I have requested to deliver by 17:55 so we can break our fast with hot food, but they delivered at 17:40, this is no sense of doing scheduled delivery.

I ordered 2x Texas BBQ burgers. I ordered a kids hamburger meal . The burgers were Cold . The burgers were not cooked. My Family got food poisoning. Avoid this KFC

Never given kfc a 5 star review as never visited one that deserves it. But this one was great, very clean, amazing service and very friendly staff. The meal was very hot, but regular fries smaller than expected. Plenty of seating. Lots of kiosks to order at. Pleased. Used an offer from the app. Highchairs available. Wheelchair lift to first floor.

It took forever for the food to arrive. Food was cold by the time it arrived

Driver arrived to wrong building and wouldn’t meet at designated address causing food to go cold as he had multiple orders for neighbouring buildings.

Although the time changes, first time was 4.10, then 4.15, 4.25, 4.20, jumped to 4.40. When it arrived at 4.38 it was cold and we had to heat it up in the microwave.

The service was brilliant and food was tasty. Really happy about the customer service and supportive staff. Keep serving good food. Will come again with friends. Cheers
