Great as always, MUCH better than a mcDs! A little expensive for fast food but the app offers are great for a cheaper meal! Importantly Still accepts CASH and doesn't force you to order with the app, just show the cashier the code and done! Excellent! Burgers still a little small, but food was ordered quickly and received quickly. Liga the manager/supervisor really knows her job, very quick, efficient and didnt forget to ask about sauces before payment (bk now charge for sauces and i have had to go back and pay again after receiving food due to some servers not asking up front). Looked like Liga was training a new server as he had no idea what the discount code was for, mistaking it for a collection code, but she helped show him the process whilst serving myself without any extra delays etc. Drinks machine never works so most of the time it's in bottle form, which has both advantages and disadvantages. At least we still get a drink.

The meal was delicious. I likes the Whopper. The temperature and taste were amazing. Great customer service! Natasha assists a lot!

It's ok. I expected better from them. The food was warm, no drinks with ice machine broken bottled drinks only and very expensive like they all are now.

Visited last week with family the food was amazing really hot, a lady called natasha helped take our food to the table as we were on mobility scooters she was very helpful and friendly a real breathe of fresh air she was chatty and a lovely person it was late evening but we wasn't rushed and we used the app and got fabulous deal. Would definitely recommend and will go back next time we are in Peterborough. Well done

Went in about 20.15pm on Wednesday. Staff were lovely. Food freshly cooked, so nice and hot.... The Manager was very friendly as well. She took out photo with the decorations in the centre which was Brilliant. 10/10.

Took my son for a meal, had trouble ordering as the fellow serving me didn't understand English, I ordered a simple order of two double whoppers with cheese and two flat white coffees. Just to make sure we got the food without any hassle. Then waited for 45 minutes as two families who came in after us where served food we were waiting for. Then, after that we got our food. I noticed that we had no stirring sticks for our coffee no sugar and no napkins. The burgers where at best room temperature. I noticed that the two families kept going back to the tills as they had problems with their orders, the staff were totally useless. The guy who served us was slower than Neil Armstrong walking on the moon. My son said that he felt ill that evening experiencing shivering and nausea. The place needs either shutting down or a major reorganisation with better staff. I won't be going back until this happens.

Absolutely no problem, decent food waiting time, clean seating area and food quality as expected. Staff cleaning frequently. Went there twice in a week so must have been alright.

lovely visit tonight. 2 ladies on the front counter serving. Natasha and Georgina. both friendly an very focused on making sure all the food was out quickly as possible. they was very busy with deliveries and eating customers but handled it perfectly and my food for me an hubby was lovely !!! deffo coming back soon

Firstly the good point. The food was delicious. Restaurant itself is poky and very dirty. No staff seem to be on the restaurant floor to keep on top of the cleaning and tidying. I have never been to a restaurant with so many flies. As we were preparing to leave and getting our tot out of her high chair a glaring staff member arrived and started dragging the chairs around… she had finally decided it was time to clean up. Shame she didn’t start with the rest of the filthy tables first and waited until we were finished. Won’t return

Felt like something out of a Eastern European ghetto, service was slow, person serving could not be bothered which was clearly reflected by the service she provided, not enough staff as wait was 15 mins, should have gone to testes

Part of Serpentine Green shopping centre, a good place to stop when travelling if you prefer to stay away from service stations.

Struggled with a voucher on A crisp packet. Staff honoured the deal even though both tehy and myself could not figure out how it worked. Perhaps some training on their part is in order. Other than that, good service, good food.

The food was very warm, juicy, and you can tell it was cooked fresh. The servers were very friendly and fast and the place had an overall calming and welcoming atmosphere

Waited about 15 mins for order, only to be told they can't cook an Angus burger because the broiler was broken. Funny that they could still cook the other burgers though. Then get asked the stupid question of why was I asking for a full refund!! Probably cured me of my desire for Burger King over McDonalds.

A bit oh hum - but well it's fast food

Food was great. Not had a BK for ages so made a nice change and reminded us how good they are. The chairs being dragged across the floor was an ear piercing noise.

Burgers are always excellent here, and chips too. My only issue is that the restaurant itself could do with a complete revamp. It feels very outdated.

We ate in as the restaurant was lovely and clean. Definitely coming back with family…. 🤗 .

The fries were undercooked and the double bacon cheese burger was tiny. My husband's fries were undercooked too and he didn't eat them. Don't go.

Hey I visited the store today morning. It was a nice experience. Very nice, welcoming staff. I ordered 3 meals, all the burgers were yummy and the fries were fresh and nice. Overall an excellent place to go and having some mouth watering food.

A decent Burger King, hidden at the far end of a Tesco. The food was a good example of the brand and the service was memorably decent; personable and conscientious - surprisingly so from the young team member that served us. We got some good deals from their app, probably saving over £4 between 2 meals; each just has to be purchased separately 👌🏻 The restaurant itself was clean, but reminded me of a Burger King from the early 2000's; this may be good or bad depending on whether you value nostalgia ;-)

How can a restaurant not have a single working card machine. This place has went downhill from the first few years of it being here. Understaffed, underfunded and downright embarrassing.

Had to wait 25 minutes for food. Staff were more concerned about serving the Just Eat and Deliveroo crew, almost ignoring the crowd of customers that had ordered and were waiting for their "Fast Food". Rubbish service, would not recommend.

I ordered my sons meal for delivery by someone called Muhammad order was delivered to someone else showing some body else's house and my receipt unbelievably bad drivers .I tried to call the driver didn't respond.

The place is slow, its dirty, is hot, however the burgers are always ok.

Avoid ordering on the app. Took over £25 from my bank account after ordering and refused to give me my order in store due to an error. Then took 2 weeks to receive a refund and back and forth messaging with their complaints department who kept telling me the money has not been taken and was in pending which it was not! I also Do not appreciate the sarcastic remarks made by Adela from the complainants department.

This place is usually mostly empty the tables dirty and with wrappers left on them. Food is nice and service fast for burger King. Better to take away than eat in. Today they ran out of ketchup.

The food was hot… but £2.99 for a Sprite, and £6.99 for twenty nuggets. McDonalds nearby is cheaper and much better quality product! Dated and damaged furnishings, torn seating. Disappointing experience.

Average burger tasted of beef mild cheese,no taste of bacon. 1st time In 6 years won't be going back anytime soon.

You know when you go into a food shop, it is reasonable to expect a level of hygiene, well with staff standing around appearing not to have anything to do, it would be a good idea to sweep the floor and clear up the mess, which I know is caused by customers. The chips were hot but the bun if I was to score it would be 1 out of 10, it must of been at least 2 days old, so guess what ........ I won't be back

I ordered two burgers as a meal and when i got the food it was freezing cold, then i said to one of the staff that food is cold. They give the food but looks like same burgers were toasted again and pattie inside was smelling very bad. Very awful and bad staff service.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been. This shop actually gives a bad name to such a big brand. The shop was disgusting, the floors all sticky and dirty. All tables were really dirty too with customers leaving the left overs on the table. Didn't see any staff cleaning the tables either..the walls were so disgusting too even the sofas and chairs were so mucky. I felt so disgusting to eat in there and I couldn't even finish my meal. The chips were hard and cold and the burgers buns so dry that they fall apart as soon you touch them . I can't really believe how bad this shop is looked after. The staff not even smiling when serving and constantly talking loud in foreign language..PLEASE AVOID THIS BURGER KING
