Let's start with the atmosphere, it's a McDonald's, so it's never going to set the world alight is it! So it gets a very average 3 stars. Now the food, on this occasion, was amazing, I know its only McDonald's, but this time, the chips were piping hot, crispy and perfectly salted. The chicken selects, we're really, really good. Crisp, hot, really tasty, and their sweet chilli sauce in my opinion, is the perfect accompaniment. So on this visit, it ticked all the boxes it could, Biggleswade McDonald's, keep up the good work. Definitely a much better restaurant than some others around.

I have been buying from mcdonald's for a long time but the biggleswade one has been progressively been going down hill I don't bother buying from then anymore as I would rather spend more money getting mcdonald's elsewhere then here everytime I get chips they are like eating raw potato stick and I don't like raw potatoes and my burgers look as if they had rolled it up in there hands and play parce the parcel with it with dry meat inside the lemonade is just soda water now with a bit of chemical but no flavour unless people like drinking bleach then it's one for them. There is also no point putting mcflurry still on the menu when no one cleans to machine so they just say it's broken. I have now a broken heart .

The best mcdonalds. Always quick service and they are very apologetic for even the slightest delay. Friendly staff

Standard Mc D food but you have to check your order before driving away as 9 times out of 10 they forget something

It's a typical McDonald's.....ordered via the board and had it delivered to table. They forgot the ketchup but no big deal really. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh. Staff were busy keeping the floors and tables clean. Tablets and colouring sheets available to keep kids entertained but hardly any crayons which was disappointing.

Appalled at Stratton Business Park McDonald's. I ordered from Uber a few weeks ago and they had sent us the wrong items. When I called them they didn't even have a system in place to rectify the mistake. They said they didn't replace food. Today I ordered from Just Eat and they sent us the wrong items AGAIN! Again, I had to chase Just Eat for a refund as they don't send anyone out with the correct items. Terrible service. I don't think Stratton Business Park should be allowed to deliver as they're messing up people's plans and evenings by sending them the wrong meal! Will never order from again. The same mistake twice in a row!! Disgusting!

This drive thru has to be the slowest of all time. Some more staff or staff training is in desperate need

Seem's to be getting worse and worse, waiting 15 mins for my order which was take away collection and ordered before walking in, the whole time the staff we're talking in front of me and laughing away. one of the girls actually came to ask me why I was staring at them and I had to tell her i'm waiting for my order. funnily enough my food was cold and to top it off they missed 2 items(chicken mayo and apple pie), this was on my last visit but every other visit they've forgotten items or the orders have been completely wrong. called up to complain after to just be told my names in the book for a free meal... last time I was told this my name wasn't in the book and had to argue with management to stand on with what they offered.

Poor everything. No hot drinks. 30 minutes to get through drive through. Staff ignorant and rude. Never going again

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our order to be made ,received the order, drove home only to find out a big mac, some nuggets and some fries were missing so all in all a terrible visit...

More concerned with drive thru customers and what shift they doing tomorrow than service

Not a 24 Hour McDonald's!! I've come here on the way home at about 12am on several occasions, every single time they feed you some rubbish excuse about the systems being down or they can't serve food because of so and so. Honestly just stop attempting to be a 24 Hour McDonald's because you're not. Of you want maccys past 10pm off the A1 then just stop at Baldock or Blackcat a bit further up.

Worst McDonald's experience made to wait 20 mins for a single hamburger then get given the cold one that had been there 20 mins no appolgies for any off the staff. Also can see manager and staff all on the phones in the kitchen which is cross contamination. I expect someone from head office or biggleswade store to contact me and rectify this!

Refused to customise a big tasty burger ?!? The food is in left the car park.. see pictures, not the usual standard expected from McDonalds, a franchise though 😞

Food was good.. the only two problems I have with McDonald's is most the time the receipts don't works on the big screens and the men's toilet cubicles haven't got doors on.

99% of the time we have used the drive through the food is cold.

It’s McDonald’s so not one to normally complain but tonight was my last time using this restaurant. I’ve had plenty of issues previously with delivery but normally dealt with quickly and with decent customer service. Tonight ordered on the APP at 20:35. ETA 21:00 arrived 21:14 ( understand this can change ). Only the 2no meals arrived, cold and without any drinks or McFlurrys. Driver advised they had made a mistake in store and to be fair to the Uber driver went back to collect. He returned 25 minutes later with 1no drink still missing and all of the McFlurrys had melted. Clearly the staff had left these lying around for nearly 40 minutes. Final “straw” so drove down to the store. No apology and rude staff member who replaced the food. Could hear them talking behind the walls and making comments. For some McDonald’s is a stepping stone, for some it’s a career, 3 of my siblings having all worked in various branches. However some of the staff in here would be better served on the doll as they offer no benefit to society. My kids love a treat to McDonald’s but from now on I’d rather drive to Baldock services as this franchise will not receive another penny of my money. Given the price increases which put it on par of proper food takeaways it’s a joke they can operate as badly as they do.

It was good though it's Mt first time there, I enjoyed the atmosphere n my grandchildren were occupied with the table top computer provided. I was also able to link up with their WiFi effortlessly. However, the playground ppl told me about for the children, was closed. Don't know why!

No WiFi and terrible phone reception so no way of loading voucher code. And also they could not provide a receipt

Great place to grab a bite to eat if you are in a car. Long waiting time inside. Better off standing & waiting in the car queue.

Yet again, on this visit, there was no Mcflurry available!! It's not the first time!! Come on guys, get it right!! I was absolutely disappointed that there wasn't the best ice cream money can buy, it's the reason I come here!!! As for the large burger meal I had, it was good, Why don't the burgers look anything like the advertised one? I'll take some pictures next time

Took grandaughter. She loves food. Me personally don't understand, why always busy. Fries luke warm. Burger bland. Only go when gran kidds want to. I find food overrated. And tasteless. Parking you have to wait for some one from drive thru to let you out.

Biggleswade mcdonalds asked for large cappuccino got a small informed them i bought a large so they put the small into a large cup 🤦🤷🤬 not a happy bunny but also not surprised 🤦🤦

Tried to place our order at the screen only to find that there was no connection and payment couldn't be taken, advised to take my ticket to the front desk only to find that the staff there were unfamiliar with how to take payment. This is disconcerting when time is limited by the 90 minute parking allowance.

We usually use the drive thru, last visit I checked the contents of the paper bags as always, due to missing items nearly every time, and all looked fine. Got home and unbelievably one of the 2 big macs we bought, had only one piece of meat in it. How tf does someone making the burgers manage this? I took it back (7 mile round trip ruining the idea of a family meal) and when I explained what had happened, the response was very cold, no apology, then after 10 mins a young bloke emerged holding a bag of fries and said here you are......almost triggered but stayed cool, finally got a replacement burger.......... Will be driving elsewhere next time...and so many more visit since the first post and every time, something missing or wrong, just painful

Will never go there again !! 2 or 3 weeks ago they left a couple of apple pies out of my drive through order and yesterday after a afternoon of treatment at The Addenbrook hospital and another drive through order I got home to find that my banana milkshake was half a cup of watery mush that I had to pour away . I only live 2 miles away from the restaurant how hard can it be to get a order right !!

Cold food and dirty tables - not nice at all

Nice McDonald’s. Clean, nice layout, fast service and food which wasn’t thrown together like most McDonald’s. Play area outside, parking. Would revisit if passing.

Ordered the £4.79 meal deal from a lovely polite young man, the food arrived with just 2 burgers, layer of cheese and a bit of sauce, nothing else, chips were old and cold. Not the usual standard, as it was the drive thru I had gone too far to go back and complain.

Done a order online with Uber eats and they messed up our order they put no patty in one of the burgers and Uber eats won’t refund and the store won’t do nothing

If you like your fries cold and your milkshake warm this is the McDonald's for you.

Ordered through drive thru via the app which is very easy to do. Food was great and fresh.

Ordered a double mcmuffin and it had a big lump of tissue in it and neither mcdonalds or uber eats will refund me. Joke.

Never expect a 5* Michelin meal from any McDonald's but Biggleswade is just poor. Cold, undercooked fries, dry buns. If you like the pickles don't bother asking for any extra in your burger as you'll literally get one, no not one extra, just one slice. But if you ask for extra ketchup they literally flood the 'food'. Very funny isn't it. I'm sure they do these things for a joke.

Friendly staff, good service and food. Outdoor play area for kids. Car park is decent size however it is normally very busy and full, there is Lidl across the road for further spaces.

Ordered takeaway and when delivered chips were barely filled and the big mac…. forget the sauce! wouldn’t care so much if i hadn’t been to a mcdonald’s in Antalya and Toronto canada in the last 6months and can now see how bad the quality is and how much they short stint customers on their orders! not good enough. Especially at such a high price!

Used the drive-through so didn't go inside

Food was ok, service was pretty nondescript. No straws given with drinks, no serviettes given with meals and no salt was available for the fries. But it was clean inside.

I recently visited the McDonald's at [biggleswade], and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a McFlurry, and to my dismay, it was barely half full. It felt like I paid full price for half the product, which is completely unacceptable. When I approached the manager to address the issue, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. Instead of rectifying the situation or at least acknowledging the mistake, the manager was condescending and made me feel like I was the problem. I expect better from such a well-known establishment. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ever coming back. I hope McDonald's takes note and improves their service and staff training. ---

4 times now over the past year I've used this drive-thru, specifically asking each time "are you sure it's all in there", and every time being assured it was. And no it wasn't. If you can't provide even the basic level of service to actually give the customers what they've ordered then you shouldn't be trading. Abysmal.

Poor service, got a wrong order when he used the drive thru now need to check before you drive off. Got the wrong order in our uber eats delivery agai need to check before the driver leaves.

Floor was dirty, dried ketchup and chips everywhere. Wrong food given refused to change it for the right ordered.

Messed my order up and not for the first time.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Biggleswade and had a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and service was very slow, with a 15-minute wait for a basic cheeseburger. This lack of efficiency and courtesy significantly impacted my visit.

A good clean McDonalds however, recently they've started closing the walk in section with no indication that's it closed on the door. EDIT: It's worse because sometimes they have no note at all to say that the instore dining is closed. This especially happens at night. It's irritating to arrive at the store on foot to realise that the only way to get food is via the drive through with it not even being clear on the app that its drive through only at any given time. The foods still good but if you can't find out if the stores actually open until you're there it's freaking pointless to go on foot.

Frequently wrong orders, it's not that hard is it? It's printed in black and white yet the staff still can't get it right. Can't read or just incompetent? Maybe both. Speaking to the management, I'm surprised they can wipe their own arses without assistance, but then, it is McDonald's.

Undercooked , cold fries and my large banana shake was half empty and watery. This is not the first time I've had a problem with my order from this establishment. Not impressed.

It's macdonalds, same as every one. Food average, vegetarian option okay but not great. Same as everywhere. Not a lot to say.

I come here most mornings for my latte and black tea. I am often served by Allysa (I hope I spelt this correctly), she is lovely, always has a smile. She has served me for years. I also would like to acknowledge Carmen, amazing lady, you can see she is committed to her job. Today I met Millie, young lady with a smile. I work in a sector where we rely on feedback and feel I should give credit where it is due. Well done ladies, you are making a difference and I hope McDonald's recognises you and all you do. 😀😃🙂🙃😊

Slow, rude staff waited 20 minutes for a coffee

Can anyone explain the difference between a regular McFlurry and a Mini? Why are we putting Mini quantities in full size McFlurry containers nowadays? Would like a refund. How don’t the workers even see a problem with this when serving it? I usually order Mini every time but today I wanted more and took a leap of faith only to get ripped off as usual.

The fries, without fail, are ALWAYS cold and/or soggy. On top of that they always ALWAYS ALWAYS forget an item or two. Just had a delivery and the fries were inedible and I was missing my quarter pounder.(wouldn’t mind but I only ordered two meals and they missed one of the burgers out!) It’s not that hard to make sure the food is hot, edible and to actually get what you paid for, surely….surely?!?! AVOID.

If there was an option for less than 1 star I would have picked it!! Order was wrong, staff were rude, and there was zero effort to either offer an apology or give an explanation! When I did actually get the food, half of it was cold as they had left it on the side whilst they corrected the mistakes they had made with the rest of the order!! Avoid if you can. Terrible customer service!

I found a big blonde hair in my sandwich (mc crispy deluxe). I was very sad, because it would be my dinner.

Frustrating, not open 24 hrs as advertised. Tried visiting on a few occasions when they're supposedly open. Disappointed this branch is managed badly. Visited once again. This time 4.30 am, ordered on the app fine. When I arrived I was told they were only serving drinks so I left empty handed again. Consistently bad. AVOID.

Terrible service. Staff are incredibly rude. It appears to be run by teenagers, who clearly don't want to work. Food is awful and often missing items. Last time I use this McDonald's.
