The best restaurants serving American food in East of England

They took their vegan waffles and crepes off the menu which was a shame, but then don’t answer messages on any platforms or calls when I try to find out why.

Came today went through the drive threw asked to park up while we waited for chips to be cooked, got home opened the party bucket to find no hot wings and 4pc of chicken missing. Tried calling 20 times to tell them these items are missing from our family meal and no ones bothered to pick up the phone. Ive given 2 stars as the food was nice but unhappy about the missing items when it costs so much

Arrived in Ipswich venue, a group of mixed aged ladies young & old on a hen due, it was so crowded for space basically caused people to bump in to each other while dancing. A young girl of our group was subjected to abuse and threatening behaviour by a woman and 2 men, said she was bumping into her when she was actually stood still, talking to her auntie. Another lady of our group told them to back off, they got even more aggressive. You cldn't even reason with them. The bouncer who intervened told us they have got to look after the locals, bouncers on doors were fab and apologised. Beware if you're not local, avoid the place. You're not valued. I would recommend the Falcon, great music and revolution as was made to feel welcome. We won't be returning to Ipswich again.

pizza and burger were 10/10 Unfortunately my kebab and chips were cold. very unusual and hopefully a one off

I have waited this long to write my review as I have emailed the restaurant but have not had, to date, a response from them so this tells me even more about their service. I'll keep this as brief as I can. We went for my sons 18th, there were incorrect orders, cold steak, a broken cup served to my 85 year old dad, who cut his lip on it, and my mum was extremely ill for a few days afterwards, she had the fish and chips. Dont get me wrong, the cup was replaced, the steak taken away and warmed up but this should not have happened in the first place. In total over £400 spent on this night, my younger sons order was wrong so he didn't eat it, and I was pretty embarrassed by this point to call them over yet again and my son said he didnt want anything anyway after that and yes, I paid for a full plate of food, I know, my fault. The staff were pleasant and helpful enough when called over but honestly they could have taken more notice of everything coming to the table so we didn't have these issues, had they even bothered to respond to my email sent a few weeks ago I may have had an outcome from it to tell you, but alas no response. I saved hard for this special evening and was disappointed so I would advise you to save your money or spend it somewhere else.

Started queuing at 10.50 with a sign up saying wait time for food was 8 mins. Got seated quickly enough mmjw to be told it was lunch menu only. Disappointed but ordered anyway. After 40 mins still my food. That's simply not good enough when you're trying to catch a flight. Really bad show. 👎

Burger bun stale. Garlic bread stale. Pizza poor (just like it came from the supermarket frozen section). Server not really bothered when I reported this. Won’t return.

Good buzzy vibe, good waitress, food average, disappointed with my ribs, annoyed with, as a nice gesture our grandson was asked if he would like to pick the film, which was good, then found we were not in view of any of the screens.

Incompetent waiter first took our order. Young Asian gentleman wearing glasses. Messed up the drinks order and the food order completely. Tried arguing over the fact I wanted to order a small portion of Mac and cheese for my elderly grandmother and said that we couldn’t. Had to have one dish re cooked as it was completely wrong.

I frequent this pub regularly and find myself getting very frustrated with the bar staff? I believe it’s not entirely the faults of the actual staff but the management. On 8th Nov I was in the pub around 4;30 pm and it wasn’t that busy . The first trip to the bar was reasonably acceptable with a member of staff really trying hard to serve the customers but I noticed another 2 staff chatting most of the time When I went back around 5 ish there was obviously new staff arriving as it was quite evident one member could not sign into the till. At this point there was only myself and one other at the bar. The person trying to sign in then asked one of the staff to help which is acceptable but this escalated to around 5 people alll congregating around the till including the manager, this went on for 10 mins until I finally said “ can I ask why it takes 5 of you guys to sort a till out while we are ( now 6 ) people waiting for service as the other tills are working? With this one of the staff immediately came over and went to serve me. Then the manager came over and said “ I don’t like your attitude ! Can you please leave ? I was amazed as I did not swear , I did not shout, I just asked a direct question after standing watching this fiasco for over 10 mins. Obviously I left but did say to the manager now I can see why your Wetherspoon’s is so low on the list of Weatherspoon in the UK. I won’t be going back as it just stresses out the customers. I will point out whilst I was waiting I was within 6 feet of all the staff around the till and at no point in 10 mins did anyone look up and say sorry for the delay or even make any eye contact, it was just as if we were a pain in the arse asking to get served.

Really good food with attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. Anastasia and Emanuela were both excellent.

I went back to get a replacement meal after a previous one had the chips missing from the meal. The burger was flat and obviously rushed and the large coffee was cold and the level was a small in a large cup. I’ll be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

With lots of places closing early during our stay we were only left with a few options this being one of them so if you’re after a late night meal this is the place. Our order was taken quickly and served up quickly too. It was tasty. The restaurant itself however is not a pleasant environment. It’s a bit like a barren school dinner hall and not pleasant at all. Make the restaurant a bit more comfortable and this would be great!

Came in and it was very busy, long line of people. Caleb served us and was so friendly, our drinks were ready almost immediately despite the amount of customers. He was juggling everything with ease despite being the only person working at that time.

The food was reasonable, the staff very friendly although not that attentive. Disappointed with vegetarian options very limited and then two of them were unavailable. We were two couples, grandparents and grandchildren, eating before a show. The food no better than ‘pub-grub’, chicken burger very dry, other food passable, drinks ordinary. Would possibly go again, if going to a show, but their are many other eateries within walking distance or short drive, so it would be dependant on the weather. We booked and were surprised how few people were in there, further: trying to book a table is very difficult, so I certainly would not bother going through that drama again.
