KFC in Bedford

Comida bien. Pepsi flat. Los baños probablemente uno de los peores que he usado. Pies pegados al piso y no podía respirar debido al olor a amoníaco. Huele presente antes de entrar en los baños. Absolutamente asqueroso. Dudo que hayan sido limpiados en mucho tiempo.

This is the worst KFC restaurant i have ever been to. The staff are rude, the restaurant is dirty and the toilets are so bad it should be shut down

Appalling as ordered large and got hardly any fries. Most annoying was being told they did not serve Bbq sauce as not Halal. Although I respect people's right to choose Halal. Why does this KFC think it's OK to force something I don't want

KFC Tavistock street Bedford is the worst KFC I have ever had, I ordered eight pieces of chicken to take out, preferably legs, I had 3 legs out of the 8 these were inedible, dried out to a crisp and all eight pieces fried but not a hint of the lovely Colonel Sanders recipe, will never go back.

Rip off Britain!!! Every time I go to this place they drop the ball. Either you get 1 decent piece of chicken in a 10 piece bucket, or more often than not, after paying for 10 pieces you get home to discover they have only given you 6. REGULAR RIP OFF JOINT AVOID AVOID No point in trying to complain, rude staff, they don’t even answer the phone.

Be careful when ordering a family bucket last night I ordered a 10 piece bucket and 7 pieces es were chicken legs!!!! Which means only 3 pieces had sone meat on them wouldn't mind but it happens on every visit and I tire of disputing with the staff at Kempston KFC as they are very rude and argumentative I recommend checking you're food before you leave cost of living is bad enough as it is!!!!!

We had the misfortune of visiting the Tavistock Street, Bedford KFC on Sunday 3rd June. The chicken was dry, the batter limp, and the chips cold. The service was very rude and the lad serving us had no manners at all. Not a smile, thank you or pleasantry of any sort. He was argumentative and unhelpful. No choice of sauces, no vinegar, no wet wipe napkins. I asked the manager to visit the two toilets with me, to show him the faeces on the toilet seat, and blocked u bends. Also to smell the over powering stench of urine. Clearly the loos had not been cleaned for considerable days. The manager made no verbal comment, and just put a stool in front of the facilities to stop anyone going in, whilst we were there, anyway. By association that the kitchen may be as filthy and unhygienic, I vomitted on leaving this eatery. Never, never again!

Just went kfc and it was the worst takeaway Iv ever eaten the chips were ice cold and hard. The chicken burger was so dry and smothered in sauce asked for hot wings never even received them such shocking food! Never will I return there again!

We both had zinger twister meals. The picture below show what we were given. No salad except a tiny amount of cabbage coleslaw. No sauce No cucumber or tomato. The wrap itself was not even twisted it was screwed into a lump. Absolutely shocking! I will not be getting food from this place again.

We presented this buy one get one free voucher for a KFC 2 for 1 boneless banquet Sunday night. The staff and manager at KFC refused to give us a 2 for 1 boneless banquet and also held on to the receipt and voucher. I am still waiting for a reply from their social media team. Please keep away from these Kentucky cowboys!

Worst experience we’ve ever had at KFC. The staff were extremely rude and more interested in talking to each other. Ordered two meals which got shoved through the window of our car. I asked about dips with the meals which the woman replied ‘what’ I again asked what about dips with the meals and the attitude I got was disgusting and unacceptable; ‘what do you want’ we got given one dip even though it should have been one per meal ordered. Provided no salt and no napkins. Chips were disgusting and not edible. Definitely will not be coming back again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Takeaway during Lockdown. The food tastes so much fresh and nicer in the late afternoon/evening Restaurant closed for sitting in at the moment due to Covid but in general the toilets are extremely vile and need deep cleaning

2nd time in a row, ordered takeaway... 3 things missing, called the number to complain, just rings and rings then an answer phone, will never go back here, chips horrible, and chicken not fresh, so annoyed as when you get home , you open your bag, and ... gravy not in there, corn not in ... disappointed...... just check and don’t take the staff s word it’s all in the bag....

Well very hungry and very angry ordered chips look like they have been there all day ordered sweet corn got chips and when I called them no answer after about three attempts avoid avoid avoid
