I have always been a big fan of Shake Shack, and my first was in Cardiff St David’s. The food was amazing (as always), staff was extremely friendly and attentive (especially to lovely Ambrieen). Highly recommend this one 💕

Always used to order from Here but the well done option doesn’t seem to work anymore and sometimes you won’t even receive a refund from the app not worth it unless you’re going inside

Food was pretty good, but it seemed to me a bit too pricey for this amount. I did ask for apricot and mint lemonade, but I received normal lemonade 😅 that tasted like watered lemon squash. The vanilla milkshake that my partner ordered was really good. I doubt i would eat there again, but if you are curious , go and try it yourself 🙂

Incredible food quality. A bit pricey but well worth the extra taste and freshness. All disabled access is fine except the self-service screens may be too high for some wheelchair users, in that case you can order at the counter directly. As far as a fast food burger place goes this is up there in my opinion I'm going to give it a solid 10 for taste and quality.

Served by Grace, excellent service my order was very quick despite it being busy. It was the best cold coffee drink I've had, very very tasty! It was quite pricey at £6 but a perfect treat!

Mostly empty, no queue, quiet kitchen. Took 12 minutes to prepare a milkshake. Staff can see you waiting, you can see piles of food waiting for other orders, but the inefficiency means that the connection between food prepared to order and the waiting customers simply doesn't happen well.

The food was really lovely, it's very filling however. The burgers in particular were delicious and the shakes were yummy however the prices were so not worth it, to eat for two people it cost me £40 as they don't do meals so we had to order each item separately, they should do meals because it would cut the price down. Honestly don't think it was worth the money as we did not even finish our food, however if I came back here again I might just get a burger and shake.

Nice quality but not overly generous portions. Overall, it's expensive for what it is, had a burger, fries and a coke £16 (£3.90 for a cup of cola 😬 roughly a can sized drink). Wouldn't rush back tbh

I recently visited Shake Shack in Cardiff, and I have to say, the burger I had was absolutely delicious. A big shout-out to the staff, especially Gracelyn, who made my experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. If you're in Cardiff and craving a satisfying, high-quality burger, Shake Shack is definitely the place to go!

I've been to Shake Shack more than 5 times and it was amazing, I always do my orders with Grace she is the one who always tries to help, she is a really nice person who always smiles and laughs with the customers, I never saw her being rude with anyone even in the holidays! But just a small note, sometimes when I ordered the 6p chicken bites, I found out that they put me the very small remains of the chicken from the oil and this is not considered a piece of chicken bites ;(

I had a great break at Shakeshack earlier today. Grace was very helpful with taking my order and making sure everything was okay :) we spoke a little bit about one of my favourite kpop group, which made my day a little better :) definitely recommend!

Overall had a great time here! Everything was on point right from the food to the service offered. I was attended by Mrudu, who was very helpful in suggesting me what to try as well when asked. Would definitely love to be back here for the food and seemless service provided.

The food was exceptional but what was even better was the excellent service I received from REUBEN. He was very nice, patient and attentive.

I've had it a few times. They're best branch is in JFK airport in New York funnily enough. The cardiff branch can be hit and miss. When it's good it's pretty darn good, but sometimes your left wondering where the flavours disappeared to.

Seriously? The worst vegetarian 'burger' I ever had. A deep fried mushroom?? I didn't even take one bite. Pathetic. Bye bye 8,40 GBP

Been here a few times and I'm never disappointed. Brought the whole family in yesterday and everyone loved it. Food was perfect and Shake Shack has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Can't wait to come back again!

I'll start by saying that if you've been to a Shake Shack in the US and hope to find the same thing here, stay away. They have crinke-cut chips nad and that's about where the similarities end. I did not enjoy my meal here. I paid £16.50 for a double burger with fries, which is approaching Five Guys territory. The fries were basic oven fries, they don't have the cajun spice that you can find in the US, and the portion was on the small side. The burger was downright bad: it wasn't a properly cooked smash burger and had very little crust, if any. It was very underseasoned and tasted mostly like boiled meat, like when you make a burger at home and your pan isn't hot enough. The rest of the toppings, however, were *too* salty, so the result was a bite of bland meat with a topping of side. I added bacon and pickles to my burger, both of which were very badly cooked: the bacon was thick and not crispy, and the pickly was chunky, way too salty, and only covering about 25% of the burger surface area. I was thoroughly disappointed, especially for the price I paid. I've been to specialty burger restaurants that were cheaper and much, much better, so there's absolutely nothing to see here.

I do love a good Shake Shack, we need more of them 😋
