Lovely interior, however I really wanted an ice cream in which my family could enjoy. However when I went to go and use the app, ALL of the McFlurrys were out of stock. Additionally, I wanted some barbecue sauce to have as a condiment for my chips, and there was none!!! However the staff are quick for clean up, and ensure that customers views and questions are listened to. Also very quick service!

Normally OK, but obviously need to work a little on quality control. Went to the drive thru and spent 28 quid on breakfast for five people, including 3 pounds for two extra hash browns, only to get home and discover all four hash browns missing from the order.

This is a great service, We asked to add tomatoes, cucumber, lettuces and mayo to a Quarter Cheese and different stuff in to other double Quarter Cheese. They were served immediately in perfect order, at no extra cost . Thanks a lot for the pleasure!

I left my phone at Padholme road east Peterborough McDonald’s. I hadn’t realised I’d lost it for a few hours but went back and we very soon realised I’d thrown it away in the trash. The manager on that night Jessica went above and beyond as she scoured the recycling bin at the back and managed to retrieve my phone. Above and beyond, what a great manager she is I’m so pleased I got it back! Thank you so much Jessica

Well McDonald's it's about time someone Sorted out the cold food you keep serving up, it's not on when u have a pile of burgers in the middle and you sending them out in no order hence the cold burgers u gave me tonight, I stood and watched what was going on and did say to the person in charge on the front of house and was not interested. And just eat take ways delivery drivers the turn up at the delivery drop and it's cold, and now this from experience.

Waited in the drive-thru for about ten minutes. Watches every other car get served on the opposite screen and had no option but to drive off. Told the women on the next screen to which she replied: " IT DUNNO MATTER YOU CANNA ORDER HERE ISSA NO PROBLEMS" Well it was a problem because I was sat waiting and I was going through the drive-thru because I was busy. At this point I didn't have the time or patience to be there any longer. You would probably get better service from Squidward at the Crusty Crab.

Preordered and paid for a single cheeseburger on the app, it was then 22 minutes to collect said cheeseburger, which was then cold. Not quite sure what has happened to them over the last couple of years but whatever the system currently is it does not work. Certainly no longer a fast food restaurant I could have made it quicker at home. I am in no way blaming the staff, who were doing their best to manage the situation. They we constantly having to deal with numerous disappointed customers waiting for their food, one table of two that I overheard were waiting for table service and they had already been sat waiting for 30 mins, and we already 6 mins later back to work.

I had my lunch break at this McDonald’s branch today and as I can’t fit my truck through the drive through or in the ridiculously small parking spaces with bollards behind, I ordered using the app and stood in the click and collect bay and waited when the member of staff brought my order out she said very rudely you do realise you can’t stand in these spaces you have to remain in your vehicle, I explained I can’t fit in the space in my vehicle she then scoffed and went back into the restaurant, I was wearing a mask (unlike every Uber driver I seen walking into the building) and stood back when she came out so really didn't see the problem, another person using COVID as an excuse to be awkward.

I went to the drive through this morning. Ordered Egg and Cheese Mcmuffin and hash browns (Im vegetarian). Got parked at work to find they had given me a double sausage Mcmuffin. Too late to go back so no breakfast for me! Useless!

Every time I come here either their systems are down, drive through is closed, there’s a stupidly long wait for food... yet go across town to the other macdonalds and service is top quality, they even salt their chips at 4am when you order.. another thing these bland over cooked or floppy chips don’t have. This is by far the worst macdonalds in Peterborough

Drive through order. Meal was as ordered but I didn’t receive napkins or the ketchup that should have been in the bag. Check your order if in the drive through. Service was fairly quick and staff were reasonably interested in what they were doing.

Went to boongate McDonald’s in Peterborough. The lady taking the orders was very nice & accommodating. I had 3 separate orders & she didn’t flinch at that, I think her name was Rebecca. She repeated it all back & was very efficient. The lady that took my money & gave us our food was also very nice & accommodating. It was such a pleasant experience that I will go back to that store again. Employees at other stores could learn from these nice ladies.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Peterborough. I decided to pop in for food after going to the cinema with my daughter. We ordered our food at the self service screen for table service. Our food took quite a while to arrive and when it did the tray with the food and drinks on was swimming in frappe. We soon realised that one of the cups was split and this was why the drink was everywhere. I took it up to the counter and they said they would get me another one, I waited a few minutes and the assistant said he would bring it to my table. When I got back to the Tammy daughter said she had the wrong burger. She had ordered a chicken great taste of America burger and she had received a beef one. The lady cleaning the tables I believe her name was Jackie overheard our conversation and very kindly got it changed for us. She also went back to the kitchen to find out what had happened to my frappe, and brought that over to me. She delivered exceptional customer service in a McDonald’s that is so lacking this! Thankyou Jackie.

Staff are incompetent, systems updated both times after I’ve been to the cinema in boongate. Nobody had a clue when they were due to be completed. Crap apology, yet other pboro stores were open. Equally make the worst frappe I’ve ever had and mcflurry, I would rather down a bottle of domestos or drink my own piss.

Car park and drive through needs looking at. You have to que to park behind people wanting a drive through ... not practical. For the size and holding capacity of the restaurant the car park is not big enough. Plus the location of it means it is mostly driving customers.The service is slow but it’s made fresh, people do not seem to get that it’s what Oder is cooked quickest will be served first. People moaning if a number higher is called first. Yawn. Maybe a screen that explains this would stop the poor staff getting unnecessary earache?The food... couldn’t fault it perfectFinally a branch that doesn’t drown their cheeseburgers with ketchup. Thank You!The reason for my low score is purely the car park/ drive through system. Staff and food perfect

My daughter and I visited here on a Friday afternoon we ordered our food and waited with a huge amount of people to receive our order. To our amazement and disgust we watched a guy preparing food licking his fingers. My daughter called the manager over and told him he went to speak to the culprit and came back and carried on making bags up and totally ignored us. We asked for the managers name and he turned his back on us !!!!! We asked a lady member of staff the managers name and she had to turn him around to show us his name badge he just gave us a dirty look and said I spoke to the guy preparing food and he said he didn't do it so that's the end !!! We were totally shocked and disgusted to total lack of hygiene and management response needless to say we asked for a refund and left going to the subway next door where staff at least wear gloves whilst preparing food. They are lucky to receive 1 mark if I could have given a 0 I would

I made an order an hour ago for collection, we came to collect the 2 pizzas. I’m very sick, i wanted to order delivery but they don’t provide delivery for the area where we live, so had to come and collect it. Now we came, and they said ‘they gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake, because they had a similar name. They are sorry.’ I asked how can this happen? They said ‘they had a similar name’. I asked ‘don’t you ask for their order number when collecting the pizza?’ Their reply was ‘no, we don’t, it’s his mistake.’ Then they asked me for the order number I clearly said I ordered an hour ago so they have time to make it as I don’t feel well, I don’t want to wait for it in the car. Then now, they told me they will make it just now. I’m very disappointed about this service!

Great dinner out for Mother’s Day! We ordered full rack of ribs (really yummy), Margherita pizza - cooked to perfection and I had beef lasagne with a side salad and fries. The beef lasagna was amazing and a really big portion! Really good desserts too - a cheesecake, the chocolate fudge brownies and I had my favourite apple crumble and custard. We were stuffed! This Frankie & Benny’s is always great, has very attentive staff who want you to have great service and really yummy food! We do think we preferred the large menu choices before ' known but understand why the menus have been reduced. Prices have gone up too but no different to everywhere I guess. Compared to Wildwood, where we went tonight, F&B’s is 100% way nicer! Really good vegan menu too!
