Very warm welcoming pub and have had many a great night here recently watching local artists performing and now they have opened the kitchen and will be trying the food out soon. Wonderful gardens too so can’t wait for the weather to brighten up and get out in the fresh air and enjoy a good 🍺 x

Great food. The baby blade rib was particularly good, as was the rest of the food. Beer kept very well and it was great value for money. Will I be back, oh yes

Beccles RoadWe love to pop in here for Sunday lunch. The service has always been warm and friendly when we've been. The menu has a wide choice for such a small pub. The roast was beautifully presented, with a wide variety of delicious vegetables and a huge Yorkshire pudding, and extra gravy. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the roast potatoes; but then I have yet to find a pub that makes good roasties. They need to be smaller, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. I had the pecan tart for pudding, which was delicious, served with caramel ice cream. Just lovely.
