Horrible, never ever go there, I have been a few times shoping from here as the location is ideal for me but as you get in super rude and horrible attitude they have! First time I thought they had a bad day or whatever but after second or third time just noticed they are so horrible!

I congratulate Mr.Ferhat and his team for creating such a harmonious team…. Lamb shish kebab is my favorite, but also for their humorous, smiling, sincere behavior and generous patience! I wish success to these veteran people.

USA used to be really good but got a chicken shish on 1/1/2024 and the quality has really dipped. Usually the chicken is so soft and succulent and not overcooked. It is usually Marinated really nicely too in garlic and red marinade. Today it was just so bland and overcooked. Not sure if they have changed management or staff but the care and attention to detail is not there. Meat just thrown into the pitta, messy and hardly any salad on top!? Will not use them for now, may try again in near future but it’s just such a shame as they used to be the best in area. What’s changed USA?

So disappointed. USA used to be so consistent. Since they started hiring kids to work there, the quality has plummeted. The chicken shish wasn't even marinated, and it was overcooked. USA always did the best chicken shish. Now I can't order it any more.

I always order from USA kebab or collect as the food is lovely as is the staff. However I was disappointed this time although the order was delivered half hour before scheduled which was great! The kebab was freezing cold and a disappointment. There was no point ringing up and complaining as we had our food and don’t see what USA Kebab would have done. I do frequently buy from USA Kebab and don’t normally have problems so not sure what went wrong with this order but I didn’t enjoy my meal as the meat was cold and very under cooked

The worst service ever had a lot's of pizzas around London in the last 20 years, and even the frozen Lidl pizza has more taste than their pizza.

I am disappointed as i am a regular customer. My food arrived lukewarm, and the kebab was tasteless. £18 is not monopoly money. I expect quality food!

Free drink over £30, didn't get nothing...poor service

I popped in by chance and enjoyed a burger with cheese, salad and chips. It was cooked fresh and served hot. The chips were fried freshly and again served hot. This makes such a welcome change from so many burger places that serve luke warm limp food. The salad was fresh and tasty. I decided to eat at the premises and all was fine. The only downside to the place was some of the customers. They bring shame to being British. I would definitely use this place again.

I brought a large chips cheese £4.50, it was quite expensive for such a small portion compared to other nearby shops, Its put me off from ordering other things on the menu. I might try again maybe a pizza or a kebab and see if those are better value for money and update the review. I brought a chicken burger and chips, it was pleasant, lettuce and burger buns were fresh, chips was freshly cooked aswel. I will update when I try the pizza next.

It's a hit and miss really. Take away is ok but when ordering for the delivery 👎👎👎 food is cold and undercooked.

Food use to be nice however this time has resulted in problems and a customer service issue that will now means we will not return. We were missing our pitta breads and when calling were questioned as to whether we had checked the bag as they are packed separately and that they were put in the bag (we order regularly and know how it works) we wouldn’t have called if we hadn’t taken everything out of the bag and seen they were missing yet we were made to feel we were lying and stupid. They didn’t send the pittas so our kebabs were just meat and rice, the hummus side we ordered we couldn’t eat either so that was a waste of money, the following day myself and my partner were not very well either and whether that is from the food or not we’re not too sure so unfortunately we will not be back which is a shame as this was our go to for kebabs.

Great food, quality shows in taste

Order from here last weekend and was so impressed spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and the food was great so was happy to be a returning customer next time we called the guys answered the phone when I asked for a delivery he shouted very busy call back in 2 hours and put the phone down!! Not impressed and will not be ordering from there again I understand places are busy but there is no need for rudeness.

The chips were horrendous.. it tasted like it was refried 3 times rock hard which is bad as they should be the easiest thing to cook.

I always order from USA or even go in and collect as their food is lovely. Must admit tonight I wasn’t impressed with the food, I expected them to be busy as it’s New Year’s Eve. Tonight our chips were undercooked and I wasn’t able to eat them, I ordered a large Donna and it was lacking large quantity of meat, also the food was luke warm. I always add a note which is normally adhered to but tonight my requests for our food order seemed to have been missed. The delivery guy was very pleasant and very cheerful. My experience tonight will not stop me ordering again from USA, unfortunately sometimes things don’t always run smoothly and it’s just one of those things. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Just received our order ITS COLD the chips are raw and there is no heat to the chicken or the lamb, first time ordering and most definitely the last. VERY disappointed

Stone cold on arrival! Text saying it was on way, food arrived 45 minutes later when we’re a 5 minute drive away.

Order expected by 5.05pm to 5.25pm. Still waiting at 6.50pm rang them they say traffic. But it would not take nearly 2 hours to come from 2 miles away.

We ordered food on Just Eat and waited an hour and a half. When we tried to call them they said they weren't delivering it and put the phone down twice. AVOID!

Ordered a delivery at 4.25pm through just eat. Was sent confirmation that order would be delivered between 5.05pm and 5.25pm. Come 7.30pm we were still waiting. Rang up restaurant numerous times to be told that it is stuck in traffic. The shop is 2 miles away. They took our money and never delivered our food. After us ringing them many times, they took the phone off the hook while we were connected. Then when we tried to ring back its continously engaged. So money taken and no food. Please everyone, NEVER order from these. They lie too. I was told the 1st time I rang when it was over an hour late that they were going to ring the driver and get back. But they never bothered, so we had no other choice but to keep ringing them.

£4 for a chip wrap which has 75% less chips than a small portion when ordered separately. Chips were raw and not cooked! Avoid and go elsewhere for your money, even if it is your last stop from Cheshunt train station before going home

Placed order and ordered wrong wrap, called restaurant straight after. Got the phone put down on my twice and ignored. Told me too busy to talk to me and all the orders have messed up, used to be a royal customer but now I will take business elsewhere as I have had to throw my food in the bin waste of £30

Order never showed absolutely shocking service avoid at all costs

Normally i enjoy USA Kebab but last few times has been ropey. Today after not eating all day i ordered from them for the last time - order came 45 minutes after delivery time, stone cold, chips missing from order.

Lost count how many times we’ve ordered, but this time the delivery driver got lost. To our surprise, we were advised the food had been delivered when it definitely wasn’t. We had to call the restaurant who clearly then had to tell the driver to turn back around. Over 30 mins later, the delivery driver arrived, and what’s worse is we recognised him from a previous order. The food was cold and definitely not worth the wait. Unfortunate as we like the food from here usually but maybe it’s time to try somewhere else.
