Kfc in Three Rivers

Shocking… Chicken was dry over cooked and tasted as if it had been standing under a lamp for ages… Not a lot you can do about it when it’s a take away.. I feel that they know won’t come back to complain.. Also I ordered a family bucket of 10 pieces of chicken, only got 9 and a piece that was as big as a small sparrow.. It’s not fair as someone had to go with out.. I suggest you stay away or check your meal before you leave the restaurant.

I ordered on UberEats and was told there was one stop before me, meaning it would take 25 minutes to get there, which it did. Obviously the food was cold after being driven around in subzero temperatures for all that time. The chips were also very soggy, I’m sure they were like this before they got cold. I can’t get hold of the restaurant for a refund, nor will Ubereats refund me. Dreadful stick to Pepe’s!

Poor Service. 30 minutes wait in store whilst jostled by delivery drivers. After asking about my order twice eventually got it, arrived home and missing 1 x chips and 1 x piece of chicken. NEVER AGAIN KFC is you have any sense of worth in your brand reputation you will investigate this branch and close it down.

We really love KFC and spend all of our monthly salary on it the minute we are paid. We always starve the last week of the month, until we get paid again but I’m still really really fat but can still wear my blue shorts and brown sandals when it’s warm. Soon they maybe doing a Bargain Barrel which is 100 pieces of chicken and 35 fries but for now they are just sticking with buckets. One issue, if they do start doing barrels, is how to get the barrel in the car? I would suggest a fork lift which customers hire and drive at their own expense and own risk. Another way would be possible partnership with a local builders merchants who could do home delivery using a grab lorry. Very good chicken cooks and gravy maker and bean over attenders and very polite.

Ordered 2 meals with drunk One box meal and one coronal meal. Arrived cold and one drink short. Wouldnt mind but it not even 5 min up road by car. Chips were cold burger barely warm. And chicken was just warm a minute in microwace was needed. Feel ripped off. Shouldnt need to be reheating anything. Bad seevice wont be using them again. Ever

Ordered a meal for one x 2 and a rice bowl, got it home and really looking forward to it as not had a KFC for a while, what a disappointment!! No chips,cold Greasy fatty chicken !! Cold rice . Tried to phone to complain but no answer, too far to go back!! My opinion is AVOID !!

Staff can hardly speak English and are particularly rude and obnoxious.No manners whatsoever. Hand sanitizer was empty and I had to show them how to fill it up. Face masks were worn under their chins not faces. Ordered 80 pcs of pop corn chicken and the kids counted 70 when we got home. Pedantic I know, but surely you get what you pay for? I even joked that was there 80pcs in the tub before leaving the take away.

Ordered via Uber eats for a kids birthday. The Uber eats guy came via cycle, so late and cold. Took back to the restaurant, they were extremely unhelpful, even to the point of threatening. Disgusting behaviour.

I ordered a box fillet burger meal , chips and gravy too and for the second time , my gravy has spilt over in the box because they can NOT put the lid on properly! An absolute piss take!! When I was given my meal , they forgot to give me my drink better yet they had forgetting to even do it, there was only two people working and it’s a piss take in there, they were rude.... on the window it notes that only 2 people were allowed in at one time but yet when my boyfriend and I left there was at least 6 in there! NEVER ordering from here again

Forget bargain bucket. I’ll have a whopper wheelbarrow. Tip sacks of chicken and chips into me barra and I’ll eat it in the van. Gimme a big barrel of beans to go with it son. Joking aside it’s the best KFC ever and I’m a bit of a cockney if you know what I mean. Me pants are bit grubby but I’m a nice fella. I do all my business meetings at this KFC, the smell of the grease works in my favour. They want to say they hate it but they all get their heads in a bucket soon enough. Chick chick chick chicken, tell me which came first. Egg. No chicken. Wait!

On the way to KFC from Chorleywood we don’t communicate but chant KFC KFC KFC repeatedly. We have discovered that this ritual puts us in an almost trance like state and because of this find the food even more enjoyable. On one occasion my wife was actually emotional when she had ordered gravy as well. We have now noticed that a few other people are chanting KFC whilst they wait to order at a safe distance so the chanting is spreading. Just a gentle nudge in the right direction regards some of the menu descriptions...... The bargain bucket isn’t served in an actual bucket. So maybe a little misleading to first timers to KFC .It’s more like a huge waxed paper cup. Anyone expecting to use the bucket after finishing the food will be disappointed as it may not be fit for purpose. They would do bette to buy a proper bucket from a reputable hardware shop Also don’t look at the menu and wonder why there are no chips. There are. It’s just that they call them French Fries and they are exactly the same as chips! They are just made and fried in France and are then brought to the UK in a really long van.

Constantly getting my order wrong. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a burger when there 5 staff and no waiting customers. And still got it wrong. I’ve tried to stay loyal and give them the benefit of the doubt but I won’t be going back. Just an absolute shambles of a a branch.

Havent had KFC for a while wont be having it again. Chicken so dry and burnt Chips what happened to the skinny fries now fat chips awful. Wont be going there again.

I’d look for another career if I was the manager of this place, Kentucky fried crap !!😡 Some people must find it really hard to do the simplest of things it’s pathetic from the service down to the cheap overpriced food they sell, it can’t be that hard to put the right products in their massive boxes I paid £7.09 for a huge box with hardly nothing in it a new born baby would not even be satisfied with the amount of food !!

Why has this KFC decided not to sell bacon?? And since when was it HALAL!! I cant eat HALAL its against my religion! KFC NEED TO SORT IT OUT!!

Food never looks like it's advertised, their 2 and 3 piece meals the chicken is a special mix of dry meat and soggy coating, buns normally stale and fall apart in the burgers. Not KFC's finest example!

Teniendo en cuenta que este lugar ha sido la comida todavía es mediocre. La comida es como las patatas fritas, aunque fresca dejan mucho que desear. En la parte superior si este incluso nos las arreglamos para olvidar una parte de la orden.Servicio de comida de mala calidad, malísima, es mejor ir a Tesco y hacerlo tú mismo. Sería una visión maldita más barato.Nunca va aquí!

I agree with another reviewer - late in the evening the quality is poor, I suspect the chicken has been standing a good old while. Steer clear, there are much better place to eat within a few hundred m.

Average for this sort of place. Never had to complain, except, as usual with KFC, the chips tend not to be crisp.

No vayas tarde en la noche ... , momento en que haya disminuido a niveles por debajo de la media. . Dios sabe cuánto tiempo ha estado en explotación, pero me gustaría apuesta y seguridad de salud no sería sacarlo hace tiempo. Es pobre, y la mayoría del personal no parece que les importa.

Always good food and service what more can I say, probably the cheapest family takeaway available, ok probably however the least healthy!! Nice though..

De alguna manera la comida de aquí es mejor que una normal KFC, no tengo ni idea de cómo. El nivel de inglés del personal varía de "un poco difícil de pesca" para "No tengo ni idea de lo que usted acaba de decir". Sin embargo, la comida es realmente muy, muy bueno.

The food was cheap and delicious the customer service was great and all in all a good place to eat Must go here
