SFC in Southend-on-Sea

I ordered around 00:00 and the store said it would arrive between 00:40 and 01:05. At 01:15, it was not here and I was given no information so I requested an update 4-5 times between that time and 01:30 and was met with no response. I then decided to call the restaurant but was not answered. At 01:50 there was still no contact and no delivery, so I cancelled the order. Avoid buying from here.

Literally these peoples comments are bang on this Is the worst place I have ever ever EVER! Delivered from they literally just take your money and don't deliver your food its madness! Do NOT order from this biggest awful hole place

Ordered a take away, they are literally three roads away and it took 2 HOURS to arrive! Then when it did arrive one persons order was missing! The food was cold dry and tasted vile. On top of that Just eat wouldn’t refund us for the missing food! Please do not eat here go to KFC instead.

Food took forever to arrive, looked like it wasn’t going to arrive so tried to cancel order but couldn’t. Fell asleep 1.5 hours after ordering then food arrived, both kebab and pizza were disgusting.

DISGUSTING …, 2 hour wait .., NO ANSWER ON PHONE … went to shop , RUDE RUDE staff !!food then delivered … pizza looked and tasted like something a dog dragged in AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The reviews on just eat are fabricated bullcrap, even a toddler could tell. Don’t trust these buggers.

Disgusting service. Ordered food after a late night bar shift at 3.20 am. Chased it up at 4.20 am. By 5 am no food three phone calls where they said first it was late, second call that I hadnt answered the door and the third one it would be five minutes. DO NOT ORDER these people are liars. I will never order from these people again. By end of experience not even answering my calls

Please Stay away from this shop, as absolutely discucting no chicken in the chicken, full of grease, shop should be shut down... probably rat as no chicken in chicken...cannot rate it as full of oil...staff look a state..no decent customer service and paid £450 for grease and bone....they should be reported to health and safety...

Waited two hours for a delivery. Telephoned numerous occasions and no one answered - was also cut off deliberately a few times. Absolutely shambles - will assume it will take a lot longer for them to repay me than the time it took to take my money. Awful.

I have sent the message on just eat and phoned continuously to no answer. Now I’ve opened the bag for some reason I’ve got 2 chips and no drink. Never ordering from here again and I will be leaving this review elsewhere.

No one should go here and especially not order from here . Order was delayed by 3 hours ! Given cold food and looked disgusting , had to go straight to the bin! Additionally was woken up at 5 am in the morning by the driver ! Absolutely disgusting ! Waiting for my refund !

AVOID!!!!!!! Ordered food early hours in the morning and paid over the phone. Was told delivery was going to be 45-60 minutes and it DID NOT ARRIVE!! Tried phoning them and they did not answer! Phoned them for a good 45 minutes and still no answer!! SAYS USER BUSY! THEY TOOK THE MONEY BUT DID NOT BRING THE FOOD! AVOID! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Listen to the reviews!!!!!!!

Please avoid and order at your own peril. They do not give a damn about their customers. They take your order and money but do not deliver. No option to re deliver or refund given. They really don't give a damaged about their customers

I can describe this “restaraunt” in two words.. absolute sh*t! We order food and We wait an hour so we call them up only to find out they haven’t even accepted our order. You call your self a “restaraunt” lol . So pathetic. The chips were so disgusting I felt like I was eating at a homeless shelter. The only compliment their gonna get from me is that the dirty vile burger compliments how vile their attitude was towards me. SFC- stand for sh*t food complaints. Most disgusting place I have ever ordered from 🤮😡. You wanna see actual edible food then maybe you should go to four seasons and take some notes .

Workers were very rude, ordered one time and they declined it, so I order again and they say they haven’t got it after I waited 1hour 30 minuets, when the food did come 2 hours later the chips were basically frozen, and order was all wrong, burger buns were mouldy and the beef tasted of sick, the burger itself was so greasy it broke through the box it came it, i will never order there again, absolutely disgusting! What a great “dinner”

Ordered some chicken and kebabs to be delivered, was advised that the delivery time would be a monumental 50 minutes, decided to bear with it as the order was out there. Received a text after 50 minuts to say that the order was on its its way and...........NOTHING TURNED UP !!!! TOOK PAYMENT BUT DELIVERED NOTHING - AVOID!!!!

the food here is very good, my favourite is the mega mix meal can't go wrong there and their chips are very tasty to only gave them a average as the boss here is such a miserable person.

Me han Mar southend para mi asunto de negocios. En la hora del almuerzo estaba buscando algo para comer comida halal y los casos, irritable, encontré SFC, cerca de la estación central de trenes southend, y está en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. Tuve peri peri pollo y naan pan fresco. La comida era realmente así los casos, irritable. . . . Servicio de atención al cliente era muy amable y genial.
