I went for a bottomless brunch with friends and we had such a fun time ! The drinks came very promptly and our server Emily couldn’t have done anymore, she was brilliant. The bar staff ebony & Corey were very efficient and master cocktails makers, the drinks were spot on ! Will definitely return again.

Ebony was very helpful even though we came for the bottomless pancakes accommodated to our needs and made us feel very welcome and suggested other mains and desserts which were great.

Visited February 2025 after a day shopping. Didn’t book in advance but found us a table straight away. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Food was brilliant as always. Only negative was that it was so cold whilst sat eating.

Jacob gave great advice on the lager, perfect pre-rugby drink!! Only things were that the music is perhaps a little too loud to have polite conversation and the onion rings were quite peppery for my taste.

Only went as my daughter wanted to go. No atmosphere, service slow, told them I had a code for children eat free. Ordered the food, daughter didn't eat the hot dog as she said it was horrible. I had the two course set meal. Went to pay, different server they refused the voucher. Overpriced rubbish. Daughter then decided to go to Greggs

Absolutamente horrible. El servicio fue impactante, esperando siglos para ser servido cuando llegamos allí, y nos sentamos durante 30 minutos con platos sucios delante de nosotros . . . despejado algunos yo mismo y fue gritado por la camarera por ensuciar otra mesa! Muchos no están disponibles en un menú ya limitado. ¿Dónde están todos los filetes? Probablemente lo mejor, ya que el mío estaba mal cocinado y mis hijos eran 90% gordos. Toda la comida tibia. Canceló los postres ya que todavía tenía platos sucios en frente de nosotros y había perdido las ganas de vivir. Cosas muy básicas como papel higiénico en la mitad de los baños cuchillos para carne, sin lápices de colores con los niños. No volveré a visitar de nuevo - realmente decepcionante como fue mi cumpleaños de hijos.

Wrong food was brought out first. Then the second meal was not what we ordered an the food was cold. Very slow considering they was quiet .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service from Sally! I had such a wonderful experience at TGI Fridays, and it was all thanks to my amazing waitress, Sally. From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly attentive and helpful, always seeming to anticipate what I needed before I even had to ask. She brought over a refill of my drink before I had the chance to request one, and when she noticed I was breastfeeding my daughter while eating my starter, she thoughtfully asked if I wanted the kitchen to hold off on bringing my main course. Her kindness didn’t stop there—when I was packing up my daughter’s things, she even offered a helping hand, all while keeping a warm and friendly smile on her face. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine, and Sally truly went above and beyond to make my meal stress-free and enjoyable. The only small downside was that the seats were a bit dirty, and I had to wipe them down before laying my daughter on a blanket. However, this didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience, and I would absolutely return—especially if I knew I’d have service as great as what Sally provided! Thank you, Sally, for making my visit so pleasant. TGI Fridays is lucky to have you.
