Amazing service today thanks to Ewa. Absolutely made our day!

Our server, Ewa, was absolutely incredible and was so great with the children. We had the best time thanks to Ewa in the Rickmansworth branch!

Always amazing service and the food is delicious. We come at least once a month for date night. Our server tonight was Katrina and she is an absolute delight and so attentive. Thank you :)

After sitting for nearly an hour to have order taken, 3 starters arrived but other 2 forgotten to get the remaining 2 just before the main course arrive and have them standing waiting for me to finish my starter holding my main course was unbelievable. Asked for the bill which was clearly wrong and the the 3 course deal had not been applied after 20 minutes an attempt at a new bill arrived £30 cheaper but still £9 over charged I gave up and left paying the extra £9 for a shocking service. The waiter was lovely and very apologetic but the manager seemed more interested in flirting with the waitress and feeding her steak over people drinks.

The staff were great! We waited a long time between our starter and main which is fine as gave time to chat but our lettuce wedge must have sat on the table for 30 minutes before our dinner arrived (after being chased). One steak (which was expensive) had to be sent back as it was cold, my chips were mainly just ‘bits’ and overdone and my friend had to remind them about her side of vegetable. When you are paying £200 for a meal, I do expect it to be perfect!

Lovely food and service, would recommend. A little pricey to go too often with a family of 5.

This was my first visit so wasn’t sure on the menus, but Lana was so lovely and was happy to talk through all the options and give us time to pick what we wanted. Lana checked in with us just the right amount, and was a pleasure the whole time. The food was outstanding honestly some of the best steaks I’ve had, and I found my new favourite wine! I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

Early sitting seems to mean at least 4 different waiters and lack of atmosphere for a date night.

We visited M&C on a Monday for lunch. The food was incredible with service to match. Becks was our waiter. He was funny and attentive making the whole experience extremely enjoyable. We shared all of courses allowing us to sample as much as possible. We couldn’t fault a single plate ! 11/10!

Visited for a late lunch on Monday. It wasn’t very busy but there was a nice buzz in the dining area. Ewa served us and she was so friendly, she helped us make some menu choices and even recommended wines that would go with our meals. She was very professional and chatty and made us laugh. A lovely lunch experience!

Service was not bad, but not great either. Food was alright. My steak was swimming in red meat juice (probably it hasn't rested long enough).I dined on many occassions in different M&C but this time was really not good.

Had an excellent evening last week. The food was AMAZING, the prawns exceptional and the steak was perfect ! Our server Ewa was attentive and really looked after us. We will be back soon thanks Ewa we had a great night.

I visited Miller this evening with my wife. The restaurant was nicely busy with a great atmosphere. My wife had calamari to start and I had mushrooms- both excellent! We tried a bit of both and agreed they were delicious. For mains we both chose the Angus sirloin. I have to say it was the best steak I've had in a very long time, and as a big meat eater that us saying something! Not only was the food delicious, our waitress Ewa was an absolute delight. Very sweet, smiley and helpful. She is an absolute asset to your team. My wife and I left with full bellies and big smiles!

Superb meal. We sat next to the indoor window showing the old mill water. Becks was fantastic, explaining how it all worked to our two daughters. He was worth the visit alone. The food was excellent too.

Food lacked flavour. Had to ask for change on glass as it was stained. Payment not made clear and accidentally paid a higher tip %

The food was equisite, first time to miller and carter and i was not dissappointed. Ewa served us today and was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I live 90 miles away and popped in after a visit to Harry Potter world. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely Italy be coming back.

Had a wonderful lunch. The credit card machine was not working so we paid in cash. Did not get a receipt. Asked for one to be emailed but not received yet. Why?

Katrina was fabulous as always, even noticing I was squished between two other tables and moved me straight away with my husband, then adjusting the light as it was so bright on my face. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make an overall experience. We come here very often and order the exact same thing everytime and you really cannot fault. Don’t ever close down.

Perfect steak in a great atmosphere!

Me and wife went there on our wedding anniversary food was great but unfortunately the service was very bad, when we finish a main course nobody was coming to our table to take dirty plate away and I was try to make eye contact but waiter never look at us, after of give up waiting of 35 minutes I went to place where the place a order ask for bill, 15 minutes later nobody bring a bill or even clean a table, what I can say food was give but service it's terrible probably will never come back, been in few of them before and service was amazing

This restaurant is next to a kid's park which was ideal for us. The restaurant has nice decor with a stream passing under the restaurant (which you can see within the restaurant) to help fish get up stream. The food was delicious. However the reason I gave 3 stars is the server was terrible. He stank of cigarettes to which my 5 year old cried anytime he came too close. The smell was unbelievable. He was incredibly rude and abrasive. Half way through the meal we could hear him arguing with management about another table complaining about his manner. He was slow and forgetful. We ended up taking our dessert as a take away as we couldn't wait any longer. When we went to pay we had to go to the bar as he was no where to be found. When he did come back he yelled at us and then management for letting us pay at the bar. He was behaving as if it would have been better for us to eat and dash without paying. If this restaurant gets better staff they could really be a great restaurant to eat at

The worst Miller and Carter I have ever been to. Treated us disgustingly. Bald man in white shirt on the door had an issue with us as soon as we arrived and the waitress kept asking us to pass her the empty glasses instead of her doing her job - picking them up herself. Definitely won’t be returning.

Had an amazing waitress called Katrina who told us the truth every step of the way. There was amazing service by her and she always made sure we are ok. The other workers working were extremely wonderful and were really happy and cheery which made the experience even better

Haven't been before my partner was given a small voucher from work so we thought we would give it a go. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The steak was delicious and the side chips and salad were large and we left full. Cocktail tasted great. The building itself was great and allows you to space out without feeling alone int he restaurant . We will definitely return!
