Wrap was gone in three bites ribs really tough couldn't eat them chips was cold best bit was the can of coke

I was wrestling with this rib so chewy couldn't even eat it nearly broke my tooth. The chicken was so dry and the batter was uncooked. Cant believe this place is still serving food. When I took the food back to the counter the guy behind the counter said he'd speak to the supplier. Save your money wouldn't bother going to ace chicken in dunstable. Disappointing is an understatement. Would recommend favourites chicken which is literally round the corner.

The staff are really nice and friendly. Chilled atmosphere. Good chicken at a fair price. Cheaper than KFC and just as good.

Amazing food, best burger in dunstable, when the meal deal is £4.49 for burger, chips and a drink. Why would you go anywhere else, all cooked fresh, chicken is white not yellow like KFC

I’ve come to ace a few times, and unfortunately the quality of food is getting worse and worse. The chicken I had seemed like it had been cooked hours before and just left to sit on the heating tray. The fries were also rock hard. Really disappointing.

I usually choose this place when we want fried chicken. I like the taste and flavour compared to many other places. It's nice to have some parking nearby too. Service lacks a smile but is polite and fast.

Decent fried chicken. Hot wings are really good and the normal fried pieces are good BUT I've noticed sometimes they seem a but old and tough. So it's pot luck if you get freshly fried chicken or not.

Ordered chicken for family meal and clearly stated in the noted that I need garlic and chilli sauce. Food arrived without any sauces at all. Called the shop and was ask to wait 20 mins and the driver will come back with the sauces. 25 mins later, no sauces arrived, so rang the shop again and the person who answered the phone was very aggressive. Instead of solving the issue, he refused to give the sauce and even asked me to pay extra. Will never order from this shop again and will never recommend this takeaway to anyone. Staff are rude and no customer service at all. Just happy to get your money but not bothered about positive customer experience. Avoid this takeaway. Chicken does not even taste great.

Bad service! Forgot some of our order, when we called up they said they'll get somone to bring it... 2hrs later, it still wasn't here! Wouldn't bother calling back as we've finished our food, plenty of other chicken shops

25 of us ordered chicken for our football team. Food was over an hour and a half late, when it arrived it the chips were cold, the chicken was uncooked and since eating the meal 3 players have come down with food poisoning and one has passed away. Would not recommend

Terrible driver. Just happen yesterday. Ordered from Uber driver eat. The driver was so rude! Because of my phone not ringing, he shouted at me. Hello, its not my fault! Sometimes line connection down. He told me to fix my phone. HE SHOULD FIX HIS MANNER INSTEAD! Not even a 2 minutes waiting duh! and also there's a notice on my door clearly said " NO DELIVERY AT THE BACK DOOR, PLEASE GO TO THE FRONT DOOR"! cant he read???? Took over an hour for the food to be delivered, when we tried to call to track the order there was no answer, we called 3 or 4 times with no response. When the food finally arrived, the chips were stone cold and tasteless and the chicken was also cold. Disappointed, we have previously had tasty food from Ace but the past 2 orders have been poor. No customer service and the food is not better than Favourites Chicken which is always hot and always on time. Won’t be ordering again

Honest review just picked up some food from here one star is being generous if I could give the zero I would. They fried the potatoe out the fries 'cruchies' is what I was referring them to. The chicken burger was chewy I would avoid all cost. These rewievs have been bought. Defiantly not the best in dunstable. Threw the food outside their shop in the bin which is located outside the front door to the shop. Perfect example for the quality of the food.

I had similar situation,, the restaurant delivery is really bad.. ordered through uber eats ... was late by half an hour... the food was cold as well...

I had a situation toad , several times ... ordered through Uber eats app.. restaurant has their own delivery guy... he z late most of the time.. today he was late more than 30 minutes.. so have to cancel the order... we already informed 1 hour before but still they were late ... we called the restaurant when we made the delivery to make sure on time.. but still... later when we called the restaurant, the guy who picked the phone talked like he doesn’t care .. he was like you cancel if you want like attitude after we waited for more than 1 and half hour.. had to get back to work with without having anything

Order on Uber Eats but had to ring to find out where food was as over hour order 2 kids chicken nugget meals that came with wrong drinks and burger all the food was cold and the chicken nuggets did not taste nice

These people are a scam, they give you less wings or end up not giving some food on your order. They later don't hold your phone knowing that they are guilty and will have to deliver it later. How pathetic. Called them 9 times.

I placed a order at 7:54 I order a family platter whole chicken, fries, onion rings and chicken strips which was all cold, I was waiting for my order and the deliver time said 8:30-8:50 but it didn't arrive so I try requesting a new time it didn't work i then tried calling but the number wasn't recongised i tried 9 times but nothing then at 9:15 the driver arrived but went to 2 different house until I had to leave my house so he could find the house then when he was at the door i was checking the order and i then got told i had half a chicken, I had to also ask the driver for a number as Well to then find out in had extra southern fried chicken pieces also the food was very spicy and was the seasoning, and from a family platter we was only given 2 cans of drink.

Worst place to try fried chicken in town. They just gave us a plate of microwaved chicken which had the crunchy part hard as rock. Bad experience

Absolutely shocking service. Waited over an hour for delivery only for them to cancel the order 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. Won't use again.

AVOID!!! Took over an hour for food to be delivered WRONG!! "Meals" without any chips delivered. What was delivered was incorrect. Mayo on the burger when it was ordered specifically without due to allergy. When we called the shop to say our order was wrong we were told to "be quiet" (not even shouting), repeatedly being told to "wait" and "were busy so wait". The customer service was VILE!!! To be told to "shut up" was the absolute final straw. We were sick of being spoken to rudely despite the fact that customers essentially pay their wages is a joke. You would think that working in a customer service role you would at least be able to use manners. Joke company. Will NEVER use again!

usually never answer the phone...chicken is nice until today. The guy answer the phone while on the phone with someone else and kept me held about 5 mins and then hung up. so went in the shop and ordered he rushed my order and the peri peri chicken was not cooked properly. and it was chewy and red inside. NOT HAPPY.... sort out your customer service skills....

Every time I ring to get a delivery they always say driver is on a Break It doesn’t matter what time you ring it’s all why is the same and the Lady Always Hangs the phone up on you Service is very slow and haven’t got a clue what they are doing I will not bee going back there in too they sort the servicer out very disappointed .

Ordered x2 giant fillet burgers & x2 variety chicken boxes! First time trying it as other places in Dunstable were poor. Very good service over the phone, quick delivery and quality food with it all being a reasonable price! Highly recommend!
