Food cold and items missing all the time they never get order right they are rushing to get orders out but don,t check everything.

It was a nice experience at kfc queen street all staff are very friendly and nice atmosphere. I just like the food freshly cooked. Place is clean and well maintained good service.

Very slow service too busy concentrating on delivery orders as usual toilets were filthy wouldn't go again but most are like this disgusting

Ordered a chicken burger for my 6 year old that has cancer and its turnt up not even cooked pink in the middle if he ate it could put him in intensive care because he is weak as it is

The place was absolutely filthy. Overflowing bins with trays of chicken bones scattered everywhere and don’t even get me started on the toilets. At the entrance there’s a 5 Star hygiene rating but from what I saw I don’t think it’s recent. I’m just glad my partner didn’t get food poisoning since all I ate was the chips.

I have requested to deliver by 17:55 so we can break our fast with hot food, but they delivered at 17:40, this is no sense of doing scheduled delivery.
