I'd give this a 3/5 it's ok . Nothing special I think for the price the food quality isn't great but likewise it isn't bad . Service is slow and a bit chaotic, a lot of staff but not a lot going on . I had to go up several times to the waiters to actually get things in motion . The atmosphere is your classic American diner style , works well . There are better places to eat in the resort that's for sure but its just bang average .

Ordered a kids cheese burger and a gluten free " ultimate" chicken burger and the chicken burger came with no cheese or bacon and was quite a bit smaller than the kids burger... pathetic size for the money, really very disappointed. To be fair, the others in the party had pizza and they were pretty good.

This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. Despite the friendliness of the staff and their decent service, all I just heard was babies screaming and crying; making this place feel more like a crèche straight from hell than a restaurant like it’s supposed to be. I also felt like I was mislead as I paid about £15 or £16 for an “original burger” which on the menu didn’t really specify what ingredients it had, so I just imagined it would be a generic burger with some lettuce, tomatoes and a slice of cheese; but in reality, all I got was a little beef patty in a burger bun with a *tiny* bit of burger sauce at the bottom. Nothing else. My verdict on this place is that even McDonald’s is higher quality. Do better, Center Parcs.

The basics are still good at Hucks but of the ones I've been to this was the least satisfying experience. Several cocktails on the menu were unavailable and the truffle fries were out too. Service was slow and lacklustre despite it not even being that busy. The tuna poke bowl was disappointment, 'seared' tuna was massively overcooked and 'ponzu' sauce was lacking in flavour. Ribs and burgers were reliable as always.

Small Portions, Poor quality food, we have been to other Huck’s many time before a few years ago and menu is a lot smaller now, with some items not even available, not being told till you try and order. Service was ok but remember they add tip to the bill of 7.5%, not that good and over charged us also on the bill so check throughly before paying. Will not visit this group again.

Took granddaughters for last night of our holiday to Huck's at Centre Parcs Woburn. What a disaster. This was the only place at Centre Parcs that could not cope with my Onion Allergy. The Italian and French restaurant’s could but not Huck's. It is the only American restaurant I have every visited that could not cope with my ONION allergy. It states that alternative cooking methods are available - yes those used for Vegan dishes including onion rings!!!! Everything could have cross contamination, even the ribs "could contain celery". Needless to say I could not eat ANYTHING on their menu. Wife and eldest grandduaghter had the ribs, but even the granddaughter could not eat the VERY spicy chips. It was stated the chips are "seasoned" in fact it turns out they are CAUJAN - WHY does it not state that. Cost me nearly £70 for three meals (one a children's meal), after they had deducted the cost of the drinks and wiped off the 7.5% "service tip". Manageress was apologetic but it's not her fault, she did offer to arrange for us to eat elsewhere but as they had already ordered and it was 9 p.m. not feasable. Ruined the end of the holiday. Avoid, expensive and does not state "what is in the tin".

Our best food experience during the whole stay in Centre Parcs. The food was tasty, fairly creative and seemed fresh. I guess the portions could've been a little bigger or the prices a little lower.

We come to center parcs every few years and always hope the food will be better. It’s just…bland. And expensive and bland. Bad combo. Ribs? Bland. Fajitas? Bland. I don’t think it would cost much to make it tastier. It confuses me every time. The kids enjoyed it though.

Very good fillet steak here. Tasty and done just right. Wasn’t as keen on the burger but no complaints elsewhere. The BBQ ribs were also fantastic.

4 of us ordered steaks all chewy. Overpriced for what you got. My granddaughter got her dinner but not pudding that was completely forgotten. Drink wise my husband ordered 2 drinks on the menu they had run out so had to have 3rd choice.

Turned up without a booking at 5pm on a Thursday for 2 adults and a high chair. 5 members of staff huddled at the host stand with nothing to do, restaurant literally empty but they where “fully booked” and wouldn’t let us in 😅 so we went over to amalfi and had a great meal. We went to Huck’s in elveden and the booking system said we had to be out within a certain time, by the time we’d finished our mains the restaurant manager had turned up the air con full blast and wanted everyone out at about 7pm (peak time) even the waitress was confused as to why?! Crazy really. Just don’t go is my advice… centre Parcs are obviously funding it so they aren’t going to care are they. Cheers 👋

Ellah was a good waitress, the tuna poke bowl was fine... That's the good done. My partner however ordered the macaroni cheese with beef brisket, it was absolutely awful. We told Ellah and she offered to get her another dish. She chose the Chicken Fajitas, they were delivered quickly, but about an hour after eating she started to complain about stomach cramps and spent the whole night being violently ill. I appreciate that these places are busy but I can't help but suspect the fajitas were old and reheated. They were oily but the chicken was cold and dry. This should not happen in any establishment, especially one at a family resort.

A great evening with excellent food, though the portion sizes arguably didn’t justify the cost. But every part of it was delicious. Lilly was an excellent server and dealt so well with the complaints being fired at her from a nearby table (not sure what they were complaining about but she was kind and patient throughout).

Daughter chose this restaurant for our last night and her Birthday dinner. For the prices charged the food was very average. Typical mass produced, pre made. Wish we stayed in our lodge and cooked. Would have been tastier and a whole lot cheaper.

The tuna in the Poke bowls is cooked not raw so that was disappointing. Otherwise the food was good. Handy play areas for the kids inside and outside.

Only thing American themed about it is the decor. Menu pretty much exactly what you’ll get else where on-site and cooking was very average. Massively overpriced for what it is. Avoid Hucks

Ordered via the takeaway service. Chips were a bit stale but still hot, vegan burger was actually quite nice.

Food was terrible and cold, waited 1.5hrs for it and service was some of the worst we’ve ever had. No offer of drink top up, didn’t clear plates from starter and missed side dishes and kids icecream. Don’t bother going here!

Dined here during a Saturday night whilst staying at centre Parcs. The service was great along with the food. There was an issue where we ordered a bottle of wine and received one that had already been opened. We notified them of this and they replaced the wine, apologised for the mistake and kindly took £28 off of the bill which was extremely appreciated. Everything else including the service from our waitress Sherilee B was of top quality and she made our experience great. Would recommend if visiting and will return again in the future.

Great play area for kids, but the food was a letdown. Nuggets and wings felt fast-food quality and overly salty. The Cajun chicken burger was way too basic - a single chicken fillet sandwiched between two bread pieces, topped with a lone gherkin. No lettuce or other extras to speak of. Excessively over-priced for the value provide. Go to Cafe Rouge or Las Iguanas for better food.

Hucks bbq sauce is amazing, Alex served us. Food was incredible.

Ordered coffee, machine broken 2 weeks ago so no coffee. Ordered swordfish steak, taken off menu weeks ago. Ordered 2 chicken burgers for grand kids, beef burgers turned up. I ordered beef burger £16 cheapest nastiest burger ever tasted. Pint of beer £6.95. Wife had chicken fajitas that were great. All in all a complete ripp off.

Hadn't booked as it was a wet Monday in January and it was 8pm. Restaurant was about 30% full but were made to feel bad for not booking and for several minutes acted as though we would not be able to get s table. Waited for 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Then a few minutes later our mains arrived but no drinks. The waitress did go and get them when asked though. We both had Ribs and they were bland and a bit tasteless. Took a while to get the bill and pay. Over all not a pleasant experience and wouldn't eat there again.

Food and service was ok. Polite staff. But one of the staff dropped a load of beer near me which soaked my leg. We got a reasonable discount off our bill.

We had a hucks delivery which was a great new service center Parcs offer. The food was ok the chicken was over cooked, chips soggy wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible just mediocre. I thought it was very expensive for what it is but you are a captive market at Center Parcs. As Center parcs dining options go it is better than most the rest. But the others apart from rouge seem to have all taken a turn for the worse since Covid.

This place was great. I got the Mexican fried chicken burger and it was exactly what I wanted. Service was great, and the Cajun fries were great. It was a little loud inside the restaurant, however the booths counteracted the noise quite well.

Worst experience ever. We were in there from 4:15 and agreed to wait in the soft play until 7:15 for a table. We waited until 6:40 and noticed that over half of the available tables hadn’t been filled. The orange haired staff members excuse for this was ‘people have booked them so we keep them reserved for hours for them’. Tens of tables EMPTY. She was extremely demeaning and rude with horrible eyes.. and I had to leave before things escalated. Get better staff. No wonder people complain. Untrained and rude. Will be following up with a serious complaint regarding this.

Family of 6 adults and two very young children. Food was expensive for what it was but passable as a meal, just. Service was slow even though we booked for 17:30. Cocktails were terrible. This sort of venue has a captive market so can’t fail as an establishment. The 7.5% service charge is steep.

Fantastic food, and excellent customer service. This really is great American food, the place is themed extremely well with American classic movies being played during your meal. Try the wings!

We loved being here last night, the food was really good! And it wasn’t ask kids central as we thought it would be! As we are all adults. We got 20% off with a voucher before 5pm. 100% recommendation

This is by far the worse restaurant I have visited at a centre parcs !!!!! The service is extremely poor and the food matched it and to put a 7.5% tip rate on the bill is a joke I fully understand if you have a service with a smile or looked after but that wasn’t the case the waitresses were being taken away whenever there was a birthday song to be sang in the middle of taking an order and also payment for the food !! I would not waist your time eating here !!!!

The fries were really good. This restaurant was the best on site for drinks due to the unlimited drink refills which was cheaper then some restaurants were for just one drink.

We were served by Sharon. She gave us the best service we have ever received in a restaurant! She asked what we were celebrating and we told her our engagement and surprised us with a gift at the end of our meal which was the most amazing surprise. She was constantly checking if we needed anything during our time here and was so helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant and if you get Sharon as your server you will have the best experience!! Went to hucks at Woburn center PARC's on Monday 18/9/23 Had a very enjoyable steak , Service was good , Slightly pricey but all in all enjoyable evening.

The food was okay; we were a group of 17 which I know is difficult to cater for. The starters came out together and were hot. The main courses took a while to come and unfortunately one was missing. The main courses were okay although many of our party were not impressed with the taste. To be fair the restaurant refunded the late main course.

The Staff were the only reason I've not given 1 star. Food was massively overpriced, 16quid for a burger you would get from a van on the side of an A road and a few oven chips.

Good service from the staff who had to contend with a lot on a busy first evening for many at Center Parcs; decent range opf food but hard to read menus until you see that one side are vegan/veg/gluten free options of largely the same meat dishes. Standard underwhelming chilli-burger, with no taste or heat to the chilli, and not even anything on the table to add some spice (salsa on the side? tabasco), and as usual generally all over priced; Attempted to deliver a decent steak for my sun but for the vast price it was just very poor which something so simple to get right

Having been to Hucks previously we were expecting the delicious food and good service, however our waitress Meghan really went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant evening. She was so attentive, polite and friendly. A real ambassador for Centre Parcs and for the resturant!

This is a great place to eat, the food was fabulous, especially if your a coeliac, I was amazed that I could eat so much food of a menu, we had chicken wings (lovely) and potatoes skins with cheese and bacon (not worth the money for the 2 smallest potatoes you have ever seen) for starters, we then had ribs to share a lovely bottle of wine, but unfortunately could not make the deserts. The staff were great as well. Should have taken photos before we ate it, 😋

Gone downhill since last June. Cold and miserable location reflected in service standards (which were the worst i've come across at Center Parcs this visit). Had decent BBQ burger with onion rings and skin on fries that was good value while partner had a Cheeseburger with American Cheese Sauce - as good as firmer one was, latter was poor - bun seemed days old and cheese sauce seemed like it came out of a packet. The seasoned fries were ok but overly greasy. Drinks choices, especially soft drinks, vastly overpriced with no free refills and lots and lots of ice - the 'large' Pepsi probably had less than 200 ml of Pepsi for almost £4. Server was rushed and abrupt - trying to manage way too many tables at 7pm - they need more wait staff.

Visited last night for an evening meal. The booking system needs some work, it showed 1 space available all night even though the restaurant was quiet. When we arrived, I advised that it would only let me book for 1 person instead of 2. To which to young lady abruptly and quite rudely said, That normally means we’re full. Another of the 3 hostess stood at the podium smiled and showed us to the table. The restaurant was basically empty, our server Catherine was amazing. She shared knowledge about the menu and was really attentive. Her service redeemed our negative first impression. The food was lovely and well priced for an on-site restaurant.

went to hucks today for a meal in the evening. we decided to have starters which were excellent. we went for the chicken wings and the garlic bagel bread. for mains we went for sirloin steaks each which unfortunately were not as good as we wanted them. Adam the team leader was extremely helpful and friendly with us. he took things off the bill that we felt necessary and promised us a word with staff who could improve. Adams standards were very high and he wanted those standards across the board. overall a good night out that was saved by adams management.

Greasy, dry, old, frozen, tasteless. Obviously freezer burger Pattie’s on 10 days old buns. No one cared that we left the food nearly untouched, they were very quick to just take the money. Defo not up to CP standards

We ordered a meal for a few of us in the party, the food was nice and there was plenty of it. They do a variety of dishes, from burgers, chillies. if you are feeling hungrey, they do starters and deserts. All can be delivered to your room

Absolutely terrible! We were a party of 20, waitress took our drinks orders, but half of our drinks were missing when drinks came out. We waited 2 hours for food, chips were very dry and not your typical American fry., steak tough. Staff need more training and all look miserable.

Ive been hucks before at a different centre parcs and it was great but the food at woburn was very disappointing and well overpriced for the quality of food.

A lovely restaurant with good wings, nice cocktails and decent sized jugs of beer offered Unfortunately the ribs they gave me were undercooked and gave me food poisoning. I only noticed from my vomiting reaction 30 minutes after having as well as now 3 days after my stomach finally getting back to normal. Stay away from the ribs and you'll be fine

Not the greatest, service was really poor and rude staff considering we’re on holiday. We went in around half 8 and our waitress was really rude, told us she would take our order. We waited 20 minutes and then she told us we should of ordered on the app, without not telling us to previously and having no table number so we was unable to do so. She was very dismissive when we tried to ask her questions around the menu. After she finally took our order, another staff member came to apologise and said it shouldn’t of happened and she was shocked with the previous waiter attitude. For the price, the food was disappointing. Mac and cheese was bland however the ribs was very nice. For all of the restaurants which centre parcs offers, Definitely wouldn’t be our first choice.

Just returned from having a great family dinner at Hucks, Woburn. It was a perfect ending to an equally great holiday. The food was amazing and spectacularly presented. Very generous portions, in fact so big we couldn’t manage a dessert! which looked awesome. The brownies looked delicious! However what made the the dining experience so good was Josh, our superb waiter! Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to him and the chef team! Will recommend visiting highly!

Very tasty nachos. The hot wings were decent enough. Nicely decorated restaurant. We sat in one of the bigger booths and got a cool American diner vibe from the place. After the dinner we ordered deserts which took 25 minutes to arrive, otherwise a decent meal

always eat when at woburn centreparcs went to eat with the family waited over a hour wasnt happy but have to say the manager was fantastic joe santoriello made sure all fresh meals cooked was brought out within 15 mins and drinks refilled very happy and geniunley cared about customers nice to see

Had a family excursion to Centre Parcs at Flitwick. Hucks was really good. Waitress was on the ball, food good. I don't normally eat in burger joints, but was pleasantly surprised. Would return.

Great last meal to finish our 5 day stay in Centre Parcs Wooburn. The 2 grandkids had a burger meal & desert, and were suitably entertained in the adjacent soft play area. Good varied selection of starters, mains & deserts to choose from at reasonable prices. Quick service & very pleasent attentive staff. Very enjoyable eating experience.

We enjoyed the whole experience here with the help of Monique, Amelie, Sophie, Sammie and Brianna, they really made us feel really welcome with great service and the food was superb, I hope that the management within this establishment appreciate these great staff members, who without I'm sure the experience wouldn't be as enjoyable. Thank you all.

I’m gonna be honest There’s not much I can say to Be fair it’s my own fault thinking a £22 steak Would taste any good, My advice is do not go there The food is absolutely dreadful boring no taste and very small portions complete robbery

It was a lovely day at center parks and we were planning to finish it in grand style with a night out dinner at the Huck's. Really good service, very friendly waitress. Starter was ok and in good time. Main meal took more than 1h to arrive, later than a table after us. Main dish fajitas and a burger, that unfortunately was to over cooked/burnt. Service again very good and proactive and new burger came back within 2 minutes. Shame that first time around took over 1h. At end it was under average quality meal. Sad. Definitely not to repeat. 2 adults and toddler over 50 pounds. Not your average for food quality

We ate here on New Year's Day in the evening. As expected it was very busy and they seemed pretty short-staffed - everyone running all over the place, felt very sorry for them. As a group of 12 we were on a long table - which was the case everywhere we'd eaten throughout our Center Parcs holiday - but it was impossible here to talk to anyone at the other end as it was so loud. We were offered either table service or use of a QR code on the menu. I'd have been happy to do the latter but most were more comfortable with table service and it was really very good overall considering the ground the staff were covering. Our drinks orders were taken and delivered promptly as were starters. The nachos are a great and sizeable starter - I'd happily have them as a main. Garlic bread went down really well with our 7 year old! Mains took a while to arrive but were really good when they did. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone. Not sure if I was just lucky but mine were very meaty. Partner's burger was great too. Our 9 year old declared her chicken nuggets "the best ever" and 7 year old enjoyed her pasta, though the serving was really quite small (though do bear in mind said 7 year old can eat an adult's portion of pasta with ease :D). We didn't stay for dessert as we'd waited so long for our mains, but honestly it was understandable - as I say, staff seemed thin on the ground and were doing the best they could. All in all the food was good, the atmosphere was lively and the kids enjoyed their meals (as did we!). Couldn't ask for more.

The extended family attended Huck's for a birthday treat. The kids were happy in the soft play area and with their food however those that had chips with their meal were unable to eat them as they were extremely salty. The fajitas were good though.

An absolutely shocking experience. Got served a RAW chicken burger! A cold beef burger and well over cooked salmon! They even forgot to cook 2 of our meals! Service was incredibly slow, waited 15 minutes for our drinks we ordered, they forgot 2 cokes that we said about to the waiter and it took them another 15mins to bring the cokes! I would avoid this place, its under staffed and very overpriced with low quality food.

Their "mac and cheese" was the worst part of my CenterParcs experience. It was plain noodles with a light sprinkling of cheese on top, thrown in the oven for a minute, there was no sauce or flavor to be found. The fajitas were good and my family enjoyed the burgers and ribs they had, but all of us who ordered the mac and cheese were disappointed and none of us finished our (small) portions.

Had such a lovely dinner at Huck’s tonight! The restaurant is really child welcoming let alone friendly. There is list of spaces for prams and high chairs near tables etc which made life so much easier. Our waitress Sharon was so friendly and helpful. She talked to our children and they really engaged with her. Couldn’t ask for better service. The food was great too. I also went in the toddler area of the soft play and I am impressed with how clean it is. Had a great dinner and will hopefully be back before we leave!

The food was practically unedible which is a huge disappointment, especially given this was the first and only time we ate out on our break! The food came out so quickly I would be surprised if by the speed and taste of the food if they aren’t microwave meals. The salmon on burnt, vegetable fajitas were drowning in oil, ribs certainly didn’t fall off the bone, chips were undercooked and quite frankly the worst ribs we’ve ever tasted, the macaroni cheese again just really not good at all. When the waitress asked “how was your meal?” We we’re honest, not being ones to make a scene and said that to be it really wasn’t the best meal we’ve ever had, her response was “ah sorry to hear that” after which she continued clearing the plates, no question of why and to us the response felt like it’s comments that she’s used to. Overall we were extremely disappointed, it felt like a complete waste of time and money and it would certainly go down as the worst meal we’ve ever had.

Very decent place. Pleasantly surprised. Service was really good, restaurant was clean and spacious, and very family friendly. Food/drink was surprisingly really good. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend.

My family love this place. I personally am not a fan. That's why I give it 3 stars.

Food was good however very disappointed with service. Unfortunately, but understandably, the order was done via a QR code rather than face-to-face service. This was ok however no personal touch, felt rushed through the dining process. It took 6 waiters walking past empty handed to clear empty plates which we had conveniently stacked at the edge of the table. I also watched a waiter walk past another table, be called by a customer, stop in his tracks and roll his eyes before turning around. To top it off, we had to listen to multiple staff waiting by the plate serving area singing, screaming and shouting loudly with no care for customers near by. I appreciate that staff are people, and can do as they wish, however I would have expected certain mannerisms on the floor - especially in customer facing areas.

This place was amazing, and catered very well for all 14 of us! The vegan options were good, and the service brilliant.

Unfortunately we were sat by the children's play area so it was very noisy.

Lovely and clean restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. The Nachos with Brisket Beef were some of the best we've ever had. The restaurant is so well themed and they show some great classic family friendly movies on large screens. The Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand wine was delicious and the great access to the park for our 8 and 10 year old, while we could sit and see them playing between courses, was a welcome bonus for all.

Really really hot and aren't having air con installed until 2022. Have to order via app, but didnt appear to be option to amend items to account for no jalapeños, for example. Food was OK, no better than that unfortunately. Shame as we were really looking forward to eating here.

Absolutely dreadful. The service was awful, the food was served tepid (at best) and was as dull as dishwater!

Me and my girlfriend ordered food/ drink through the app which said it would 20min approx. Our drinks came but no food even 30 mins later. The two tables to the side of us recived both food and drink even though arriving after us. We asked the waiter after I ordered a second round of drinks if he could find out what's happened to our food, five minutes later we recived our food but with NO apology. Definitely not going back next time we stay.
