This is hands down the best mac donald’s around here, staff are all amazing good is always hot and up to standard. 5 stars from me

Shocking… Chicken was dry over cooked and tasted as if it had been standing under a lamp for ages… Not a lot you can do about it when it’s a take away.. I feel that they know won’t come back to complain.. Also I ordered a family bucket of 10 pieces of chicken, only got 9 and a piece that was as big as a small sparrow.. It’s not fair as someone had to go with out.. I suggest you stay away or check your meal before you leave the restaurant.

Lovely interior, however I really wanted an ice cream in which my family could enjoy. However when I went to go and use the app, ALL of the McFlurrys were out of stock. Additionally, I wanted some barbecue sauce to have as a condiment for my chips, and there was none!!! However the staff are quick for clean up, and ensure that customers views and questions are listened to. Also very quick service!

Super impressed with the chicken wrap. So much flavour and the sauce was very tasty. Price average. Will be back in a flash

One guy serving everyone. Waiting ages for a bag already done ! Cold food, poor service. Was going to dine in but empty tables were dirty.

Great food, kids enjoyed it, the staff were fantastic especially the blonde haired lady (didn’t catch her name) who treated the kids to a frosty!

Upon arrival with no previous awareness from Bourgee that this was going to be CLOSED! I was shown an A4 piece of paper on the door stating it was 'closed due to maintenance'.. Thanks for the update! How can I turn up to a restaurant with no email or notification being sent and the only way i found out was not even from a worker but from an A4 sheet of paper, is just ludicrous. Not even been open long and seems to be a shambles from the get go! PANTS, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

The experience was utterly appalling. Drink totally flat, the chips hot but massively over seasoned. The chicken was something else, hard, overcooked and incredibly wet with oil! Here the majority of reviews are poor or worse, I made the company aware and their response was to commit to putting things right, but reviews elsewhere have been responded to and management keep promising improvements but they clearly aren’t working if indeed anything is really being done

Toilet, rubbish, shocking!!! I arrived at 12.15am and was informed that I wasn't allowed in, I'd just finished work and fancied a quick pint before I went to my hotel. The doorman informed me that it was after midnight ( surely I know that,as I'm quite aware of the time) !!!! .If you advertise that you are open until 1am then ......,either you are not open as advertise or your doorman is turning away trade? MAYBE I could understand if I was a teenager or drunk, I'm nearly 60 and like I've previously stated had just finished work, I'd love to here from the management to explain.

Had lunch with the Mrs and the manager Jay and his staff was friendly and polite, I spoke to the manager directly to thank him personally 5*

A women and a man was having a go at staff due to waiting nearly 30minutes . I stood there for 5 and no one came to see me so currently in dominos , it’s Sunday , I ain’t got the patience for all this

The worst managed McDonald's wgo accept anyone who is will6to take the job.i entered the store and used the kios to make my purchase. Received the order went home, tasted the hot chocolate which turned out to be hot water, I walked all the way back to the store when the lady who served me attended to the complaint, she realised that the machine was empty. She refilled the machine but the chocolate just tasted the same. Manager turned up took over made me feel like feasts on his shoe. I was told take it and go I refused and requested a coffee. I have to sat its hard being the son of an enslaved African. I will never allow these people to treat me this way whilst spending my money

Wow, just soo slow. 15minutes just to take money as machine faulty and then a 1 hour delay for order, and it was not that busy

Sick as a parrot the next day!!! Food was stone cold... wish I'd of said I want freshly made meal I got double wopper with bacon n cheese.. Daughters had double cheese burger meal. And chicken nugget meal... Was slow sat waiting then cold when we got it... plus desserts n i got a coffee on top cost over £30.been ill all day
