McDonald's in South Norfolk

Just ordered a burger from this mcdonald’s, took a few bites and found a sheet of paper through the middle. I am disgusted and feel sick.

Quick service, very clean, great seating options and about 10 tablets for kids to play on. Located close to the Cringleford travelodge and good access to Norwich and Great Yarmouth roads.

Okay, we all know McD's is a fast food restaurant with food of an 'expected' quality, but I wanted to just say that I feel this is one of the really good ones. I don't use these much but I've had some bad experiences of some (not this one). I really like the drive through. Its always busy but there is never a huge wait meaning the staff are efficient. The food is always hot, coffee always good and staff always friendly, quick and helpful. We went at the weekend on our way out of Norfolk, it was very very busy but really well organised.

So in a 100 words tell me about your experience don’t need all that to say there was literally a hair in my Big Mac

Asked for help choosing the best McFlurry, got recommended an M&M one. Slightly dusty, but when mixed in was a solid 7/10, wouldn’t have again but wasn’t disappointed.

Went into this McDonald’s around 00:24 and was told by a member of staff that they was closed in the restaurant only doing drive thru at that moment, looking at the McDonald’s online it’s a 24 hour one both restaurant and lobby. Also went to the drive thur and was told we had to wait due to the drive thur updating what is this mess

I wouldn’t usually review McDonald’s… I have been a to few McDonald’s through my life. I turned up with my lovely little (and very lively) boy and we sat down, I was trying to order our food via the app. A wonderful guy who worked there saw us and bought my son son colouring bits, a flag and just engaged him while I used the app. This guy has seriously bought the bar up with McDonald’s which I never even knew existed. The food we received was actually the hottest McDonald’s food I have ever had, I would say that today’s experience was the best McDonald’s we have had. Thank you l.

On a calorie reduction diet. I’m surprised I was able to have a meal of any description and for it not too be too fatty. The McChicken Sandwich was under 400 kCal, the fries weren’t far off that though. They still never get the kids happy meals right. Having asked for books, we got toys again. This seems to be everywhere now.

Great to see this place supporting Blue Light Card holders. £1.99 breakfast meal is really handy when you’re short on time!

The problems regarding management has been told and told again to this branch. Yet they refuse and or are incapable of managing the situation to a satisfactory level. Two, just two bays available for click and collect and every time I've been either a visit in customer has parked there and been allowed to or a deliveroo driver has decided they are too lazy to walk further inside the branch and so parks in one of these bays instead. today in oneof the two disabled bays a huge van was parked! No blue card in it either! Both ofthe two click and collect bays were taken up by cars with no one in them and I had to click one of the two numbers and stand in front of one of the cars and await my order. When I showed the person who bought my order out the problem (Again) I was told they were "Sorry about that". No, no, and no again, you are not sorry enough about that. If you genuinely are sorry then you'd be sorry enough to do something about it. So far you are not sorry enough as the situation is still there month after month after... I would suggest that so solve the problem a manager who is capable enough with the desire enough is placed in the branch in order to take effective measures to ensure this problem is never repeated again. It's that simple and easy, let's see you do it Mcdonalds. You can do it - but will you do it???? Sorry or just saying sorry???

Had a ten minute wait for my coffee and chick Mayo burger. The drive in was slammed and they seemed to be devoting the time there. Low score to my coffee being cool barely warm. I would have complained but did not want to wait another 10 mins.

Terrible Service didn’t have any selects poor service this should be sorted out and this is not a good business

I visit many McDonald's across the country and this one is the worst by a mile! Was here before they got my order wrong and replaced the burger with one that was stone cold Next visit - last sunday they were unable to serve cola - surly a McDonald's staple! Today - weds they STILL can not serve coke, they say due to a machine fault- however when a Norwich burger king had this issue they sold it by the bottle. This is, hands down the worst McDonald's in the country!

Beware that the app will flash up the past offer that was open when you used the app. We went through a complete order before realising that the 30% off wasn’t going to apply. It also showed that we hadn’t arrived yet so we couldn’t order to a bay and had to use the drive through.

Nice clean venue, however staff let it down. Both staff members we encountered were extremely rude including the manager. Seemed like they did not want to be there and were just very rude overall. Tuckswood McDonalds staff much better

Met a friend here for coffee and was impressed by how clean it was for such a busy place. . Coffee was great and it had plenty of parking just off the A11/A47 junction

Service here very quick and pleasant.restaurant was busy but clean throughout, we all enjoyed our food which was piping hot all except the big mac which was cold...i didn't return it as was in a hurry..

Mi compañero y yo nos detuvimos aquí para almorzar tarde, el lugar no estaba lleno en el momento de nuestra llegada. Después de haber realizado nuestro pedido en una de sus máquinas de orden táctil, fuimos y nos sentamos. Después de aproximadamente 10 minutos de espera, mi compañero fue a averiguar si había alguna razón para un retraso. Se le informó que como uno de nuestros pedidos era para una hamburguesa de un cuarto de libra, se estaba tardando más en cocinar, pero que pronto estaría con nosotros, ¡con papas recién cocidas! No hay mención de la otra orden colocada para mí. Esperamos otros 10 minutos, luego el gerente Holly vino y se disculpó y nos trajo el pedido completo, indicando que, una vez más, el motivo de la demora fue la hamburguesa. Así que ahora toma 20 minutos cocinar una de sus hamburguesas.Holly regresó más tarde con, escrito en un trozo de papel rasgado, una oferta de una comida gratis, con un postre la próxima vez que estuvimos. Le agradecimos su oferta y conservamos la nota. Si solo al momento de hacer el pedido se hubiera dicho que este tipo de hamburguesa tomaba mucho más tiempo para cocinar, las cosas hubieran sido mucho mejores. Consideramos que con toda honestidad, nuestra orden había sido olvidada. Sin embargo, volveremos en alguna fecha para nuestra comida gratis!

Al entrar en el edificio, pensé que iba a ser un buen McDonald's ya que parecía que se había renovado recientemente. La comida, el servicio y el edificio en general fueron excelentes. ¡Lo único que dejó que el puntaje fuera 4/5, pero aparte de eso, muy bueno!

Thickthorn McD is always clean, friendly service and prompt food. Front of House staff are always there to clean and help. Highly recommended.

Utilice macca todo el tiempo, principalmente como unidad de café. Algunas tiendas nunca llenan las grandes para llenar la línea, casi igual que el tamaño normal. Cuando sucede mucho en ciertos lugares, le digo al gerente en caso de que no lo sepan. Unas semanas más tarde cuando vuelves todavía no está ordenado. No es difícil clasificar los volúmenes correctos, ya que solía reparar máquinas expendedoras. Ahora, para las papas fritas empapadas, un par de veces durante el último mes, cuando hemos visitado en familia, nuestras papas han sido tibias y empapadas. Cuando solo quieres sentarte y comer eso es lo último que quieres. Los cambiamos solo para que se los diera un poco más calientes pero todavía empapados. Me quejé a través de la página web de macca y eso fue patético. En Australia, si tiene un problema, le dan un vale como un gesto de buena voluntad. En el Reino Unido, obtendremos comentarios para almacenar, no lo suficientemente buenos como macca.

New Maccies which is in a good place. Two lanes for faster flow but I have have loads of orders wrong. I have paid for I’ve the car behind me twice probably more. It’s just not right and really annoying

Visited late evening, clean and bright with a choice of different seating zones. Staff delivered food to the table and cleared away packaging during the meal - all friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience.

Incredible McDonald’s. So clean! Food was quick. Staff very friendly. Can’t believe some of the other reviews. Ignore the haters, you guys are doing a great job! Great ratio of chocolate to ice cream in the McFlurrys. A truly wonderful experience.

Visited the drive through and staff where appalling, basically sitting on counter chatting. For McFlurrys and big wait at Emory window, very little flavouring (chocolate). Very poor service and delivery of product. Others are better.

Ben in several times and they have hardly had any hot apple pies ready, they let you order and pay for them and then tell you there will be a 10 min wait.

Just popped in for a mcflurry. Lovely and clean .well layed out. Plenty of staff. Nice seating outside and even tho it's very close to the southern bypass mot a lot of road noise.
