Don't waste your time ordering from these theives, ripped us off on the bottle of drink and then wouldn't send someone around the corner to correct the situation. Typical KFC always late, cold or missing items. Never again!!

The shop does not shut till 11pm staff can not be bothered to put som beans on or more chicken stupid when they are there to do a job when at 9pm two hours before shutting not the first time this had happened

I was probably the last order of the night, so either the chicken was extra brown because they were trying to reheat it or were so busy cleaning up that they left it in too long.... in either case it was lovely and hot despite the freezing weather! Yum yum!

I bought a 10-piece bucket today, and to our surprise, two pieces were significant small—one was just a chicken wing 🤷The quality has dropped significantly. Clearly, there's an economic issue, where the consumers are paying for it.

Timings say open until 11 but they don't allow eating in after 10pm. All seats packed away and I asked a member of staff too - apparently it's only take out after 10pm. Worth noting if you're out later.

I just went for a quick snack. Staff were friendly and efficient, chicken tasted like chicken, and it was clean. So good!

KFC is the Best Fried Chicken that Money can Buy. The Chicken Thighs are the Most Tender and Delicious Succulent Chicken Pieces. I would recommend The Colonel 4 Pieces Meal with a Drink. Scrumptious

Missed out some stuff on the order.

Driver went to wrong address and when eventually arrived ,the order was not even in the hot bag and was freezing cold. This is not the first time this has happened and I doubt I’ll be using JustEat again.

Order arrived very timely for a bank holiday, but items were switched without us knowing, so the kids meals were not as expected :(

Delivery time was a joke. Took almost 3 hours!

I did not get my food delivered.

Ordered on Wednesday 18/12/24 a bucket for 1, 10 hot wings with regular fries and a tango can and cobette. However , cobette wasn't in the delivery bag. I called the store in st albans KFC ,I explained I ordered and paid for a cobette ,online, it said that I need to get a refund online ,however I told him that If I ordered the item it is because I wanted to eat and not to get a refund, so he repeated to me to go online to get a refund ,when I asked how to do that he said, I don't know how you can do that online...I asked him : To whom I am speaking to? ...he replied the manager..so I said ...well sir , it s a bad management you doing. During the conversation he asked me if I could go back to the store ,in the dark under the rain ,I asked him it s not my fault if you forgot to put the item in my delivery, it s yours and you asked me to come to pick it up?! Unbelievable! This manager is damaging the reputation of the brand KFC by not being a brand ambassador for the company. Absolutely appalling customer service.

First time in over a year since got fed up with them getting our orders wrong. Once again they got the order wrong! So careless or incompetent it beggars belief. Shan't go again. Everything else closed so tried again. Got it right at last. Gave them another chance and all OK except said no salad in burger but they put it in anyway. Managed to navigate the in shop ordering system but on pickup, they forgot to include extra fries I had ordered. Ordering via machine in shop seems better than ordering over the counter been twice and both times, order correct. Another visit, all orders delivered and tasty. We'll done. Should be an option on ordering on screen to have chips without the seasoning instead of having to ask at counter.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered a 3 piece vairiety meal for weeks ago and had delivered 3 cold chicken drumsticks! After a previous bad review I received an apology. SO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE! My went in directly and ordered and collected and guess what I got? 3 x Chicken drumsticks, congealed chips and gravy! This poor excuse for a KFC needs to lose its franchise. I and my neighbours agree. Never again!

I ordered my food with a dip it was not delivered at all

Great deal most of the times I am buying from them 7.99 pound 20 hot wings I guess limited offer but really worth it .

The food was great, hot and very tasty! We added a note to the chef and they delivered what we wanted so much appreciated.

Twice given surprise different orders when we get the takeaway home, kids meal with sweetcorn swapped out for baked beans in a tub, not many 8 year olds are interested in baked beans mildly warm in a tub. Disappointed. If it was the first time, it's a mistake but when it becomes a repeating norm then something's wrong.

All the food was cold and sloppy, missing a few items too. I don’t understand how staff can’t read a simple instruction. Makes me wonder if they understand basic hygiene instructions… will report after I have digested the dry and horrible burger.

3 of 4 pieces of chicken were legs when I asked for none. There should at least have been an equal mix. This wasn’t good value for money.

It is fine when you take away , but if eating in ,it will be a much bigger problem,there is a lack of seats and rubbish is not cleaned up,but I know the staffs work hard,so good job ,you can do it

Food was cold, asked for breast pieces got drumsticks! When paying £30 for 2 meals you expect to get what you ask for and it be eatable and hot! Really disappointed with the lack of providing what was asked for and the quality of what was delivered!

Get your chicken fried and crispy. Bargain buckets are such a great deal. Good store, good service. The kids love it as a treat.

i got the three peice spicy chicken which was well cooked and crispy. Their chips are extremley flavourful and are very fresh. I will go here again. However i also got the share bucket and some chicken was dry but still cooked and not raw.

How hard is it to get an order right?!

No order was delivered , not very happy

I did order meals and extra fries. Basically we had just the meat without fries. I tried to contact with KFC and they were rude and hung up the phone, later they answered, but they were not really helpful.

The delivery driver left our order with the wrong house, so I have paid for an order I have not received. My only recourse is to commit to not using this service again, until they can demonstrate employing competent and honest staff.

Food was raw. Terrible experience. Do not recommend eating from here.

My food came cold ripped bag, disgusting driver I have pictures of him and the bag. I am disgusted with this service for a complaint going in with the police as he was so rude to me. And took my food away with him.

A small shop and people prefer take away except some secondary school kids.

After many orders from here coming either greasy or undercooked over the years, today was spot on. Order 12 mini fillets, large popcorn chicken, chips & rice/gravy. Ordered it for delivery and was here within less than half hour. The chicken was seasoned well, cooked thoroughly, the sauces (which I hadn’t even ordered) were plentiful, the gravy of a decent consistency and overall the order was up to standard. Maybe there’s been a management change (?) but whatever’ changed is for the better. Would recommend.
