I normally visit the drive-thru with mixed results but I do like the food when it's right and some of the king saver items are great. Staff often seem uninterested, miserable or just plain rude. And I've had whoppers with mayo or ketchup and missing most of the salad, and just lukewarm or cold burgers. This time, I wanted to use the delivery as there was an offer for two for £12.99, ordered at 5.39PM on a Thursday. Two and a half hours later, the order still wasn't on the way when I finally managed to speak with someone to cancel. I spoke with the 'restaurant' around just under 2 hours into waiting and they let me know they had no order details of mine and there was nothing they could do (despite my order changing to preparing here and there via the app). I then spoke with Uber Eats who said it wasn't on them and told me to contact Burger King instead. I eventually found another Uber Eats line to call or whatever is on the email and they said it'd only be another 5-10 minutes, despite this being the 4th or maybe 5th driving going to 'collect' my order. Barely an apology and no offer of a voucher or anything. Awful experience - it's on me for going back despite the staff and inconsistent food, but a joke, nonetheless. I'll stick to Mcdonald's and other establishments instead.

Stopped at this newly refurbed KFC Broomfield rd in the hope that it might have improved.....how wrong we were! first none of the automated card only machines for ordering were working and counter cash only. after finally managing to pay, food arrived, once home with takeaway found that one portion of chips was missing (not unusual) and that the vegan burger was completely rock solid and inedible and can only assume that it was reheated from earlier, was not worth the effort to drive back to complain but will definitely not be using this branch again. best option close it down and use the more professional and polite branch at Springfield.

I have never written a poor review but felt i had to on this occasion.... The whole place including the staff seems tired and dirty......filthy nails, a no care attitude and lethargic beyond belief... The trays where the food is kept seem dirty and empty.... I could go on , sadly makes me feel ill even to write about it.MY BOX OF 2 PIECES of CHICKEN went straight into the bin when i left.... AVOID

I ordered around 00:00 and the store said it would arrive between 00:40 and 01:05. At 01:15, it was not here and I was given no information so I requested an update 4-5 times between that time and 01:30 and was met with no response. I then decided to call the restaurant but was not answered. At 01:50 there was still no contact and no delivery, so I cancelled the order. Avoid buying from here.

When we arrived a child was causing a small disturbance. The member of staff dealing with the lad was respectful but firm and quickly escorted him out. We ordered our food and sat to eat but felt we had got the wrong order because there was no spice on the zinger. The member of staff we spoke to was amazing and remade and upgraded our burgers and added some hot sauce (that he let us try first). He even offered us fresh fries.

The grapes weren’t very sweet. These were fromBrazil . They describe these as sweet and crisp, I would say crisp very bland grapes. These are the 375g white grapes.

Comida bien. Pepsi flat. Los baños probablemente uno de los peores que he usado. Pies pegados al piso y no podía respirar debido al olor a amoníaco. Huele presente antes de entrar en los baños. Absolutamente asqueroso. Dudo que hayan sido limpiados en mucho tiempo.

Why can't they get it right? EVERY TIME they miss something. Usually Popcorn Chicken. Their solution, when you call, is that you drive to the restaurant and collect the missing item. Erm... YOU MESSED UP! You drive to ME. That's the last time.

Was initially disappointed to see a lot of me no u items unavailable - brisket, ribs etc all not on the menu but was excited for BBQ so decided to persevere. A decision we lived to regret. Ordered at 1820. Received delivery at 2045. In between were six calls with the restaurant during which they variously told us food was five minutes away (still an hour and a half to go at this point), was just coming out the kitchen now (one hour after ordering), had never been ordered at all before then informing us they'd run out of one of the item we'd ordered so they'd be replacing with pork belly. Eventually when the food showed up it was not worth the wait. Pork belly was somehow both over smokey (think creosote/sucking on a two stroke engine exhaust) and under cooked so the fat had barely rendered. The pulled pork bun was weirdly sour tasting and didn't have a lot to it. The wedges probably would have been tasty if they were hot and crispy. Unfortunately they were cold and soggy by the time they arrived. Coleslaw and pickles could have come straight out of Tesco's. Customer service was shocking, delivery took so long I could probably have raised my own meat in the time and when the food came it was bang average at best. To top it all of the restaurant acknowledged our complaints and rewarded us with a hefty £3 refund. Not sure what we'll spend it all on but it probably won't be this crap again.
