The best restaurants serving American food in East of England

Ordered through the Burger King app for 2 whopper meals and some cheese bites, when arrived we was told there was no drinks and no way to sort this with cold food terrible services and taking money when they don’t even provided the drinks when it is in the whopper meal… so bad ! Avoid!!

I had terrible experience. Customer service is unacceptable and the staff is so rude. Never recommend.

Visited here a few times for a Spoons breakfast and coffee when visiting Great Yarmouth. Unfortunately a couple of things not quite up to standard today. 1) One of the coffee machines wasn't working so a bit of a queue for the one that was in service. Table where the milk jug and sugars etc. absolutely covered in powder and bits of rubbish. 2) Ordered two large breakfasts. Mine was ok but my partner's had a badly burnt piece of toast that had been hidden under the unburned slices. Had it have arrived visible would have rejected the toast as inedible and carcinogenic. Hopefully a one off and hopefully both coffee machines will be working on our next visit. It was a bit sly though to hide the burnt slice and sure that Weatherspoons have policy on food presentation and quality. On a positive note gent toilets were very clean.

Service was great. No faults. Shop was clean and tidy. The food however was Absolutely awful! The burger cost 9.50p and the chips was nearly £4 for some what 25 pieces. The chicken burger was dark brown which clearly was burnt hence why it was rock solid. It was a small sized burger and I was very very disappointed. I will never be returning here. I was so annoyed that refused to finish it! Sorry guys. I’ll be dining somewhere else next time :-(

Said they delivered my food but they are LIARS .. I didn’t want to give them any stars but it wouldn’t let me do a review without at least one star which they don’t deserve

Never disappoint best pizza and friendly staff

The food was good for the price. Main issues was with the staff and lack of attentiveness, after my meal I ordered a milkshake and waited for 15 mins before asking for it to go, another couple minutes later I get told that they had to get the ice cream from it upstairs. I waited a total of 20 mins for a £6 drink!! Had I been told when I ordered it would take a while that would have been okay however team sat at the bar and ignored the screen and me! Poor service please train team on attentiveness. <3

Took 10 minutes to get food. It was Luke warm but nice . Staff mucking around

Was missing half my order, waited 50 minutes for it to be re delivered only for it to be cold and greasy.. ending up in the bin. When I called for a Partial refund, I was constantly fobbed off to eventually be told… if I got them from the bin and took them back I would get a £2 refund that’s all he would offer me along with a lot of abuse with it. No customer skills what so ever. This is not the first problem I’ve encountered. Over priced, poor food, poor customer service. AVOID!! AVOID!!

Chips were cold and food only warm .

Absolutely lovely and amazing staff. Manager/Owner on the other hand will kick you out after spending £300-£400 and won't even bother coming to tell you why! He's more then happy to let the security come and tell us to leave without a reason. Manager/Owner said he was bust talking to other people out the back. So avoided giving us a pathetic reason as to why he got other people to tell us to leave, even though the rest of the bar was making more noise then we were!! Avoid like the plague!!!! The bar staff and service staff are second to none! Cannot thank the bar staff and service staff enough!! They go above and beyond to make your night great!!

Ordered kfc again tonight and was missing items again 3 times in a row this has happened

Ordered a lamb donor wrap and got to say was the best wrap I have tried! Fast and efficient service from a friendly and welcoming team 🙂

Lovely food lovely place. Our waiter (didn’t catch his name but he was from California) was really nice, made sure to check on us and did a really good job. Food was amazing I got surf and turf. I brought friends here for the first time and they was so happy with the food ranging from linguine to the crab boil. We had 5 starters, 6 mains, bottle of wine and beers flowing which came to around £400 which was reasonable. Good vibes good staff.
