McDonald's in Basildon

So basically i went to the toilets which were clean and THEN when i was taking a fat poo a head popped out from the toilet. ARGGHHH SKIBIDI TOILET! I shouted and it started to say skibidi bop bop yes yes as it started mogging me. A curly haired employee with a level 10 gyat managed to save me from the evil skibidi toilet as a sign of gratitude i gave him the most sloppiest kiss ever. Love you baby 😘

I went to the a127, Ordered 4 Ice creams and only got 3, I got told to go and Que again for another one, which I wasn’t happy with. The manager come out and really helped and sorted it all out saving me time to go and queue once again. Great manager and polite team.

I think it was one of the cleanest McDonald's I ever been. Usually are disaster on them toilets, but wasn't like that on this one... The rest of the restaurant looks clean from the entrance, compared with many...

Every time we order from here, we’re always missing items. It happened so much, we now order from a McDonald’s that’s double the distance just because they actually get everything correct.

Waited 25 minutes for my food to be brought out, they forgot half the order and was stone cold

We went through the drive through today 2nd of march we placed our order they gave us our coffee and said to park and they will bring the food it was raining when they did bring our food our coffee had gone cold and the bags were open so our chips got rain on them and the burger was cold anyone with half a brain would fold the bags over and give the coffee with the food.

Had to put one star doesn't deserve any . Went through the drive through, given our coffee and told to park up and wait for our food (what's the point of a drive through)coffee was cold by the time the food was walked across in the pouring rain in open bags so also ended up not only cold but wet as well. Manager should be trained properly or sacked . No common sense. Worst McDonald's ever been to .

Food was terrible ...Chicken in the chicken sandwich meal was cold and rock hard could knock someone out with itt .chips were old and they messed up the order we ordered a strawberry lemonade but got a fresh orange instead Tried to ring branch to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone .. One member of staff let this resurant down with an untruthful attitude and covering her ineptitude with lies. This individual didn't seem to be able to come up to Mcdonald restaurant good level of service.

Clean. Fast service. Good food which was hot. Staff really friendly and welcoming. This was appreciated after a very long drive. All parking spots numbered so you could order via the McDonald's app if you'd prefer.

Couldn't get the meal right. Missing desserts. Chips supposed to be large but size of a small portion. Ridiculous.

Ask to wait longer for my take-away and when the take-away was brought, it did not have all what I paid for. Definitely will find another McDonald's to eat next time.

As far as McDonald's go, this one is great! We were there at a peak time, just after 5pm; the place was packed, as was the drive through. The service was excellent, our food was quickly prepared fresh, and the lovely attendant helped us get seated as she washed our table. It was a great stop for sure. Best McDonald's by a country mile!

Terrible service!!!! Ordered breakfast at the drive through. Hash brown was not ready so we parked up and waited. 45 minutes later apparently they had lost not one but 3 of our meals. Absolute Imbeciles !!!!

Had food delivered from here once a week for over a year. Enough is enough, we will not order from here again!!!! Food is cold nearly everytime we get it. Items missing. E.g-dips or nuggets. It's not on. People shouldn't be receiving food cold. And when they've paid for something to be delivered it should turn up.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! order was 2 hours for delivery despite claiming 30 minutes on uber eats. When the order arrived we had a third of it. This was a total disaster and a total disgrace to the McDonald's name

Very busy but lots of staff, but this did not make the whole process more efficient! It was a total debarcle, 3 members of staff standing there doing nothing. We unfortunately got Mr McI don't know what I'm here for! Our food left on side for at least 5 minutes before they called our number. Consequently it was barely warm by the time we got it home. We ordered brownies which were missing from our order. This is not rocket science McDonalds, sort your process and staff out, they obviously cannot cope when more than 3 customers come in at once.

Today I took my kids for their Pokémon happy meal which they advertise at the entrance with a huge sign!! But they gave him a box with Picachu's photo but the toy was the Pets movie, I asked them and they had no idea that this month they announce to children that buying a happy meal includes a Pokémon and some Pokémon cards!!! It is a disappointment and a shame that they play like this with children's feelings, are more honest and do not attract parents with their children with misleading advertising.

THIS RESTUARANT CONTINUES TO CHARGE FOR ITEMS BUT FAIL TO DELIVER THEM! Ordered via McDelivery two days in a row (stupidly) on 20/09 and then 21/09. Delivered freezing cold on the 20th, and a voucher was issued as good will. Assumed it was a bad day yesterday and ordered with voucher today (AD688) and if anything it was delivered colder today. Another complaint sent, lesson learned. Don’t order for delivery from here.

Staff at drive in very unhelpful. Asked if my order was correct as I couldn't have the bread roll due to be ceoliac. Was told to check my reciept!!!! Acted as if they couldn't be bothered to serve me. Food was luke warm also. Won't stop there again.

McDonald's are too focused on delivery and the walk in and drive through are left to rot, not good customer service! Absolutely appalling service, over 60 queing for their food, my order took so long I had to leave after queing for 45 without my order only to be told on the app I had received it. Surely a massive company like McDonald's could do better.

Had delivery and once again it was cold, I obviously was the last delivery the driver had as his bag was empty when mine was taken out. So disappointed again.

Been here a few times on the way back from trips out and well impressed with this MaccyD'S . The staff on the floor and behind the counter seem on the young side compared to the other ones we have been too but the service is top notch and the best we have come across. Well run and clean as well.

McDonalds as McDonalds is nothing else what you can expect here. But is big gap for good customer service needs to be improved at least for satisfied level.

Chips half cooked and asked if the air-conditioning could be turned down as it was coming out very very cold.They said they couldn't. This made our food go cold more quicker.And it was not hot outside.Will not use that place again.

Ordered table service and a stripy young teenager basically threw it on the table. Clearly not paid enough to smile. Food was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever paid for. McDonalds is often cold but this place takes the biscuit - chips were literally icy. Staff don’t care. Would definitely never return.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to McDonald's in Basildon on McDrive and ordered two medium macplant menus and a small mozzarella ball. They asked us to leave and wait for the order, they bring the order, but they forgot the mozzarella. Vegetarian burgers were without cheese, tomatoes and almost no vegetables at all, the potatoes were almost cold. (The mozzarella was brought later. The service upset me. (((

Table service was really good. Actually made the visit that much better.

Seemed to be quite disorganized, took over 15 minutes just for 2 milkshakes and a cheeseburger, the burger was carelessly put together, the milkshakes both had a mixture of flavours the chocolate tasted of banana and the strawberry tasted chocolate.

It feels busy even when not so crowded. Extra salad and extra onion is no change, only on charges.

Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s in the whole of the UK. Firstly, it has a hygiene score of below average. Secondly, whenever you order it off of Deliveroo I can promise you that they forget at least SOMETHING. When you try and call them to resolve this, they don’t pick up. Even through the drive thru you are told to park up as orders aren’t done quickly. Orders are 9 times out of ten wrong. I once was given chips and one of them was sprouting god knows what on it. I would give it no stars but the only redeeming factor is that their staff can sometimes be really pleasant.

Four of us, two adults, two children, ordered at the screens, took a number for the table and sat down to wait... We were chatting and didn't realise at first how long we had been waiting. When we checked the receipt we'd been sitting down for twenty minutes. It was another five minutes before our food came out and when we went to start eating, the food was cold. A member of staff attending to cleaning tables and trays overheard us saying the food was cold and was extremely apologetic. She took our tray of food to be replaced but didn't take the receipt when I pointed out we'd customised our food. We waited again, she apologised again, brought us fries and offered free mcflurries to compensate. When the food turned up again, it obviously didn't match what we'd ordered but by now we were hungry and just wanted to eat. The food was cold again. The member of staff apologised again and also let us know the ice cream machine was broken so no mcflurries but offered cookies. Would have rated 1 star if not for the efforts of the concerned member of staff. The death of all of these restaurants will be the just eat/deliveroo etc orders just overwhelming the staff when customers are at the restaurant. They just can't cope or keep up. Won't ever visit this branch again as it's not the first time it's been bad.

As far as McDonald's go this one is great. Foot was fresh and hot, staff were so friendly and kids were happy. We got a table straight away. Parking was full but there was a very high turnover so we quickly got a space.
