A massive thank you to Ashley and his team for all they did to ensure our daughter and her now husband had the most wonderful wedding day. I know the weather wasn’t what we wanted but that really didn’t spoil the day. Ashley ensured the pre wedding preparations and everything on the day went perfectly and most importantly that they had the chilled, relaxed day they had wished for. Ashley’s calm, organised and flexible approach is perfect and made everyone feel everything was under control and there was no need to worry about a thing. Thank you so much

First time I tried this place,was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were,some lovely choices off cakes and some great looking sausage Rolls.I had a bacon and sausage sandwich with side salad which was lovely,nice to see they use proper thick and soft bread.The only downside which isn’t that bad was that there was no salad cream only mayonnaise for the salad.

Lovely little cafe. They were just closing the kitchen when we five cyclists turned up, and stayed open to provide baked potatoes all round. Great food, nice people.

Nice setting, friendly staff and good food. I have arranged to book a table to re-visit the following week. I would certainly recommend.

It’s not often you find a place with lovely people, amazing food and fantastic decor. This place is truly unique. I can’t recommend this place enough - every town/village/city needs a huggers!

We’ve visited twice now and both times were excellent . The place was really busy which was nice to see . Service was not rushed at all . We were served by Lisa who was very accommodating and professional If I had to say one thing I’d change it would be to dim the lighting in the back of the restaurant but that’s just me ….. people like to see what they’re eating . First class

But it's not just the coffee that keeps me coming back – the food is equally outstanding. Their menu offers a fresh, creative range of options, from delicious pastries to hearty sandwiches, all made with top-quality ingredients and a real passion for flavour. What really sets Town Green apart, though, is the staff. They are simply the best! Engaging, attentive, and always ready with a smile, they make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. What I love most is their sense of humour – they are genuinely funny, quick with a joke or a witty remark that adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit. It's clear they love what they do, and that energy is infectious. It's rare to find a place that not only serves incredible coffee and food but also creates such a warm and joyful atmosphere. A wonderful meal! What a treat! Perfectly presented and cooked. We didn't know what to expect but were delighted with everything which we ordered. We cant wait to go again to try more of the specialities on offer! Don't be put off by the lack of prices on the website - that was another surprise, and great value for money. Fellow Norfolk diners you are missing out! Wonderful food at very reasonable prices in comfortable surroundings - We loved it. Thank you to all concerned.

This was a first class afternoon tea and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. This was on a par with the best of any afternoon tea we’ve had before…including great communication to forward book, quality and quantity food, a flattering table service and beautiful English tea / crockery set, the table all set and reserved prior, made to feel valued and even helped up wrap up what we wanted to save for later. A very discreet place serving wonderful home cooked cakes (it does other food but we were there for the cake). I'm not sure if everything was vegan but I think so. I'm not a vegan btw. Our host (Raf - sorry if I've got that wrong) was very friendly & welcoming.

We visited on the basis of TA reviews and found the place to be a good chippy. The team are certainly friendly and focussed on all their customers, which is smashing. As well as the traditional fish n chip fayre, the menu has some specials which all sounded tasty...we'll try some of those on our next visit. My haddock and chips were fine, not a big portion but enough. Everybody else reported their meals were tasty too. Prices are reasonable and service is quick (and friendly)!

Popped in for a coffee and a cake with a friend after a dog walk. First time visiting and I will be returning. Well behaved dogs are welcome which meant our little dogs could come in with us. We sat on a lovely comfy sofa, service was friendly and very quick. We both had a coffee and a Brownie - delicious, really hit the spot. Thank you!

This is a unique experience in dining with an authentic Italian feel and homemade pasta. Intimate meal in this small but perfectly formed restaurant. Cannot fault it in any way as a couple who appreciate that something different and special quality that make a meal an evening to remember.
