was totally not hot and the Pepsi drink( with some weird taste)was not cold either. There are multiple drinks prepared and left on the counter to “ease” their job. I was served by one foreigner man with beard. Very unsatisfied with the product served, no quality at all

had to whistel for the just eat guy, as he had no cluee where i lived, food turned was freezing cold... and package was damaged..

no delivery was made and you refuse to refund money its digusting i have now sent this information to the food ombudsman who will be investigating

I placed the order using uber eats a 10 piece wicked variety bucket. Soon after my order I call the restaurant and gave specific instructions that I don’t want too many wings and drumsticks and the staff confirmed that they will mix all pieces so you won’t have too many wings and drumsticks. When I received the delivery, I had 4 drumsticks and 3 wings out of 10 pieces of chicken, didn’t add any ketchup or mayonnaise. I called the restaurant and the staff responded “I suppose to give you 10 pieces and I gave you 10 pieces and if you want to complain, you can go ahead” and hung up the phone. This was the response I received from the member of staff. For anyone who has options, please avoid Queen street brunch if you don’t want poor customer service.

I ordered chicken meal . Wow I had the worst chicken in my life the oil was dripping from the chicken and was so dirty and this not the first time always like this . I have to pint I lost my money again in kfc never again I will send email to the Head office to complain.

ordered wings and a bottle of pepsi. wings hot and no issues with food, they forgot my pepsi which considering it's 1 of 2 items I'm missing 50% of my order, for some reason it also says CCTV checked on my receipt. which I don't really understand.

I ordered at 12 o'clock and the food arrived at half past 1 almost quarter to 2 I had to phone up the KFC restaurant to complain which then prompted them to fast track my order as I had been waiting for so long and when the food came it was just warm.

The chicken was okay but the chicken wings looked like it had been cooked a long time ago which made it taste very dry . I'm not that far away from them only about 5-10 minutes. I would upload a picture to tell you how horrible it looks and is but unfortunately they don't have a option to do that.

Taking 20+ minutes to cook 10 mini fillets isn't fast food, most restaurants are faster then this.

😂😂 I ordered a bucket meal for one with the two REGULAR size pieces ( as stated on the menu ), two wings and two strips. When the order came there was a tiny piece of chicken supposedly being one of the regular pieces. I took it back to the counter and asked the girl if she could change it as it was tiny. She said, and I quote " It's a small wing piece". And I said "Exactly, I didn't order a small wing piece of chicken, I ordered the bucket with the two regular sized pieces". She couldn't answer but did change my piece of chicken.... Honestly, KFC is getting worse. We only went here because Jollibees had technical issues and was closed. KFC has gone down the pan in the last 5 years.

The quality of the fried chicken was poor. Excess grease meant a loss of crispness, and it was certainly not freshly cooked.

This is a very nice place. The chickens served here are of great taste with nice fried chips and any choice of drinks. Nice ambience for children and adults. Also, it's great for families.

Had a filler burger and box meal chicken was tiny luke warm burger was hard and cold so I had asked nicely if they could give me a fresh one so waited and eate my fries which were the only thing that was warmish. Then had another burger found out they pre heated it the manager had the audacity to say it was freshly made so I had to eat it so I left half of it as it was dreadfull, then started to bite into my con of the cob and it was all soggy half cooked so left feeling hungry and out of pocket because the foreign staff dunno how to cook food or understand what customers ask for will never return

I don’t know what the problem is with the fried food, whether it’s chips or chicken—they are very wet, especially the original recipe, which should be called the "oil recipe." Please, please address this issue with the Indian staff. They need to present the same KFC experience as it is worldwide. I mean, KFC in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or other European countries is a thousand times better. Sorry, but the staff here are Indian, and they make the recipes in an Indian way, not according to KFC’s recipes and standards. You really need to look into this because you are losing many customers, even the loyal ones, who have decided to eat at Jollibee, Popeyes, or other places that offer that beautiful, delicious, dry fried chicken.

I waited 50 minutes for my food, and the attendant gave me a soda as if that would make up for the delay, but it only made me more stressed. They also offered some fries as a gesture of goodwill, but they were all soggy and burnt. Everyone else was served before me. I had ordered online through the KFC website for in-store pickup. Besides the wait, when I went to sit down to wait even longer because of the delay, the cleaner stopped me, saying that I couldn’t sit because he needed to clean the area. So, from start to finish, I had to stand. I placed my soda on a table to rest, and when the cleaner reached that table, he asked if it was mine in a tone that implied I should remove it so he could clean. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Tumpa's behaviour is very bad. She is not responding, too much attitude. I waited for 20 minutes she didn’t response. I miss my bus due to her late response.

Good quantity of chicken, however I didn't get the orange juice I ordered plus the side order of beans was tiny for £2.49.

The service here is top notch especially few employees whom I have personally found very helpful and patient while attending to an irate customer, and kudos to the employees for helping the homeless with the leftover hot meals!!❤️😇

Ordered my food. Sat down at the table. Foods cold. I mean not even a little warm. Took it back to the counter. Staff have then told me it's up to a 30 minute wait for hot food. Only hot things on my plate were the chips and sweetcorn. Zinger burger was warmish . Hotwings cold. Mini fillets cold. Popcorn cold. Basically my whole meal. No apology. Asked for refunds was told as I'd started eating the food (burger had one bite taken from it.) I wouldn't be refunded. Won't be returning to this store.

Dirty rude and lazy staff stay away

The driver went to the wrong address, he then decided to leave the area, I had to chase him down to collect my food. He was very rude. I will not be ordering from just eat again.

Today I ordered wings bucket, Honestly was disgusting ,wings looked like it was 2 days old, seemed like it was double fried, KFC is not fresh in this store . Thinking about it is making me sick . Never going back.

On the evening, the manager he was so rude that he told people to get out of the store just because they wanted to make a complaint. He was so loud l felt sorry for those people. I visited this place again, worse than before chips were soggy burger was cold and the staff was cold than burger.

One of the staff swore at me and the food was horrifying. It wasn’t fresh and it was cold. It was no where near crispy, don’t go to this kfc, the one in leckwith is very good

To be honest, it’s not like I’ve had before, the main chicken meal was piddly little pieces, the extra piece was just a wing and the burger meal was tasty but the meat was so small that I ended up with 3/4 of the bun in my hand

Bought a longer box meal. Chips was soggy and warm. Given the wrong drink which was warm and flat. Hot wings was the smallest I've ever seen. And even had to pay for a paper take out bag. Horrible place. Never again !

It’s probably the cleanest KFC branch I’ve been too. Most ones I’ve been too are always have food waste left on tables, bins overflowing and dirty tables. This one though was so clean and presentable to the public. The service was fast with the food being piping hot. The staff were welcoming too. Only one flaw I would say was is that the chicken was dry in the burger. Other than that the rest of the Trilogy Box Meal was done to perfection. Definitely come back here again!

I was watching the map. This guy was sat just off Windsor Road for 15-20 minutes. That's not en route to my house. So if he wasn't making a delivery there, then he's absolutely doing something else in his spare time during the delivery job. And you should be aware of that. Because the food was cold.

Live close by and pass by every now and then. The quality of food has been on a downhill ever since November 2023, the chicken is too raw, the sauces are unbalanced, felt like a ton of pepper :/. I used to adore this place back when I first moved to Cardiff but I would recommend going somewhere else if what you are looking for is value for money. Don't agree with this anymore, they have suddenly improved a ton on everything and the food and drinks and desserts are great. 10/10

I’m actually giving them zero star! Absolutely disgusting service! Missed the items! Didn’t put the item in the bag and the. They expect us to complain to Uber as if it was the drivers fault! Utterly nonsense. I never leave reviews but their service and attitude was disgusting no wonder people have boycotted them. My last order from them was officially today. the driver was awful. he did not want to drop my food at the door cause he was too worried about his bike. the he dropped my food by the stairs and it split. the driver then run away and stopped answering my calls. this is the worst service i have ever experienced. i will never be using just eat ever again.

I ordered a Mighty Bucket for One Meal which consists of 2 hot wings, 2 mini fillets and 2 pieces of Original chicken. I clearly stated did no want any 'drumsticks as part of the main pieces'. Instead, ideas given a tiny wing!! If I wanted another wing, I would've asked for one. I was denied 1 piece of original chicken and feel extremely short-changed. I accept this may not be Just Eats fault but I placed the order via you and I have no means of contacting the KFC store directly. I am not happy about this. I rarely use Just Eats and this has put me off. I'm hoping you can put this situation right some how. Thanks A Rafi
