Burger King in Central Bedfordshire

This Burger King lost all my app points and they said they don’t know how the app points work and they don’t sell any of the food items on the app…

Driving past Bedford on the A421, stopped off at the Burger King near Marston Moretaine for a flying pitstop. Burger King & Greggs selling all the usual food as standard. Free parking outside - though the car park is heavily potholed. All clean and tidy in the toilets. There if you need it.

Staff was rude, didn’t give us a burger, food was cold had no stock at all never going back again !!!

We did not get our full order, we live i. Lidlington, we tried phoning the number on the website, but it has been engaged for over an hour…. We paid for a full order and one of the burgers were not given to us, and. I way to contact them to get the rest of our food that was paid for….

Reviewed this place in the past and it was great. Not this time. We got in just before closing time, ordered burger meals. Mine was served so quick I was very surprised. Took the food straight to Travelodge room beside, In that couple of minutes, the chips were almost cold, burger was kind of luke warm. The next evening, with no other choice we had the same again. And again my burger came out so quickly I wondered how it could have had enough microwave time. It obviously didn't. It didn't feel warm, I should have asked for it to be reheated but didn't. Really was very little heat in it, certainly below legal serving temperature. But too hungry to turn it down. Ate it, felt ill the next day but I should have taken it back and I have no proof it was this that made me feel ill. But they really need to look into this place for the temperature of the food that is served. None of the touch screens were working and they don't accept cash. No seats or tables in here any more either.

The chilli bites were old and over fried…. We ordered 20 and none were edible…. Burger is also dry…. Not at all as tasty as it usually is…

I have visited this Burger King on many occasions and always get good service The staff are friendly and efficient.

Superb well cooked food and plenty of meals and deals to chose from, with friendly helpful staff who genuinely care about their customers and genuinely enjoy their work

Disgusting, how they ever received a 5 for Hygiene is anyone’s guess.. Filthy floors, sticky tables and a toilet not fit for a dog ...

staff are rude i find it so hard top go back there after the way i was treated. they bulled me for asking for a big mac

This burger king is just about the worst I’ve visited. They are all dreadfully slow but this particular one just about takes the prize. Not only slow but the staff are totally disengaged. Don’t bother! A waste of your time.

Easy enough, clean snd really quiet. Could do with a refurb as looking old. Got some rubbidh in carpark but that shared with garage and hotel

We stayed at the nearby Travel lodge hotel and wanted something quick to eat before we checked in. We waited almost 15 minutes for our ''fast food'' and heard a member of staff swearing several times while there were children waiting with their parents for food. Based upon this experience I would probably avoid using the restaurant again.

This is not how it should be. Friday evening 8pm. Arrived via the binstore through a tatty carpark. The BK branding and look of the place was so poor that when I stepped in I had to double check it was actually a BK not a clone outlet that had used the same font on the tatty posters. The place was tiny, shabby with all chairs stacked (as if closed). The manageress was lounging at the bar chatting to a friend. The staff were unkept and uninspiring. The service was less than snappy. The food was warm and OK. It had the air of a franchise that hadn't been visited by BK managers in a few years.

Handy little place as i live near by. Only a small little restaurant which caters for passing motorists. Does all the usual menu whoppers etc. Is clean and tidy a good little outlet.

Popped in to have something to eat as we had been stuck in traffic and I'm diabetic.i was shocked the car park area was like a rubbish dump...all the signs was old and need off replacing..wasnt sure if the place was open..after walking in the place was divided in to 2 burger king one side and a very run down dirty cafe..we ate in the cafe part only cos we had to.the carpet was fit for the dump. Food was ok but very over priced.several customers was complaining

Great food, albeit a tad pricy, but the staff are really good so well worth a visit and it's in a convenient location if traveling across country

Easily the worst burger king I ever visited. Rude staff, food thrown together. Same every time I have been here over the last few years. Sadly the only food option when Staying at the adjacent Travel Lodge. Awful

Thus is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. I wish when I arrived by assumption that it was closed wasn’t changed when I saw someone walk in as I wish I’d driven away. I arrived at 1855 to find all the chairs on the table. I asked if I could sit down to eat my food and was told no as they clean up at 1900. I pointed out that it was before 1900 and was then told that they clean up between 1830 and 1900 (they shut at 2100). I asked where the toilets were and was told I had to walk over to the cash machine by the garage as the toilet was there (again I wish I hadn’t as it was awful). Whilst walking there I nearly tripped over paving slabs at the front of the outlet and over a knocked over concrete post across the pavement as it was all very dark. They had to go and get a veggie burger as they’d run out and then when it did arrive it was luke warm. All in all I should have stayed in my car and kept driving.

Cuando se aloje en el adyacente Travelodge hay este o el adjunto Little Chef. El personal es agradable, pero es un Burger King y un restaurante con estrellas Michelin. Estaba limpio, buena muestra los certificados y la mejor de las dos opciones. Parece atraer a unos cuantos jóvenes mientras navegue por el área local.

Words can't describe how awful this burger king and service station is. The restaurant was bleak with a dash of depression. The staff were doing their best but even they could tell how shoddy this place is. Worth a visit for comedic value.

Llamado a la Chef Little para un bocado a las 6:45 me dijeron por un miembro del personal muy desagradable que la cocina había sido cerrado, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba anunciaba que abren hasta las 7:00 pm. Si quieres comer en la tarde, llegar muy temprano!

Utilizamos el lado Little Chef de este establecimiento. Estaba limpio y el servicio era rápido y amable. La comida era horrible. Tenía un atún de baguette. El pan estaba muy suave, carece de textura y absolutamente insípido. Muy decepcionante.

No es el tipo de título que esperaría a escribir sobre un restaurante de comida rápida en una estación de servicio en un concurrido cruce de carreteras, pero esto es una excepción. Es muy pequeño, dos mesas y un bar que podría asiento 4. No...

Este burger king es normalmente muy tranquila, así que usted puede tener que esperar por la comida. Personal están bien y el restaurante es pequeño y parte si el chef pequeño al lado, que parece un poco viejo.

El personal no era muy feliz buscando cuando fuimos allí esta vez. Sin embargo, no había nada malo con la comida!

No está mal para un Burger King. El servicio era bastante lento, pero era todo fresco, así que no hay problema con eso. El personal era amable.

Como es local para mí, voy allí ocasionalmente, pero recientemente siempre es cerrado, cerrado temprano o personal bajo, por lo que cocinar para ti (no está mal como mínimo es fresca) pero no rápido.

I went for an ice cream, there was 1 person in front of me, and think it took 15 minutes to get served. The man behind the till kept going off somewhere. ( I assume he could have been new and asking questions)Product was as per usual once received.

went there at 9pm on a week day they were closed went there on a friday at 8.15pm they were closed again rubbish opening hours

This fast food place is well situated and easy to find. It offers tables to sit and eat at during the day and evening and offers take away food later on.The place is always clean and tidy and I have never had any complaints about the food.

Stayed at The Travelodge next door and the Burger King was closest for something to eat, Travelodge was great more than can be said for Burger King , service was slow over 15 mins for burger and chips I wouldn't mind but the customer service itself was bland to almost rude and I felt I was more of an inconvenience, next time I'll steer clear.

On a busy route between M1 and Bedford, this is a well used outlet - its typical of a BK outlet, but on my recent visit I found it clean and the staff friendly. Its all you want if you are in a hurry.

Food was good as usual, service was quite and the staff were friendly. Food came dry quickly and no complaints at all, nice quick meal

This really was fast food. Don't often actually get that in fast food outlets any more. But my order was taken quickly, efficiently, pleasantly with a smile and they did it quickly, food was hot and the order was right! Wish I had the staff from this one in my local BK!

This Burger King exceeded expectations. The interior was nice and the service was speedy. The food was better than expected .
