Chips all marked. Tasted OK but won't be going there again

I have been to many weatherspoons pubs and stayed at many Hotels and found them really good. The Troll Cart was a let down, 3 main meals were only Luke warm, and our child's pizza we could not cut through it and sent it back. The disabled toilet were discussing dirty, smelly and no toilet paper.

Every time I crave a kebab, I have always chosen USA kebab - I’ve been coming here for over 10 years! Convenient location and absolutely lovely family. My go to order is a large mixed doner with chips plus the salad. They’re very generous with the portion of meat and the chips are pretty good too. Everything was served fresh and personally have never had any issue.

Service used to be very good very quick now staff just ignore you when you come in if the food is not ready at least let us know and communicates very very poor service now

This was our second and last time going to Chicktopia. The first time was just after they opened and there were some service issues, but the food was good and so I forgave the teething problems. I regret my forgiveness. Today we ordered from the machines, which were clearly malfunctioning, but with no explanation we ploughed on. The only person serving (remember this was a busy Saturday lunchtime!) was young and certainly not well-trained in dealing with the public. When the machines failed to register our order (and everyone else ordering at the same time) he resorted to taking a photo of the order and taking that through to the kitchen. All this without a word to us, let alone an apology. We waited over 20 minutes for the food, with more and more people gathering behind us. In all this time no staff offered any welcome to people arriving or apologies to those waiting. When I asked the 'manager' what was going on and asked him to explain things to us he just said 'it's all fine now'. I understand a computer malfunction, I do not understand the lack of communication. I had plenty of time to write an email of complaint to the company as none of the staff were talking to me. When we finally got the order it was missing the sandwich. I felt so frustrated. When I went back to query it I had to wait another 15 minutes. Again no apology, no explanation. Since coming home and reading the previous reviews I have realised we didn't receive our sides (Texas toast and Louisiana biscuit). It's such a pity - the food is decent, but the staff are so poorly trained. There is no way I could recommend it, or return myself.

Shocking food was ice cold when I got it , it took over and hour for them to finish preparing my order - delivery was quick but food was shocking cold and dry wouldn’t recommend eating here

Absolutely lovely and amazing staff. Manager/Owner on the other hand will kick you out after spending £300-£400 and won't even bother coming to tell you why! He's more then happy to let the security come and tell us to leave without a reason. Manager/Owner said he was bust talking to other people out the back. So avoided giving us a pathetic reason as to why he got other people to tell us to leave, even though the rest of the bar was making more noise then we were!! Avoid like the plague!!!! The bar staff and service staff are second to none! Cannot thank the bar staff and service staff enough!! They go above and beyond to make your night great!!

After having amazing shake shacks in the states I had high hopes but this was utterly disappointing. The burger was mushy, the cheese was weird. The only good thing was the milkshake. £47 for 2 x burgers, 2 x fries, 2 x shakes. Would have rather saved my money.

Was missing half my order, waited 50 minutes for it to be re delivered only for it to be cold and greasy.. ending up in the bin. When I called for a Partial refund, I was constantly fobbed off to eventually be told… if I got them from the bin and took them back I would get a £2 refund that’s all he would offer me along with a lot of abuse with it. No customer skills what so ever. This is not the first problem I’ve encountered. Over priced, poor food, poor customer service. AVOID!! AVOID!!

I wait more 1.30 hours for delivery and when come has cold.i contact the shop and them answer was is not them fault and they can't do nothing and I should complain to customer service
