Food arrived late and cold, just eat only refunded £5 of a £20 order which is not acceptable. No communication from courier to say they had got lost, then when they did appear they couldn’t have been more rude if they tried!

Ordered through the Burger King app for 2 whopper meals and some cheese bites, when arrived we was told there was no drinks and no way to sort this with cold food terrible services and taking money when they don’t even provided the drinks when it is in the whopper meal… so bad ! Avoid!!

Don't go, the place was filthy yesterday, floor tables sticky. And the screen ordering is useless. Over £24 for 2 greasy soggy burgers 1 chips 1 onions rings and 2 drinks! Should have been meal deals. Staff were rude and wouldn't sort the order out. Worst B.K I've ever been in.

Absolutely terrible! How you can mess up an order so bad is just unknown. Allergic to cheese you add cheese into my BBQ chicken burger but to still place the sticker that says no cheese! No chips in the kids meal! And you don’t answer the phone.

Disappointment with Ordering System at Burger King Dear Burger King Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the new ordering system at one of your restaurants. I recently visited the Burger King location at Serpentine Green in Hampton Hargate and encountered difficulties in placing my order due to the unfamiliarity with the new system in place, it took me ages to download the App and then I struggled to find the QR code or the short code. I then approached the counter to order a meal manually, but to my surprise, I was informed that I could only place my order through the new self-service kiosk. I tried to explain to the staff that I preferred to pay using cash or card directly at the counter, but I was told that all orders had to be placed through the kiosk. I asked them what if someone did not have a smartphone, the young male manager just said, "that's what they tell us to say" I must admit that I struggled to navigate the App on my phone as I could not find the QR code to scan on the new ordering system on the kiosk. The user interface was not intuitive, and I found it difficult to add items to my order or make modifications. When I sought assistance from the two front counter staff, not only did they seem to have a problem speaking to me in English, it was as if I was speaking a foreign language, because they seemed to either refuse to converse or could not understand. The male assistant actually ignored me at first and turned his back to me, and the female assistant who was talking to him refuses to engage with me. The manger was called and he refused my custom. As a result, I left the restaurant without making a purchase, feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. It was disappointing to have to turn away simply because I was unfamiliar with the new ordering process, especially when I was willing and able to make a payment using traditional methods. I understand the importance of innovation and progress in the fast-food industry, but it is essential to ensure that such changes do not alienate or inconvenience customers. As a loyal patron of Burger King, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and service, both in England and South Africa but this recent experience has left me with a negative impression. I urge Burger King to consider the needs and preferences of all customers when implementing new technologies or systems. It is crucial to provide clear instructions and ample support for those who may not be familiar with the digital ordering process. Additionally, alternative ordering options should be made available for customers who prefer to pay with cash or card at the counter. I hope that Burger King Serpentine Green will take my feedback into consideration and take steps to improve the customer experience at your restaurants. I look forward to returning to Burger King in the future and enjoying a delicious meal without the frustration of navigating a complicated ordering system. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes implemented to ensure a smoother and more customer-friendly ordering process. Struggled with a voucher on A crisp packet. Staff honoured the deal even though both tehy and myself could not figure out how it worked. Perhaps some training on their part is in order. Other than that, good service, good food.

No so much of a great opening. Staff behaved like a machine. No customer service enthusiasm. Mistake on orders. A staff member did not have a clue about table service. Ordering at the table take way too long and items ordered through the app not available (milkshake) no replacement giving until argue about the missing item. Staff need a propre training and there were no retaurant offers on the app only for deliveries. Quite disappointing. In a positive note the food was great.

It is impossible to order. Paid 11 pounds for plain bread and patty. If you select options they don’t add them. If you don’t select they don’t add them either

My son's birthday. We ordered food at 18.08 and estimated delivery time was 18.45. This time kept changing and it was after 19.15 when delivered. He missed an online event and we won't be ordering from you again

Burgers so cold the additional cheese has not melted nothing to do with driver but everything to do with restaurant making orders before a driver is on route to collect. Had no choice but to try and reheat given it cost over £33 but of course the bun cooked hard! So the choice is eat cold food or break your jaw on it because you’ve reheated it. Have requested refund however I’m sure because it’s temperature they will give me back 10 pence or something equally insulting! Save your money !!

Had been to Burger King for meal with friends a week ago. The store offered consistently delicious burgers and fries with quick service. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a great spot for a tasty meal on the go. I highly recommend trying their signature Whopper for a satisfying fast food experience! 😊😊🥰

delivery was fine but I've just been reminded why we never ever order burger King its too small and way too expensive and it's really poor quality food
