Kfc in St Albans

DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered a 3 piece vairiety meal for weeks ago and had delivered 3 cold chicken drumsticks! After a previous bad review I received an apology. SO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE! My went in directly and ordered and collected and guess what I got? 3 x Chicken drumsticks, congealed chips and gravy! This poor excuse for a KFC needs to lose its franchise. I and my neighbours agree. Never again!

Get your chicken fried and crispy. Bargain buckets are such a great deal. Good store, good service. The kids love it as a treat.

Delivery was good. Food was pretty cold and the portions of fries were quite small!

i got the three peice spicy chicken which was well cooked and crispy. Their chips are extremley flavourful and are very fresh. I will go here again. However i also got the share bucket and some chicken was dry but still cooked and not raw.

How hard is it to get an order right?!

Friday night. Ordered a 3 piece variety meal with Gravy. Don’t believe the adverts. Received 3 overcooked and dry drumsticks, no gravy and cold chips! Not for the first time this joke of a concession does not deliver, literally. 5 times now so never again. Just made some toast! Ubereats should take these clowns off of their web site! In fact everyone. Don’t bother! 👎

No order was delivered , not very happy

I did order meals and extra fries. Basically we had just the meat without fries. I tried to contact with KFC and they were rude and hung up the phone, later they answered, but they were not really helpful.

Food was raw. Terrible experience. Do not recommend eating from here.

The delivery driver left our order with the wrong house, so I have paid for an order I have not received. My only recourse is to commit to not using this service again, until they can demonstrate employing competent and honest staff.

My food came cold ripped bag, disgusting driver I have pictures of him and the bag. I am disgusted with this service for a complaint going in with the police as he was so rude to me. And took my food away with him.

A small shop and people prefer take away except some secondary school kids.

After many orders from here coming either greasy or undercooked over the years, today was spot on. Order 12 mini fillets, large popcorn chicken, chips & rice/gravy. Ordered it for delivery and was here within less than half hour. The chicken was seasoned well, cooked thoroughly, the sauces (which I hadn’t even ordered) were plentiful, the gravy of a decent consistency and overall the order was up to standard. Maybe there’s been a management change (?) but whatever’ changed is for the better. Would recommend.

Almost half our order was missing, 4 bits of chicken and two hot wings. The chips were hard and not fully cooked.

The main bag was split open and I can of drink was missing and the chips were all over the bag

Delivery time was fine but the state our food turned up in was not. Everything seemed to be thrown in the bag, the rice was burst open and the gravy was open too and went on everything. Not impressed.

Worst service ever. Just 30 mins ago I bought Bargain Bucket. Within 2mins they handed over my order.The lady at the counter put all fries upside down, it seemed like they don’t want to be served customers. Horrible service , just waisted the money. Chicken pieces were burnt and inside under cooked. £13.99 for undercooked chicken pieces.. never go back to that place. I think they must get proper customer service training otherwise it’s better to shut down the store. Worst kfc chicken I ever had…

First time in over a year since got fed up with them getting our orders wrong. Once again they got the order wrong! So careless or incompetent it beggars belief. Shan't go again. Everything else closed so tried again. Got it right at last. Gave them another chance and all OK except said no salad in burger but they put it in anyway. Managed to navigate the in shop ordering system but on pickup, they forgot to include extra fries I had ordered. Ordering via machine in shop seems better than ordering over the counter been twice and both times, order correct.

Cold drinks on top / in the same bag as warm food. Not the greatest idea! Special delivery notes attached was not completed! Fillet box meal ruined. And food cold due to drinks. £40 wasted on cold food! Delivery driver was good

Order from here regularly.. very disappointed tonight to receive 3 chicken legs and a chicken thigh in a 4 piece chicken meal... thigh was inedible, full of veins and fat.

What a dreadful experience. It took more than two hours for the food to arrive - the order was placed at 6.10pm and original estimated arrived time was 7pm; it eventually arrived at 8.15pm. Too late and a total shambles. Never again

Order was delivered 1.5hours after ordering!!! Tried to call,phone was switched off and no way to even cancel my order! Food arrived completely cold and inedible went straight to bin! I'm expecting full refund as this is Ridiculous!!!! It's KFC it doesn't take hours to cook it!!!!! Instead of having cheeky takeaway on Saturday night all family had to go to sleep hungry!!

Waited all that time to find everything cold and completely inedible. Went straight back in the bag to be returned or thrown away. So disappointing, a high price for a really inferior product and service. Never again

Sweetcorn is more expensive but has shrunk massively in size. And chips are now seasoned gross

We ordered chicken wings among other things. That must have been one anorexic chicken because the wings hardly had any meat on it. I can't be bothered to complain about 2 hot wings. I am hoping that this is an isolated incident. If this repeats itself the next time then I will look elsewhere for my fried chicken fix

Chips were cold. You replaced my X2 mash potatos for beans!? I don't even want beans they will be wasted. My entire order was based on getting that mashed potato as well. I'd rather you called me or rejected the order!

This is a review. To KFC: There is a problem with your paper bag. It arrived wet and open. The Southern Rice Lid was open tipping all its contents inside the paper bag - Unacceptable. Need to double your paper bag or check the lid before dispatch.To Just Eat: Disappointed - You lost your Driver's signal be it deliberately or undeliberately. Just Eat need to improve on your back up tech. Overall review two smiley faces out of five ... 😋😋.

very difficult to communicate with the driver to find our flat. I was willing to go and find him but he wouldn't tell me where he was

The order was cold. The bag was ripped open due to the drinks being placed in the bag with food and it made a huge hole. The driver dropped the drinks on the driveway due to the whole in the bag not his fault

It said it was delivered at 13:10 and the food wasn’t anywhere to be seen. I went on the map to see where he was and walked towards him but he had gone. He eventually turned back up at 13:30. Food was cold and not edible
