It's maccy's fast food sometimes hot sometimes, not lol quick n easy

This was no ordinary Mcdonalds. My family was greeted by a lady with big smiles and a big heart. She gave my kids balloons and colouring crayons. The staff in the kitchen were all working with smiles all having a laugh and genuinely looked like they were enjoying their job. This McDonald's should be a standard to the ordinary. Usually no smiles no greeting and everyone is just robots. Props to everyone in that McDonald's, keep doing what your doing! I would visit again purely because of the wholeness of that McDonald's!

Chips are never fresh. Always have to ask and then wait.

All good food wise and staff car park is really tight when busy so be careful if you like your paintwork.

Never used this particular shop before but food was hot & sons McFlurry was rammed so he was happy

Black guy and girl with braces that work in the drive thru in the morning should be fired. Laughed at my name right to my face, then I heard one of them mumble something under their breath. Probably something else rude. Also forgot me hash brown, probably too busy laughing at me and joking about my god given name. Never been so disrespected in my life

Drive through busy, but meant the Hybrid order was ready without having to park in a waiting bay!

Food took a while for drive in but was piping hot and fresh - so worth the wait. And served to our car with a smile ☺️

Again, Fortune of War a total *uck up of order. Everytime it's cold or missing items. Only went there as Festival and Mayflower stores had no Milkshakes. Tried calling the store but was ignored. Guess I'm going to have to drive all the way back there again to coma in.

Dreadful place.... drive on!!. Frequently cocking up the order; drive through... well, they just take your order, take your money and then park you up for the majority of the time. Milkshake machine hardly ever works. One particularly rude girl, throws bits in the bag, miserable face on her, clearly doesn't want to be there. We've encountered her a few times, so not just a one off 'bad day' Manners and a smile cost nothing!!

Total rubbish, cheeseburger with no burger delivered with no means to get a resolution. A phone number that no one answers. Disgusting service and should be ashamed.

The store was busy when we visited, but that doesn't excuse the missing burger. (We were taking away, we got in the car and I decided to check we had everything, but was missing a burger) nor the lack of chips. Pay for a large meal, to recieve a medium fries..... pictures of fries included! But it was a nice change to find a McDonalds that had milkshakes.

Had delivery through mcdonalds app from fortune of war store laindon, order incomplete and cold, this isn't the 1st time, even when drive through ive had same experience. Unacceptable and need to be checking orders properly and that the food is actually hot.

It is as good as efficient as you would expect McDonalds to be. Small busy car park two drive through lanes.

Not enough car parking places but space is very limited at this location in view of the drive through that they need, also due to the location at the side of the A127.

Took a good while to get served. Was definitely seen, but not served. There was one customer in front of me. Who was served, went away, came back to change her order, she was seen too, all the while I was still waiting to be served. Not good and very telling!!!!

Have ordered food a few times. There is always food missing. I have complained. No reply from store or customer services.

forgot half my order food was freezing cold and waited over half an hour.

This McDonald's is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it's conveniently located, but it's quite small for such a busy area and parking can be a real challenge. The restaurant itself always seems to be packed, which can make for a bit of a hectic atmosphere. That said, the staff always seem to be working hard and doing their best to keep things moving.

Drive though is now pointless. Should be called the park up. Don't remember the last time they just handed me the food. To make matter worse it was cold. How on earth do they give you cold food when you have had to park wait for it. Bring back the good old days.

Ordered 1 breakfast rap for my partner with 1 pancakes breakfast. Had to wait 15 mins in car park only to find as we had already driving away that the pancakes had NO SYRUP or cutlery to eat with and tye breakfast rap had BROWN not RED sauce in it!!!! Leaving us both no choice but to bin the food.. my first McDonald's in a while.. won't be buying another for while that's for sure

Without fail one of the worst McDonald’s Restaurants in Essex Can guarantee your order will always be wrong or cold with missing items and the milkshake machine will always be ‘broken’ or ‘not working’ whether it’s 7am or 10pm their service is always crap Staff never seem happy to be working there either so don’t expect them to be bothered when you tell them you’re unhappy

I think I have massively overrated this place giving it a one star ! No milkshakes half the time I've ever been and I don't remember the last time I got home with a complete order! Stupidly I didn't check the bag so I got home without hash browns . Awful place .

It's a regular McDonald's, would say the service was good and they made a really good effort to keep everywhere clean as soon as people left tables.

Please pass this onto Grace who works here - her service is always on point. Always has a smile on her face and always happy to help and go above and beyond. It's a shame her colleagues won't follow suit.

Every time I use the drive through I have to wait in the car park for my food to be brought out. Only ordered a burger and fries.

Had a long wait for a small simple order (no special requests).

That blonde Jake fella was quick and efficient on drive thru! Even gave me extra barbecue sauce 😝

Took awhile to get food but was all correct. No cheese in the main burger which was good. Sometimes they add cheese to a plain burger.

As usual some of the food is fresh, other made hours ago and taste weird. Drive thru orders have something missing every single time.

I’ve thought about leaving a bad review on here for some time and tonight’s order really is the last straw (not that I got one!) Tonight I had a delivery of: Cold and Stale chips (& only 70% of the box), no straw for my milkshake, no topping on my McFlurry, and approximately 6 pieces of lettuce inside the world’s driest Big Mac that looked like it had been thrown into the box from a distance. Everything was cold - none of it tasted nice. Me and my husband only order from here because it’s the closest one to us. You only ever get your full order 60% of the time from this McDonald’s so ALWAYS check the bag before pulling away from the window. We won’t be going back.

After visiting drive through at fortune of war laindon branch, the service was ridiculously slow, staff did not even communicate, no simple customer service skills, no thanks, no greetings, no smile. When I asked why we were having to wait so long I was ignored, there were people also coming from waiting cars asking why the hold up. I asked again what was happening, why taking soo long, to just be told rudely, I dunno, they were moving so sluggishly and were disrespectul. By the time I finally was handed my food for my children, it was cold. Absaloutly appalling service and quality.

Can't understand you at the drive thru, then don't give everything you order, plus you had to ask for stirrer and sugar for the coffee. Useless vv

I recently had a fantastic experience at McDonald’s. I was lucky enough to be served by a drive-thru employee named Ossie. Their exceptional kindness, amazing customer service, and informative advice about current deals made my day. It's clear that young people like Ossie have a lot to teach us about good communication and customer care. In just two minutes, they completely turned my day around. Thank you, Ossie, and McDonald’s!

Haven’t had McDonald’s in years, probably won’t go again, drive through, pay extra for happy meal toys X2 then they only provide one, who stole the other one ? They ask if any dips then they don’t provide those either, they pass open boxes through the drive through so food gets cold quicker. Even hot apple pie cold. Oh and the food tastes awful.

Loved it here, stayed at the tree house camping area and had a blast. Ate in the restaurant was looked after really well, the food was great as was the coffee.

Worst macdonalds in the uk! Gauranteed to get your order wrong 100% of the time Update... several years later This resturant still gets EVERY order wrong, doesn't matter how you order, collection, drive through, delivery. Via the app.... guaranteed wrong EVERY TIME

There are some new faces - especially among managers - that seem to have a changed approach, and this is obvious in the overall experience.

Standard McD's. The shop was busy when we arrived in the late evening but the staff was efficient and got the orders completed quickly. Seating areas were clean and the toilets were well taken care of as well. Has kiosks to order too.

Nothing short of AMAZED with the level of sorvice hewe! I was fiending for the gwimace shake, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Helpful employee Wowan went all de way to Ohio, shaking his level 100 SKIBIDI gyatt, and returned with the gwimace shake in hand, signed by Kai Cenat and BBL Drizzy! I was so happy I did the goopie dance on the counter. 5/5

This McDonald's branch is certainly at a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. The food was also brilliant and high quality! I decided to "Pick up food" from the counter, the worker was ever so kind she said to take a seat as it would take a while and that she would provide table service which was ever so respectful. Service was a 10/10, I definitely would recommend this McDonald's branch!

So basically i went to the toilets which were clean and THEN when i was taking a fat poo a head popped out from the toilet. ARGGHHH SKIBIDI TOILET! I shouted and it started to say skibidi bop bop yes yes as it started mogging me. A curly haired employee with a level 10 gyat managed to save me from the evil skibidi toilet as a sign of gratitude i gave him the most sloppiest kiss ever. Love you baby 😘

I went to the a127, Ordered 4 Ice creams and only got 3, I got told to go and Que again for another one, which I wasn’t happy with. The manager come out and really helped and sorted it all out saving me time to go and queue once again. Great manager and polite team.

I think it was one of the cleanest McDonald's I ever been. Usually are disaster on them toilets, but wasn't like that on this one... The rest of the restaurant looks clean from the entrance, compared with many...

Every time we order from here, we’re always missing items. It happened so much, we now order from a McDonald’s that’s double the distance just because they actually get everything correct.

We went through the drive through today 2nd of march we placed our order they gave us our coffee and said to park and they will bring the food it was raining when they did bring our food our coffee had gone cold and the bags were open so our chips got rain on them and the burger was cold anyone with half a brain would fold the bags over and give the coffee with the food.

Had to put one star doesn't deserve any . Went through the drive through, given our coffee and told to park up and wait for our food (what's the point of a drive through)coffee was cold by the time the food was walked across in the pouring rain in open bags so also ended up not only cold but wet as well. Manager should be trained properly or sacked . No common sense. Worst McDonald's ever been to .

Food was terrible ...Chicken in the chicken sandwich meal was cold and rock hard could knock someone out with itt .chips were old and they messed up the order we ordered a strawberry lemonade but got a fresh orange instead Tried to ring branch to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone .. One member of staff let this resurant down with an untruthful attitude and covering her ineptitude with lies. This individual didn't seem to be able to come up to Mcdonald restaurant good level of service.

Clean. Fast service. Good food which was hot. Staff really friendly and welcoming. This was appreciated after a very long drive. All parking spots numbered so you could order via the McDonald's app if you'd prefer.

Couldn't get the meal right. Missing desserts. Chips supposed to be large but size of a small portion. Ridiculous.

Ask to wait longer for my take-away and when the take-away was brought, it did not have all what I paid for. Definitely will find another McDonald's to eat next time.
