Terrible experience. All we wanted was 2 scoops ice cream to take away. 4 staff people serving to just 2 tables and 2 delivery people and us waiting. After 15 min waiting to be served, we get to order and pay at the till to then be left again waiting for nearly 10 min. Just for 2 ice creams to take away!!?? They can't cope. Bad service as too slow and inefficient.

ordered online, never delivered, just left on "accepted order" never got to even "preparing" order. lazy staff.

ordered online well before close time, they accepted the order then just left it hanging there so the order would end up being delivered the next day or not at all; 15 hour delivery time at that point. couldnt place a review on justeat because i had to cancel it so im doing it here. what a waste of time.

Creams cafe in Rickmansworth is the perfect place to visit for delicious desserts. The staff are wonderful, always welcoming, helpful, kind and considerate. They work together brilliantly as a team, keeping cleanliness and hygiene a high priority. The ice creams and sorbets are exquisite, especially the soft serve whipped ice cream. The pancakes, waffles etc are prepared and cooked to order with a wide variety on the menu. I highly recommend a visit !

The ice cream was lovely. Salted Caramel is one my favourites. Snehil was polite and provided great service.

Staff were very friendly, food came quickly and they gave us a complimentary crepe out of the blue!

Manager was really rude as he brought us water and ice ,after we ate we asked for more water and ice wich he refused because they “ran out” of tap water and they “never had ice” . I heard him saying “don’t give them ice” to the waiters. We asked him for his name and he said “no no no” I asked him how do you run out of tap water and to that he said don’t ask questions. Was also eating in the kitchen before surging others . Very rude and disrespectful never coming here again.

Worst creams ever!! Avoid! Two bubble teas no liquid in them just I’ve asked for some more and she put the smallest amount in so it was just ice with.About five bobas in each.. straw wasn’t big enough so given spoon. Tasteless Poor customer service Dirty venue Toilet is vile and owners are stingy and rude. Go to Uxbridge

Absolutely horrendous experience. The workers at this place have no definition of customer service. I ordered a milkshake and it was only ice-cream with milk in it! I asked the worker about this and they started screaming at me and actually told me to just take a spoon and eat it using it. I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. Please stay away from this place for your own good.

Nice treat but quite expensive. Only 2 display freezers with ice-cream in so a limited choice. Nice staff but be prepared to wait if more than a couple of tables with people sitting there already.

During my recent visit to Creams, I had the pleasure of indulging in their exquisite ice cream. The taste was simply divine, leaving me with a lasting impression of their exceptional quality. Although, what truly stood out to me was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable, making my experience all the more enjoyable. As a group of seven people, we were all thoroughly satisfied with our order and even received great recommendations from the staff members. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ami, Ishita, Sneha, and Dalbir for their outstanding service. Their efforts truly made a difference in the overall experience, and I would rate their service a perfect 5 out of 5. Needless to say, I will definitely be returning to Creams in the future.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received a poorly made waffle Popcorn chicken which creams decided to remake after several minutes of denial/arguing. I am a tradesman and I know the Customer Is always right .They have lost my trust and I couldn’t have the same staff person who was Arguing now remaking the food! They refused to refund £5 laughable and not give me the contact details of the manager hence my review. I’m a loyal customer and the food is always nice sometime things go wrong own it and put it right rather than go defensive . Hoping this is a trainjng issue for staff members and to speak with someone who can Resolve not escalate the situation.

Went to creams today for a dessert to celebrate the end of term.It was a fantastic experience and the perfect experience from creams.Firstly,I thought it would be quite quiet it being in Rickmansworth,but how wrong I was.It was very busy,almost all tables were occupied and there was a constant queue almost out of the door.There was a lot of people,and as it is the end of term you could expect a lot of children going out celebrating,but there were also all different backgrounds and ages.There were also a lot of deliveroos as well.But the two staff members handled it fantasticly and worked so hard to try and deliver everything as quickly as possible.I really do credit both members of staff.Also the food was delicious as well,my bubbleicous sundae was fantastic and it was beautifully presented and good portion size.I also felt bearing in mind the limited time they had they put a lot of effort in putting all the sprinkles on it,I really appreciated that.I originally wanted the totally minted but because it was so busy they ran out and actually I think the bubbleicous sundae was better.My slushie was ok,wasn’t the quality I expected from creams,but it didn’t taste bad either.But I saw so many slushies being made and maybe the mixture was getting low.It was one of the top selling items at the time.Also I love the new menu as well.Also very clean and toilets were immaculate as well.Can’t wait to come back

The ice cream here is nice. The service is absolutely shocking. No matter if there is one person behind the counter or three, it is terrible. Those who staff it don't understand you at all, they don't control queues and they barely know how to use their own ordering system. This means ordering is extremely stressful and you're there for 20 minutes trying to get a one scoop ice cream. I've walked out three times now before ordering and will refuse to go back. Just don't bother.

Popped in for a takeaway ice cream. Had to wait a little, but that was due to a large order just ahead of me, and I wasn't in a rush. Good size scoop and lovely tasting mango sorbet.

We had crepes and ice cream. Crepe tasteless and undercooked. Chocolate sauce was not nice, cappuccino was very late.

Overpriced, small portions. Would not recommend. Go to your local supermarket and get some ice cream and packet of Oreo’s, packet of chocolate bars, peanut butter for a fraction of the price. First and last time ordering.

Wanted to go to creams after visiting the theartre up the road as I went before and I loved it so decided to visit back today.Everything in here was just everything that you wanted from a creams!!!!!!!!!!!The food was fantastic ,the food came almost instantly,the customer service was amazing,everything was immaculate including the toilets.Also when I had my slushie,from the first sip of it I can tell it was one of the best slushies I’ve ever had.Also I loved the I love creams Rickmansworth board,great for a picture.Also I love the new massive tv they’ve installed as well.Everything from creams was perfect today and can’t wait to be back next time.

Basically just to sum up the experience,this creams is amazing,discovered this creams on the off chance as we fancied something like a creams and also we usually pass near here to go to Amersham.I’m really glad we found it.Firstly it is in the best location,in the heart of one of the best towns I’ve ever visited of Rickmansworth,peaceful,not rough.Also it was a massive creams as well,plenty of space to sit in.It was quiet(maybe about just under a 1/2 full)probably what it is on a normal Monday.However it had a nicer vibe than some of the other creams,very family friendly.Also the decor was amazing as well.The food was amazing too,my after eight sundae was just what do you say…amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!Also the service was great too,kind and friendly staff and very fast paced service.Also everything was immaculate as well,including the toilets.Will definitely pop back to this creams again at somepoint!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! We ordered two milkshakes which were meant to come in 5 minutes. It has taken more than 25 minutes, resulting us asking for our shakes and the workers being rude and forgetting orders. Had to confirm twice the correct order! Don’t come here. They speak nicely to adults but have realised they have attitude towards youngers. Go to indulges instead- never had a bad experience in there!

Needs more staff had a long wait for 2 coffees

My partners brother offered us to order from here on Deliveroo, and after having had them before, i was excited at the idea of some nice sweet food. unfortunately thats not what i got. Some of the food never came, and the rest was cold and/or awful quality. they did send us a load of extra free ice cream (great? But theyre not going to be eaten?). (It also took over an hour to be made, which is silly as there was only three of us and it wasnt even all there?) As mine never came, i ordered it again and it was much quicker however my cookie dough was stone cold, tasted awful and the strawberries on top were bruised and mushy (not to ignore the fact they tasted awful - its a strawberry??? How can you ruin even that??) Very upset as theyve always been (at least) good and ive definitely never had two issues in a row, genuinely very upset :( To note: i wasnt able to get a refund for either issues - only offered the delivery for free (?) Update after typing this- finally got a half refund but i had to fight for it :((

Tables are extremly close to each other and there is even no room for the legs when you sit. So tight and uncomfortable!! Staff have not trained to make coffee. Terrible experience! It is no surprise everywhere is busy and this place is empty!

Amazing end to the day. Kids enjoyed their desserts. Big portions and best quality ice cream in Rickmansworth. Staff were very friendly and great atmosphere. We will definitely recommend to visit if your in town with kids for a treat.

Visited with my family and the deserts were all amazing. Good deserts and milkshakes for the kids. Staff were helpful and let the kids have a taster before choosing their ice-creams. Deserts were all delicious and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Lots of young staff, some ok, others gormless. Our table wasn’t wiped and was filthy underneath. All they need is to sweep up, but they don’t even have a broom! Told the young girl to clean while we ordered, she ignored our request. Then I asked her again and she grudgingly cleaned the floor, with a napkin! No broom was found! Ice cream is average, cost is expensive. No atmosphere, very clinical and dirty inside. This place will not survive!

The only reason it’s got 1 star was as the food made up for the horrible experience I had when coming to this restaurant yesterday, when I first walked in bare in mind there were no other customers in there I was stood waiting for five minutes when I could see the workers stood out back talking and on there phones, I then didn’t think much of it but got told I can sit wherever so I did. I then went up to order and was served by the tall older looking Asian man I went up and said ok so my table number is 18 (as you normally would) and he in a rude manner replied back I am aware of that I was then trying to order and he repeatedly kept telling me wait, wait , wait bare in mind I was speaking very slowly the whole time I was ordering with him it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and he was just coming off rude the whole time, to be honest I’m suprised I didn’t just walk out but I wanted to have a nice evening with my partner have been here many times before in the past and it has never been this bad but from reading the reviews which I have now I wish I had done in the first place. I will not be coming back again after this experience and will be recommending family and friends to not do so either.

Stopped in for a cold treat in the hot weather. Service was so prompt and I loved the double chocolate cookie dough with two scoops. It was very filling so I suggest getting it to share.

Staff doesn’t wear gloves and touches everything with naked hands while scratching their faces and heads in the meantime, also the ice cream is not from natural ingredients but from powders and it is weeks or months old, it gets remixed every day to make it look fresh, I work in the italian gelato industry. Also way too expensive, stay away.

I ordered a cookie dough and it wasn’t what I expected. I asked them to change it and this tall Asian guy with glasses was rude and said no you have to pay extra. Now why should I pay extra when the dessert I ordered wasn’t as expected. I was very disappointed. I will never be going back to any creams. They seriously don’t know what they are doing in there.

Less than 2 minutes walk away from the store. Took my money, did not attempt to call me, did not ring or knock, and did not have a manager follow up with me. They did not answer when I called them myself over 10 times. They lied to Just Eat and claimed my order was delivered when as far as I can tell no delivery was even attempted. Maybe one thing if you go into the store but I do not recommend ordering for delivery because lying thieves clearly run the place.

This is most unprofessional outfit that I have come across. Agree with other reviewers here. The place is chaotic and has no concept of customer service. The staff have no discretion to put matters right and the owner is elusive. After collecting my take away, got home (2 minutes away), found that my deserts were melted. Complained but nothing more than a "sorry"! This incident follows to another incident that took place in the shop and the customer management was equally poor then too. The Creams franchise should be highly concerned about their brand in the hands of this bandit.

Don’t order the American maple pancakes if you actually want maple syrup on them. You would sweater it was make of gold the amount they give you and then when you ask for more you have to beg for a drizzle. The amount was so small it made it impossible to eat with just that and strawberries. Returned the food the counter. Nearly complete and not even a question from a single member of staff.

If you want to order from Creams, you have 2 options. Order from Just Eat or Deliveroo and hope your order arrives at some point or, go into the shop. I went to the shop and watched the chaos of 7 seven staff piling up various delivery orders (no idea how long their clients will have to wait to see those). None of those 7 it seems we're available to serve me, as they were all barking at each other in the chaos. After being ignored for quite some time, I walked out. I have ordered online before, never again, so I think it's time for me to start ordering elsewhere.

Food is good however closing time is stated as 10pm. On a busy Saturday night the staff had already cleaned up/detached machines at 21:22 (when I arrived) and claimed they do not take orders after 21:30 so could only give me ice-cream ( I had to highlight it wasn't yet 21:30 so I could still be served?). This is the first creams I have seen that prepares to close 40 minutes before actual closing time. Customers that came after me (at 21:31) were told they couldn't be served (even though there were 3 staff available).

Great service from Lola earlier this evening, she was very talkative and informative. She even remembered me and my boyfriend from walking across the street earlier that day. So reliable, especially since she’s so young.

This place is awful, either they have half the items available or get the orders wrong. I have been served raw waffles, given entirely different items to what I ordered and been lied to by staff. The owner doesn’t really care, if she did she’d overhaul her staff or do us all a favour and close it down.

Great place to bring your children, staff welcoming, ordered via the in store app so no need to get up and wait at the counter. Ice creams, milkshakes and waffles were all excellent and good large sized portions. No complaints at all only good things to feedback on, 4th time here.

I order waffle cookies dough for some reasons I get only cookie when I ask if its possible to get what I want answer was sorry I need call my boss 😂 avoid dirty place staff don't know what they doing stay on the bar and chatting. My misses missed a ice-cream on her order check recipes before you leave!!!!

Been here a couple of times as I’m a a local. Really lovely staff who and friendly and helpful. Always a place to sit and the food is reasonably priced. Unfortunately hygiene is an issue. The plate my order came on clearly had old chocolate stains from the previous customer which was quite offputting.

came here on  Monday 26th with my son who is on the spectrum, he was agitated that day and stressed from waiting for food. One of the workers helped me a lot as she noticed this- she was really friendly and started conversation with him which put him at ease. Would definitely come back since the staff obviously care about their customers. this brightened my day

2 weeks ago we were meant to go to creams and booked a table the day before but when we arrived at creams there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and no one had bothered to notify anyone it was closed! Unacceptable! Families with kids arrived dissapointed. Do not reccomend!

This place is filthy. No soap in the toilet. Staff not washing their hands. The tables were dirty and not cleaned properly. The counter and sreens hadn't been cleaned. Very poor in general.

Usual dilemma! The place needs a decent manager and staff motivated to do a good job but considering our experience I assume both are sorely lacking. There were plenty of staff behind the counter but none serving customers. We waited a while to order a takeaway, but it seemed the priority was joking around and private conversations. Apparently, we were invisible! Then I noticed the floor behind the counter was filthy and frankly, we decided to leave. I don’t think the staff noticed. If I ran my business like this, I would have no customers. I appreciate it has to be a low-cost business, but the hiring manager should be re-assigned!

Every time I come to my aunts I visit creams. I absolutely love it. I got a crepe with white chocolate and marshmallows and a blue slush. And my husband got a cookie dough with coconut and chocolate sauce. Everything tasted amazing! I could only eat one crepe but they let me box and take the other one home which I forgot to have. The only downfall was my blue slush I never even drank a quarter of it due to the paper straw . I’m all for Saving the environment but these paper straws are no good with slushies.

Avoid this place , there's simply not enough staff here. 60 min wait for a strawberry crepe and some cookie dough . Get this place sorted out .

The workers in here are not friendly at all. The ladies in there are not nice at all and very rude customer service. Avoid this place as much as possible.

We ordered some of the cheesecake factory apple pie cheesecake online. Each slice is just over £7. So I was expecting a decent size slice of cake. When they arrived I would class the size of it as a child portion for someone aged 5 or younger. The slices of cheesecake you buy in tesco are bigger and not even half the price we paid. Rip off prices for what you get.

Portions not great. They prefer you to purchase single scoop and little stingy on portions of two scoop especially if your sharing it between two kids!
